I've just had a new boiler fitted after spending 5 days in Baltic conditions with no heating or hot water. Zain arrived at 8.30 & cracked on. He's a really nice guy, very tidy & efficient. Explained thoroughly what he was going to do & when the boiler was fitted, quickly showed me the controls. He then took all packaging and old boiler away when he had finished I definitely recommend him, thank you Zain, you are our January hero!!!
