I called Terry because I had low hot water pressure. He came promptly and diagnosed the issue. He said he would have to order some parts and we arranged for him to come back in a couple of weeks. He has returned today on time and has fitted the new parts.He also reinstalled the pipework, so any future work can be done without fully draining the hot water tank. My hot water pressure has never been so good. Terry did a great job very professional. He put plastic film over all the carpet including the stairs that he was going to walk or work over. I would highly recommend Terry and will be using him for any future plumbing requirements. I've already said I will have hime back to service my unvented hot water cylinder.
Called Terry after hot tap had been spurting and spray for over a year. He came within 24hrs fixed it within 5 minutes. He was more than reasonable re cost. Will definitely use him again.

Terry came to our house to investigate a noise from the pipes. He spent quite a lot of time methodically testing and tracing until eventually he pinned it down to the neighbours sink. Bizarre but he was spot on. I'm sure many plumbers would have said 'sorry' and walked away. Brilliant. Very highly recommended

Once again an excellent job done. Very professional in all aspects of the work carried out. Even though complications caused by previous tradesmens poor work he diligently corrected these and made great efforts to ensure all was satisfactory before leaving. Very very reasonable charge. Terry has provide a good, quick, and very fairly priced service a couple of times now. When getting quotes for additional work that was misguided, he was the only plumber quoting who told me that I should not do it. Not only professional but a really good guy too.
