Mayes Gas Services Ltd have fitted and repaired boilers, serviced heating systems, and replaced radiators, control valves and taps. They moved a condensate pipe, ran hot and cold pipework on a direct route, carried out a power flush, and fixed an emergency leak under the floorboards where a screw had gone through a pipe. Customers describe them as punctual, thorough and fairly priced, and note that they explain the fault, protect the home while they work, and turn up when they say they will.
Excellent company to deal with!
Mayes Gas Services was recommended to me by my neighbour who had recently had a new boiler fitted. I had been let down by another company and Sam was able to help me at short notice. Sam arrived on time to quote for moving a condensate pipe and gave me two options, which I thought was very good. The work was scheduled in very quickly which I really appreciated. Joshua moved the pipe with no problems. I also had my bath and two sets of basin taps replaced. Then I had a power flush for my heating system. Tom was very thorough in the whole process and I was confident in his work. He was considerate with the noise when working nearby. He respected my home, removing his footwear and laying down protective covering in the area. I'm also having six lock shield valves replaced. I would recommend Mayes Gas Services and will continue to use them for any work I need in the future. Thank you.
Have used mayes gas services several times for my house and the rented house we own, he is very fair on pricing very quick to do the job if he says a time he is there at that time. Fitted radiator, outside water connection, serviced our boils and repaired our boilers as well. If you want a guy you can trust see Sam mayes.
I highly recommend Sam and Robbie who quickly replaced our broken boiler. Very thorough work at a very fair price. Excellent annual boiler service too. Thank you.
Excellent and professional service. The best boiler service we have had and was very upfront to why we was getting the noise issue we was. Replaced the part that was glued in and not been cleaned for who knows how long. Noise problem solved. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends.
Excellent service from a very professional company, Sam provided a very competitive quote and excellent service throughout. From my requesting a quote to Sam completing the job, replacing three radiators and control valves, was less than three weeks. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mayes Gas Services.
Very professional and great friendly service. Engineer turns up with a smile and keeps you informed through out. We always have our boiler serviced through Mayes gas servicing and our boiler had never had an issue. Highly recommend.
We requested a quote to install new piping for hot and cold feed, and lots of other related jobs, compared to the other tradesmen who wanted to put piping all round the kitchen , He found a easy direct route snd price was half compared to the other quotes. They are quick efficient and really helpful and knowledgeable, first class service. Update: Had an emergency Absolutely brilliant, was so stressed regarding a leak and boiler problem. Had a leak under my floorboards ( screw through pipe) and new floor booked to go down , sam fitted me in and fixed it quickly. very professional, really nice guys, We now have a plumber and wouldn’t go anywhere else .
