Honestly couldn’t recommend Pawel enough! Top man to be honest, has helped myself and my in laws on various occasions without any problems. Fitted a gas boiler, helped with a cooker and some emergency plumbing. Extremely kind, generous and honest. You are in very safe hands.

Pawel is a very rare and trustworthy gas engineer. He does a good thorough service on gas boilers and charges reasonable too. Geniune and well mannered.
Arrived on time. Checked the my combi. Explained what he plans to do and made clear that it fixes the problem in most cases. After two hours my hot water temperature improved dramatically and I was able to use it.
I called 3 heating engineers and Paulgas was the only one that actually responded to my call for help, he came to investigate within a week and then came the following day with the parts to complete the job. He was extremely polite and friendly, also charged a good proce for the job. I definitely recommend him for any job, its always a bit if a worry when trying to find a tradesman but rest assured, paulgas is a genuinely nice guy who will charge a fair price and get the job done.

They fitted new boiler and 9 radiators in our house 4 years ago. It all still runs as supposed to. Paul advised us what radiators capacity would be best. They were patient during installation - we needed radiators to be positioned quite precisely. Would definitely recommend!

It turned out that their service is very good as well (reliable, always on time and most importantly getting job done). Had heating system breakdown and engineer arrived on Sunday, which I appreciated, however only checked few things, didn't even open the boiler, said there is circulation problem, and left. Leaving us without heating, didn't arrange anything, when he can come to revisit to fix it.
