Excellent experience for a boiler service. My boiler was losing pressure every day. The engineer was very knowledgable and friendly. After the service it is no longer losing pressure and have not had any further issues.

I had aproblem with my boiler and contacted Ultraheat who sent the repair engineer 'Mitch' who was very heplful and informed us of the process and repair required. The repair was crried out with efficiency and the engineer left the area working and in a clean condition. Would recommend him and Altraheat

This took a bit longer than what was expected, the work was unexpectedly awkward but completed and left in good order by their careful , considerate engineer. Employed Ultraheat to replace my hot water cylinder. Had 4 x plumbing firms quote for the work and Ultraheat were second cheapest. I sent out a list of questions regarding the various quotes and Ultraheat responded quickest and with replies that gave me confidence in the company. That confidence was proved to be well founded. Mitch and Tyler turned up on the day in question and worked very well. No issues, very pleased with the two guys and the finished works. I would recommend this company as the work is of good quality and the company are both professional and prompt.

We were very happy with the original work installing a shower room and replacing the stopcock. However the plumber didn’t explain to us what steps were needed to stop the water supply at the time of installation of the stopcock. As a result we thought the stopcock was faulty and called a plumber. We were charged a £60 call out for the advice we should have been given at the time of installation. Very disappointed. Won’t use them again.

Could have been a 4 or 5 star rating but felt over charged for what was carried out, replaced head only to 3 port valve --head suplied by customer Was I charged labour for the 2 engineers who attended to carry out what was rearly a 1 man job cant see invoice total was for just 1 engineer However boiler working fine again shame ultraheat missed that 5 star rating

We had an issue with a new boiler certification installed by another engineer. We reached out to Mark at Ultraheat as a local company. Mark came out, inspected the work and resolved our issue. Many thanks to Mark & his team.

Messed both myself and my elderly mother around despite knowing she needed to get some plumbing work done urgently. She had come out of respite care feeling unwell and with very poor mobility. I have no problem with companies not wanting to do the work but would appreciate you having the decency to reply and let me know you couldn’t be bothered rather than fob me off. All round a very disappointing customer experience and not through lack of effort on my part to get in contact. I sent videos of the job, I set up WhatsApp groups, I organised with family members to be available and must have rung up and messaged a dozen times. Very underwhelming experience. You know who I am and still have my details if you want to discuss it with me which I would be very happy to do if you want some candid customer feedback.

Just moved in to a new house, 1 of the ensuite showers stopped working after 4 weeks. Spoke to Jenny in the office and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. The engineer attended on time and managed to fix the issue by resetting something in our loft. No parts required and all fixed within 30 mins. Great service and honesty.

Thoroughly recommend. Leanne in Admin was extremely efficient in answering our queries and nothing was too much trouble. Tap replacement was booked in quickly & job done to high standard with no issues. Thank you UltraHeat for coming to our rescue!

Haven’t used them but saw them throw their litter out of their van on the duel carriageway. Pretty scummy.

Great company, with professional owners and a friendly, knowledgable team. Ultraheat helped me this last year on a new/self build project, and gave me total confidence that everything would be done correctly, as well as on time/efficiently. Any possible issues (there were few, and never their fault) were always dealt with immediately. They were recommended to me by a friend and I can absolutely see why. To keep it balanced- I wouldn’t say they were cheap (the price was fair, which I was happy with) however the service was 10/10, and worth every penny. If in doubt, I would fully recommend using Ultraheat for total piece of mind. Patrick, Bournemouth

Shocked to find after a very expensive bill from them with boiler all fixed at an hourly rate £120 plus vat!!!! - instead the boiler was left with gas leaking and supply to the flat had to be cut off whilst replacement parts were ordered - all adjacent to where they had worked. They refused to fix. The boiler should not have been left in that state and as such as a landlord lost me business also.

Ultra heat relocated hot water tank and fitted a pressurised tank in our loft. At the same time a water softener was fitted. Such a helpful company who went the extra mile to advise, set everything up and keep us informed. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for an excellent and professional job.

Couldn’t even get help with a quote and when asking for some help got ignored more than once. Decided if they can’t be bothered to help up front, then no hope for the work itself.

Brilliant

Very bad service just found out that a gas fire I was told was disconnected in 2015 actually still had gas going through it. I am on my own with my 3 kids and my landlord is always on top of these things so I can't fault him. I have just had a smart meter fitted the guys that fitted it obviously had to make sure that it had been disconnected as stated on paper work left by ultraheat they have seen that there is still gas coming out and they have capped my gas. I called them to explain what has happened and they was very rood and dismissive and would not even try to help me. We have had to call another company to fix what they should of done in the first place. I am very angry and upset as this company has played with the safety of my children and now I am without gas.

Can't fault these guys brilliant service. Gave my mum a whole new system and we're very helpful when she didn't understand how to work the new boiler
