Wow! What great service from Ben and Charlie. They were so helpful fitting in with when I could be in, arrived with the required cooker part having correctly guessed the problem and had it fitted and the oven working in 15 minutes. Five stars not enough, thank you so much guys!!!
On Friday afternoon our washing machine door would not open and the washed clothes were locked inside. Several companies I contacted could not help until Monday. Fortunately Ben and Charlie from Buddy's Appliance Repairs came to our rescue and were happy to fix the problem. They worked hard at it, released the door and replaced the broken door handle. I am very pleased with the results and can strongly recommend them.
Very friendly. Obviously knows his trade and really cares about and takes time repairing appliances. We would definitely call him next time we need something repaired.
Couldn’t recommend Buddies any higher! Ben took my phone call late at night and was happy to help with my washing machine, he came over 2 days later and within an hour I had a fully working washing machine, great service at a great price!

I rang Ben late afternoon & he called at 8am the next morning to fix my washing machine. It turned out that my grandson had pressed the child lock on it! thats why it would start! Highly recommended. Ben diagnosed the fault with our tumble drier over the phone, ordered the part and pencilled us in to come and fit it a few days later. He turned up on time, was super polite and friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He also went above and beyond getting the drier out and back in (it's stacked on top of the washer in a narrow cupboard, with a really tight vent hose connection). Will definitely use again when we have problems with any of our appliances.

He sorted the problem out promptly. His price is very reasonable, he even gave me a slight discount off the quoted price because he did not have to move the integrated washing machine out. Ben and Dan came round and helped out massively with repairing my dishwasher. They took their time and after extensive inspection they found the fault and thanks to them they have saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new one! Would highly recommend

Came to sort out our very noisy tumble dryer. Unfortunately was beyond repair as a hole in the drum. Ben looked up the price of a new one while with us but more economic to just replace the machine. Ben charged only a very reasonable amount to cover the call out and took the faulty machine away for us. He was on time, friendly and we will certainly use him again and would recommend him.
We were sent Bens number from a friend who had recently used him for an oven repair, he was highly recommended. Had Ben from Buddy’s appliance repairs over to look at a tumble drier seal, give us a price for replacing a glass hop top that was cracked and diagnose and repair our Samsung microwave oven which had a faulty/ damaged start switch. Ben arrived very quickly (within 2 days), quickly generated a quote for us for parts and labour which we thought was very reasonable. He cleaned the filters on our condenser drier and said they could leak if not regularly cleaned. He ordered the parts for us, and organised to come back and fit them the same week. He turned up when he said he would with all three parts needed for the repairs on the three appliances. All work was carried out within roughly an hour. Ben is a great engineer, very organised, left our place as clean as it was when he arrived and did a great job on the bits he repaired. Would definitely recommend,

Ben came to fix my dishwasher after another firm gave me his number when they couldn’t fit me in. He was reliable and punctual, and made sure he had the correct part before arrival. Unfortunately the part was faulty that he had been sent but he immediately ordered another and returned to refit it once it arrived. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Ben from Buddy’s repairs came to us the day after we called, fixed our Miele Oven after others said it wasn’t repairable.
