W J Townsend and Son service and repair boilers, including oil boilers, and customers say they turn up when they say they will and leave the work tidy. A boiler service included a full test report sent by email, and on another visit they gave telephone advice out of hours and help at the weekend that solved a boiler problem. They have also got heating going again during a freezing spell, and customers have been pleased with the price and with being kept informed.
