Super. No hot water and funny noises coming from our boiler. I rang in the morning, and he was able to come in the afternoon. He was here early, and got our boiler up and running again. Would recommend.
Highly recommend gas tech ..I had to have a call out due to my boiler not working.the pressure on my boiler was on naught. Got my boiler sorted and everything was in good working order..brilliant customer care and nothing was to much trouble very informative and polite and prices very good..Thankyou for putting my mind at rest .highly recommend and thankyou so much .
I got let down by other company who didn't turn up. Burton Gas tech showed up within 15min after my call to disconnect cooker late evening. Did some gas pipes relocation and few extra plumbing jobs, including washing machine water suply and drain in to garage this week. Amazingly done job. Not shy to give some advice as well. Highly recommend
We’ve had a new water pump for the shower, boiler service and gas check safety checks for gas appliances plus a gas safety certificate. The service has been first class, turns up when he says he will, leaves no mess and explains everything clearly. A great find and would fully recommend Burton Gas Tech

Great engineer - friendly and polite, turned up bang on time, explained everything to me clearly along the way and showed me the filters etc. as he was cleaning them. Very knowledgable guy. My new certificate was issued within an hour. No mess left behind, very tidy way of working. Highly recommended.

I can not fault the service I just received. He came out of his way to help me with my boiler.. luckily nothing was wrong but he took time out of his day and didn’t even charge me. I can not recommend enough. Lovely man.

Excellent service 10/10. Mo was courteous and professional and fixed our water tank overflow leak quickly and efficiently. Fortunately today I was saved from a highly stressful situation in a very timely manner. Having sprung a gas leak after an unexpected DIY error, I rang Burton Gas due to being local and having read the good reviews. Had an emergency call out, Mo was at my house straight away, first looked like new part was needed but Mo stayed and cleaned pipes/sensor fixing issue saving me paying for part. Customer satisfaction was more important then max profit. Would recommend and will be using again if/when needed.

Called Burton Gas Tech to do a boiler service. First time customer of this business. Moh, what a great guy, very thorough and serviced the boiler so much better than all the other engineers from different companies that we've had over the years. Actually took time to clean the filter which was filthy from where previous engineers just hadn't bothered. Moh will be our first point of contact for all future gas related issues. Highly recommend this company.
Our boiler stopped working on a Sunday evening , Called up the company and Mohammad was at the house in 30 minutes and had it sorted within the hour, great customer service and very reasonable rates, will highly recommend!! Not to mention coming on a Sunday evening which is practically impossible to get , thank you !

Moh did a great job! There was a gas leak that was detected by an installer of a gas hob and it happened on a Sunday. He came within 15 minutes of our telephone call, he sourced the problem, re-routed the pipework and did a fantastic job. He was extremally moderate in charges. We would highly recommend.
Our radiators weren't heating up properly and Mohammed said they were clogged up, he came to powerflush them the next day. It took a while but we saw how much dirt came out of the whole system. When he finished, they were working perfectly, and still are, months later. Unlike many companies we called, he turned up and he turned up on time. I don't hesitate to recommend Burton gas tech to my friends and family. It's nice to have someone reliable.
Mohammed fixed a radiator fault in our house today that two previous tradesmen have failed to sort (one even telling me that the radiator needed replacing). I was very impressed with his professional attitude, as well as his skill and he took time to explain how the system works. Definitely value for money and I shall certainly be calling him again for any plumbing or boiler issues that arise in the future. Thank you Mohammed for a job well done.
Had Gastech come and quote for gas fire removal and diagnosis of boiler noise. On the day the boiler noise stopped! He gave it a good look over and essentially advised to leave well alone (he was not looking for work or trying to con!). Came the next day and removed the gas fire and capped off. All done in a courteous and professional manner. Will be getting them back as and when the boiler needs attention.
