Beware. I was charged over £800.00 for a leaking toilet repair, and the replacement of a toilet seat (which I provided). The ball-cock was smashed during the repair and not replaced. The floor of my bathroom was wetter after the repair than before the work was carried out. The work was carried out during regular daytime hours and 19 hours after I called for assistance.

Have just been charged £350 to fit a simple kitchen tap!!!. Absolutely disgusting. Will never use or recommend this company. Half of my pension this month gone on a tap fitting!!!!!!! Disgraceful, should be ashamed of yourselves. The owner is disputing this is his company but if you scroll up you will see who I called out and got absolutely ripped off. No one is returning my calls. Took advantage of an old age pensioner, who trusted the plumber. More fool me. Just put a photo up of the company. Seems like a genuine and honest guy - I had a problem with the boiler and it was showing an E133 gas fault. He managed to diagnose the problem and fix it - so far so good.

I’d give the plumber 5 stars for an excellent job and the company 1, for lack of transparency over pricing. £49 call out fee, £25 for parts (leaking loo) and £250 labour. For a job that lasted not much longer an hour. Fool me once. Never again.

Arrived within the hour and the plumber was good, the job took half an hour and the bill was for £299 which is their minimum charge which was a surprise!

Rahim has solved my problem with a controller for hot water efficiently and very quickly. He was always available when I reached him and explained me everything that needs to be done. He was punctual and professional, and he replaced the controller with a new one hence I have now hot water. I am very satisfied with his service and I highly recommend him.

I had a really great experience with I Fix Gas and Heating. I called them about installing my gas hob and they were able to come out on the same day which was a huge help. It is not always easy to find a company that responds so quickly, so I really appreciated that. From the moment they arrived they were polite and easy to talk to. Had an issue with my boiler not working, tried all the trouble shooting and nothing seemed to be working. 26.1.26 7pm came home from work to find kitchen totally flooded and water full on gushing out from cupboard under sink. Couldnt find stopcock or stop water flow so googled emergency plumbers. K1 immediately picked up, asked me about the issue and there was no messing me about. gave me an instant 'all inclusive price' which included call out, repairs and any possible parts.This was great because I instantly knew the exact costing (not like others who stated we will quote you when we come out!). The price seemed reasonable so i verbally agreed, and he was at my home within 30-40mins, which was a relief as water was now starting to seep into dining room. He stopped the water, checked the boiler pressure too, took payment and was on his way. Amazing work! Thats what i call an emergency no nonsence call out plumbing service. I had water coming in through the kitchen ceiling at a rental property in Harborne, leaking from the toilet in the bathroom. It was about 5:30 pm on Thursday night when the tenants phoned to report it. I called K1 HEATING SOLUTION to ask if they could send somebody out. I didn't know them and never used them before, but they said straight away that they would be out within the next three hours and they were and they fixed the problem, liaising with the tenants. The tenants were full of praise for them: The plumbing engineer who came out from K1 HEATING SOLUTION was efficient, professional, respectful and very polite. I expected a higher charge because it was an emergency callout in the evening outside working hours, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice and the charge was very reasonable indeed. My central heating boiler broke down on New Years Day.it was freezing outside with snow on the ground and i have COPD and no alternative heating. A crisis. Khuran came within an hour, got the boiler working but reported the boiler was in need of attention. Sure enough the next day it broke down again and Khuran suggested it should be replaced. He lent me a fan heater to survive the night and fitted the new boiler the next day. Rahim at K1 Heating Solution was fantastic. He managed to repair an ongoing issue that couldn't be rectified by the original engineer who first changed the part. We then needed a new kitchen sink and tap. He emailed us photos of the available taps, sourced the parts the same day and was here This evening to fit them. Excellent service. Rahim worked until 9.30 pm on Sunday evening to replace a copper gas supply pipeline to my 94 year old mother’s home. The gas supply had been turned off earlier in the day due to a leak. Had he not stayed and worked into the late evening my mother would have been without heating for the foreseeable. He was a very polite and considerate young man and I was extremely impressed by his work ethic. I can highly recommend his services. I have no hesitation in giving him a well deserved 5 star review!

Instead of simply leaving us in the lurch with no heating (in a cold snap) and no hot water, he came out with a work around solution. It was ingenious and we were able to have heat and hot water until we could get an electrician the following day. This is his own business and he cares about providing excellent customer service. Very efficient service. I called them to have a look at my boiler issue and also a radiator needed changing. Kharrum came to resolve all the issues I was having. He also changed my cooker and did lots of gas pipe work. Each time I called them, khurram responded straight away and always came on time which I absolutely loved it. Very friendly and value for money. Well done guys.
