A surveyor visiting my house smelled gas by the meter, so I reported it. A CADENT engineer found no issue with the meter but turned of the gas identifying he detected a leak of gas from my boiler, saying that it just exceeded the limit. I called a number of local independent gas engineers but none were available. When I called Birmingham's Heating and Cooling Ltd, Samuel said he could be there in 3 hours. When he arrived he did a thorough investigation and found that none of the other gas appliances were leaking gas but the boiler did leak gas but it was actually within the limit for an old appliance and so he allowed the gas to be turned back on. He also pointed out that the CO2 alarm did not have a date, so if it was over 7 years old then I should get a new one. All in all I found Samuel friendly and very thorough and I would recommend him.

What a delight to deal with this Company. I had a plumbing problem with the toilet. I contacted Birmingham Heating by WhatsApp and had a very fast reply. Communication was clear and fast. Samuel came first thing the following morning and very quickly sorted the problem. He was very respectful and worked in a tidy and professional manner. Cost was fair and breakdown explained. I've would be very happy to use this company again.

This company rock! It's a breath of fresh air to find a plumbing company that are so customer focused. They do a splendid job every time (we have used them 3 times now) and their prices are very competitive. They fit you in speedily and the attention to detail is even covering their shoes when walking in your house! If you need a plumber make the call - you won't be disappointed.

Neil came over to have a look at a leak we were having from our shower. He did an exceptional job and gave us great future advice. I would definitely recommend him.
Sam came to our rescue twice when our boiler started to play up and got it back to working order. When we decided it was time to replace it we knew he was the man for the job. He worked tirelessly with his colleague Gary what proved to be tricky installation. They stayed until 9.30pm to ensure we had heating as we have 2 young children, which really was above and beyond what we would have expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
