Tom has done several jobs for me over the last year or so, painting, building steps, brick work, as well as hanging mirrors/ wall ornaments, removing house hold items to the tip and nightmare of all jobs clearing my shed. I was unable to resolve a problem I had with a continually running cistern so called Tom at 8am and left a message. He called back within 5 minutes and arranged to call that evening to look at what was required and if unable to fix it immediately at least turn off the water to the cistern. He texted to give me his estimated time of arrival. Tom was unable to complete the job that evening as a part was required but he did turn off the water to the cistern which I had been unable to do. He returned on Wednesday as arranged, again texting his ETA. He finished the job quickly and charged a reasonable price for the work undertaken. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
