Prenderville Building & Maintenance

HE turned up for quotes and business on time. Worked professionally and completed all work to the quality we expected. One issue occurred after he had finished, but Gavin came and fixed that quickly. So happy to recommend him.

Gavin completed a number of jobs at our house in June, including a new bathroom fit, roofing sofits, fencing and much else. Every job was completed quickly and to an exceptional standard. Gavin and his team are clean, friendly and know what they're talking about. I cannot recommend Prenderville highly enough. After a few bad experiences with Builders, Gavin has shown there are some quality craftsmen out there that are honest, trustworthy and genuinely skilled - thank you!

We have no hesitation in recommending Prenderville Building and Maintenance. Gavin and his team have completely renovated our property over the last couple of years and the work has always been completed to an exceptionally high standard. The renovation included building and fitting an extension for a new kitchen/diner, replacing bathrooms, a new boiler, tiling, flooring, rendering an outside wall and even laying our patio. Gavin is extremely professional and reliable and is always able to suggest plenty of alternative ideas and choices for any project.

Cannot speak highly enough of Gavin and his team - professional, high standard of workmanship, neat & tidy and easy to deal with. We had an extension to the house built in September/October and are so pleased with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, truly top notch.

Gavin remodelled our bathroom this summer and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Communication was excellent both during the work, but importantly also before he started, meaning we knew in advance exactly when works would start. The quality of work is exceptionally high; being an architectural designer I have pretty high expectations and Gavin more than lived up to them! The house was well protected during the work, and the site was left tidy every evening. Gav and his co workers were polite and hardworking and i will definitely appoint him again when we next need building work done. Thanks Gavin!

Gavin fitted a new kitchen and bathroom in our house last year (2015). We met a number of builders before deciding on Gavin, and chose him because he was highly professional and listened to our needs. He always arrived on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. Hard working with strong attention to detail, Gavin is a unique builder and we wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you for a doing a great job.

Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous! The finish is just perfect and that's because of the meticulous detail that Gavin works to. As well as the actual bathroom, Gavin was a pleasure to work with, really helpful, really flexible, I'd recommend him to anyone!

I am absolutely delighted with the work Gavin did to give me a utility room by dividing my double garage in half. He did all the work himself to a very high standard (apart from the electrics) and was imaginative when it came to concealing really ugly pipe work. I have no hesitation in recommending Gavin to do work on your property - you will have high quality work done by a very tidy and polite builder. He was also willing to go the extra mile for me and do little jobs that I could not do myself.

We were recommended Gavin's services through a friend, and I an say we were not disappointed! Sometimes, in this day and age, it is quite stressful to search for and find a tradesman you can trust, and that will do a good job. I can safely say that Gavin and the other tradesmen he uses are those people. We first asked Gavin to plaster our bedroom when we initially bought our new house. He did this quickly, neatly and professionally and the finish was superb. We then employed his services to do some more major work. A wall was removed, new kitchen was installed and all made good again. All this was done with no fuss and it seemed like no job was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Gavin and his team.

Gavin was recommended to us by our decorators. He is completely thorough and totally reliable. He did a lovely job of replastering our bedroom and also replaced a number of pieces of facia boards on our house ready for decorating as well as an unplanned repair to a brick wall for us. I particularly like that he keeps in touch via email and always met his committed dates. We will certainly ask Gavin to do work for us again in future when the need arises.

Prenderville has, to date, undertaken a number of jobs for us to include a new kitchen; room extension; general maintenance; plastering over artex ceilings and is due to undertake a remodel and hard-scaping of our garden patio in the next few months. Work is always to an excellent standard and is carried out with the utmost professionalism. We even felt confident enough to leave the keys and go on holiday for a week, whilst our kitchen was being gutted! I have no hesitation in recommending Prenderville to anyone.

We've used Prenderville on a couple of occasions, for both small and large jobs, such as changing around the layout of our bathroom. We'd had a couple of bad experiences so it was great to find someone we could rely on and trust and we were really happy with all the work we had done. They were also very considerate of our young baby, letting us know when it would be noisy for example, which we really appreciated. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Prenderville to anyone wanting any type of work done in their house.

I'm delighted to write a review about Gavin Prenderville. I have contacted him on various occasions during the year with plumbing and leaking porch roof problems. He is extremely reliable and communicates exactly what's happening at every stage. Not many people are willing to go the extra mile but Gavin clearly takes great pride in his work and to getting to the route of the problem as quickly as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Gavin undertook a bathroom refit for us as well as a patio and decking project. He helped us plan the work and suggested some great improvements to the picture we had in our heads. Gavin was always punctual, tidy and completed the job on time - a refreshing change to builders we have used in the past. The quality of Gavin's work is exceptional and the quote we received was competitive so we are delighted. Would not hesitate to use Gavin in future and would highly recommend him to anyone.
