Gavin completed a number of jobs at our house in June, including a new bathroom fit, roofing sofits, fencing and much else. Every job was completed quickly and to an exceptional standard. Gavin and his team have completely renovated our property over the last couple of years and the work has always been completed to an exceptionally high standard. The renovation included building and fitting an extension for a new kitchen/diner, replacing bathrooms, a new boiler, tiling, flooring, rendering an outside wall and even laying our patio. Gavin is extremely professional and reliable and is always able to suggest plenty of alternative ideas and choices for any project.

Gavin remodelled our bathroom this summer and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Communication was excellent both during the work, but importantly also before he started, meaning we knew in advance exactly when works would start. The quality of work is exceptionally high; being an architectural designer I have pretty high expectations and Gavin more than lived up to them! The house was well protected during the work, and the site was left tidy every evening. I am absolutely delighted with the work Gavin did to give me a utility room by dividing my double garage in half. He did all the work himself to a very high standard (apart from the electrics) and was imaginative when it came to concealing really ugly pipe work. I have no hesitation in recommending Gavin to do work on your property - you will have high quality work done by a very tidy and polite builder. He was also willing to go the extra mile for me and do little jobs that I could not do myself.

We were recommended Gavin's services through a friend, and I an say we were not disappointed! Sometimes, in this day and age, it is quite stressful to search for and find a tradesman you can trust, and that will do a good job. I can safely say that Gavin and the other tradesmen he uses are those people. We first asked Gavin to plaster our bedroom when we initially bought our new house. He did this quickly, neatly and professionally and the finish was superb. We then employed his services to do some more major work. A wall was removed, new kitchen was installed and all made good again. All this was done with no fuss and it seemed like no job was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Gavin and his team.

Gavin was recommended to us by our decorators. He is completely thorough and totally reliable. He did a lovely job of replastering our bedroom and also replaced a number of pieces of facia boards on our house ready for decorating as well as an unplanned repair to a brick wall for us. I particularly like that he keeps in touch via email and always met his committed dates. We will certainly ask Gavin to do work for us again in future when the need arises.

Prenderville has, to date, undertaken a number of jobs for us to include a new kitchen; room extension; general maintenance; plastering over artex ceilings and is due to undertake a remodel and hard-scaping of our garden patio in the next few months. Work is always to an excellent standard and is carried out with the utmost professionalism. We've used Prenderville on a couple of occasions, for both small and large jobs, such as changing around the layout of our bathroom.
