Competitively priced, punctual, and a lovely guy who fitted them. I had 3 new windows, and a French door. But the quality is not good. After 3 months, the door was catching, and was very difficult to open/close. Trying to get someone round to look at this took numerous emails and calls. And now, 5 months after fitting, 1 of the windows is seriously catching. Edit: It's been fixed quickly, within a week. But I don't expect to have to be in regular contact to get things fixed
I had a new bay window fitted in my lounge, competitive price and very efficient service provided by the office team and fitters. I noticed a fault with one of my handles, which was dealt with and replaced very quickly. Would definitely recommend. Great experience from start to finish.
Regret to say that I now find myself having to post a negative review - something I don’t do often or easily. The sales consultant, James was very punctual and good in everything he did in attending and providing the quote. Their customer support person however was asked to contact me by their sales consultant regarding the fitting of a dog flap into our kitchen door. I had to follow up, as there was no contact from him. I arranged with him that I would get the dog flap that they would fit into the UPVC panel. On delivering it to their premises, I arranged with him a fitting date of today, 16/01/26 which was almost two weeks away. They could not provide a time of day it would be done but took my wife’s number to call to give 45 minutes warning on the day. I phoned them this morning to try to get a rough estimate of the time and they claimed to know nothing about the agreement to install today and had not even fitted the flap into the panel yet as it had not arrived.After venting my frustrations due to my wife having wasted her day, another agreement was reached but the job has now been refused when my wife called and asked if she could pick the panel up……I now have to collect the dog flap and start looking for another company from scratch.
This company gave a date they would be fitting a door panel in and then did not arrive. They then booked the job in for a week later. When I phoned up to find out why it could not be done sooner they got very shorty and rude. I would not recommend them at all. They could not admit to making a mistake and need to learn to treat customers better if they want their support
Two major problems with Trade Price UK. Firstly, within the first 5 years my bathroom windows failed. I contacted them but was told that I was two months after the '5 year warranty' (which I thought was a ridiculously short warranty for such an expensive product) they refused to do anything as the 5 year warranty had expired. I'm not a window expert but have never had windows fail before like this, having had my last ones for over 15 years without complaint. Quite shocking product and customer service. Secondly, my bifold windows began to mist and fail too, but I was within my 10 year warranty so called them to report the problem expecting no quibble this time. However, amazingly, they do not cover this type of failure! I've never had such shoddy products or poor customer good will. Would not recommend this company. This is the first bad review I have given anybody and I don't do it lightly, but feel I need to warn future customers.

Honest, reliable, polite, best price for quality doors and helpful service with no pushy sales. Small scratch noticed after installation was given a complete sash replacement So relieved to find them after a local carpenter had recommended.
Great process from start to finish . After choosing our door we had Contact and agreed a very reasonable quote and the door was fitted to the time scale given by trade price. Great service in the fitting and a pleasure . Will definitely use you again for our next purchase .
Messaged to get a quote for bi fold doors, website says they carryout work through dorset and hampshire...... but 25 miles from their office (within Dorset) is too far for them to even quote... wouldnt bother with this company.....
My bathroom window shattered. Trade Price UK replaced it. Excellent service and good price.
Be warned that due to extreme temperatures in the winter the windows fitted by Trade Price are subject to cracking (as per pictures both cracked on the same day). Called Trade Price as assumed this would be covered by the 10 Year Guarantee but the person was very quick to ask me to read the small print where it says cracked glass isnt covered. Not sure what I can do to avoid this happening to all my windows, and the person was not able to provide any thoughts on this and said 'it happens' (and coincidentally had a number to hand for someone that I could pay to fix it). I appreciate it may not happen alot, but then surely even more reason for Trade Price to fix when it cracks in these circumstances.
Amazing, so happy with quote and the fitting. Everyone was so helpful. I’ve not had a new front door for 27 years and after Keith left, I did a little happy dance…..thank you all so much. The red front door looks fab against the red brick detail on my 1960’s bungalow.
Absolutely recommend .From first requesting a quote for windows and a front door to the completion it was excellent service.Colin is polite, professional and knowledgeable, he is also a likes a bacon roll with his coffee 😃…He is such a tidy worker and left no dust or mess anywhere. Every time I had a query and rang the office they were very polite and patient, Melissa has a lovely telephone manner and it was a pleasure talking to her. I love my new windows and door .This whole experience was made so much easier by Trade price…so Thankyou all.
Very pleased with quality and price but especially with the tidiness, clearing up and lack of needing the patch up work usually associated with replacement installations. Would happily recommend.
A few of trade price employee playing music really loud using a speaker on the train from Portsmouth to Southampton(while wearing their uniform) which is really annoying.

I am a firm believer in that you can really tell how good a company is when it comes to dealing with problems. I can be a bit of a stickler for detail and service but somehow the team at Trade Price (all very friendly and certainly not pushy sellers) managed to meet and exceed my expectations. Many companies could learn from Trade Price UK as to how to act when things go wrong. Professional, fast and communicative approach was the order of the day. Now, I should be clear of the 3 main issues encountered during installation, only 1 was a Trade Price error, a human error of actually damaging the glass to be installed. Did I get a boarded up window, heck no. I got a replacement piece of glass. Not the right type, but a piece of glass that fitted. Mistakes happen and boarding would have sufficed; but despite the mistake happening late afternoon, a solution way beyond my expectations was provided. The correct glass was fitted only a couple of days later. The other 2 were manufacturer errors but indeed these were dealt with promptly and efficiently with little hassle on my part. I am extremely impressed with the final product and installation. The installers were clean and tidy as well as polite. Pre and post sales support has been fantastic and the price was very good too. When I asked a novice question I got informed responses and was not made to feel like a plonker! In total I has 14 windows and doors replaced, a big job, completed in 5 days. Left the team a key and they got on with it. No issues with trust at all. Lead time on the windows was about 4 weeks from order and they were fitted within about 6. For those who are interested,I had a quote from another well known local installer (they share a name with a piece of fruit and a well known technology company). Sadly they lived up to the stereotype that window salesman of past had. The opposite can be said of Trade Price. And to give you an idea I was left with enough spare change to buy a small family hatchback for what was essentially a like for like product. If you are in need of a single door, or window or a full house re-fit, you could do a lot lot worse than Trade Price UK based on my experience.
