⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Work – Highly Recommended My name is Amanda, and I am the new manager and director of Teelan Hotel in Skegness, Lincolnshire. I would like to say a huge thank you to Luke and his team at New Look Building Services North Ltd for the extensive refurbishment work they have carried out on our property. The transformation has been amazing. The work included roof refurbishment, new felt and battens, new tiles, chimney removal, new fascia boards, soffits and guttering, along with extensive improvements to the front and all around the property. They also completely reconditioned our minibar area, removed old and deteriorated woodwork, replaced it with new timber where required, and refreshed and painted the windows and exterior. The front of the hotel has been given a fantastic new facelift, and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. Working on an older listed building requires particular care and attention, and Luke and his team have done a fantastic job. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail have been excellent throughout. For complete transparency, Luke gave me a 20% discount on the work in return for allowing New Look Building Services North Ltd to display some advertising signage outside the hotel. I was very happy with this arrangement and really appreciated the saving. I would be more than happy to recommend New Look Building Services North Ltd and would certainly use them again. Although, after the amount and quality of work they've completed, hopefully we won't need them back for a very long time! Mx2 has done EICR test for one of my flats. It was unsatisfactory then they have done remedial jobs on electrical installation, retested and finally I got satisfactory certificate. They are honest, very polite, reasonable price, and they did job tidy. I couldn't happier more . Definitely recommended. Thank you Mx2

Zi was prompt, quick and thorough with the job of installing a new smoke and heat detector in my flat, explaining how everything worked and kindly disposing of the old detectors for me.
