Gary was responsive and very helpful with two jobs we had (table top and vintage style cupboard doors) He kept in touch giving me an update of a potential issue and solution. Both items fitted perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Took a small bespoke request to Garry and got a call a couple of days later to say the piece was ready for collection. Now that's what I call service! Would highly recommend his business, service and ability.

Fantastic. I emailed a query and got a response straight away. I called in the next day and I got what I needed within minutes. Will definitely be using Andy Glass again!

Wonderful service I would recommend to anyone requiring glass mirrors.

Moderate sized shop offering bespoke glass, mirrors, frames to your request. Turn around is quite quick. The owner is quite warm, knowledgeable and able to advise. Prices are reasonable and comparable.

Super efficient helped me out straight away

Great

Really delighted with the service here. All we needed was some glass door panels trimmed by a small amount. It was done with no fuss. We'll definitely be back and will recommend this company to all friends and contacts.

Highly professional and friendly from start to finish. I have recommended Andy to family and friends.

100% recommend Andy Glass, needed a small glass job doing, (wall light shades reducing in size) and was told by others it couldn't be done, took it to Andy and he saved the day and was able to do it. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you Andy they fit perfect and look better than before.

Andy Glass are closed until 16th September 2024 as they are having a family vacation. They will reopen on 17th September 2024.

Gary is a true artisan who loves his job and thinks nothing of going beyond what is required to help put smiles back on people's faces. I can't thank him enough a true professional.

Brilliant service at a great price.

Personal service very helpful and knowledgeable highly recommended

Asked for made to measure glass for worktop protectors. Got exactly what I asked for in the time frame I was told and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again. Thank you

Edit : After a chat with the Owner he told me he sent the text with the price the same day, however I never received it. I have other texts received on the same date still stored on my phone. During the conversation the price he said he sent to me was a vastly higher than I actually paid for it from another source…. Rang looking for a price for a toughened Glass panel on a fairly urgent basis. Promised a text with the price that same day. That was a week ago and no contact. Unreliable…

The owner of this store is a very nice and classy man with good treatment. He helped me even though I do not speak English well. He was patient for an hour until I got my order. Thank you, my friend😍😍😍

Good service

Well ran glass merchant who was pleasant and very helpful to my needs

Highly recommend Andy, I have this lovely piece of furniture in the hallway but the original mirror was broken. The new mirror he had made to fit is spot on.

Always as usual...Gary is very helpful.

AMAZING 5 STARS I cannot express enough thanks for the exceptional service I received from Andy Glass, specifically from Garry. When I accidentally smashed the glass on my daughter's vivarium, I was in a panic. I reached out to Andy Glass via email on a Sunday night, well outside of business hours, and to my surprise, Garry promptly responded that very evening. I provided the necessary sizes via email, and Garry ensured that the replacement glass was ready for me the very next day. What truly sets Andy Glass apart is their dedication to customer service. Despite me being late in collecting the replacement glass, Garry went above and beyond by staying back at work to wait for me His professionalism and willingness to assist were evident throughout the entire process. Garry is an absolute credit to Andy Glass. Not only did he deliver prompt and efficient service, but he also kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend Andy Glass to anyone in need of glass-related services. Thank you, Garry, for your exceptional assistance and exemplary customer care.

V helpful in getting sorted

Very helpful and brilliant service ... highly recommended

Ordered 605 x720 got 650x720 total waste of £32 totally genuine review this guy couldn’t even get my phone number correct kept getting his 5,s and 9,s mixed up Not returned as needed to replace failed unit in house sale and no time to wait another 10 days for a possible correct size. not to mention the petrol wasted travelling from hartlepool, why do you believe that any criticism is a fake review? and 5 star reviews are the truth? think your getting as mixed up as you do with your measurements

Very helpful and pleasant good prices quick service highly recommended

Excellent end product and a great guy. I will be shopping at Andyglass again
