I have used Endeavour several times they are very professional and keenly priced. Would (and have) recommended them to friends and neighbours.

We have had all our windows replaced by Endeavour. They were very reasonable with excellent service. They were on schedule very clean, tidy and helpful staff. We are extremely pleased with the quality and fitting, and would not hesitate to recommend them. We would certainly use them again, if needed. They even contacted us when the work was finished to see if all was ok.

Jack was extremely helpful in every way deciding and inputting our decision. He guided us through all areas from handles to colours. The fitters arrived with friendly professional attirude. They all worked swiftly and we were amazed how well they left our home after cleaning and tyding the areas they worked in. The overall completed windows are spectacular with lots of compliments from passers by. We would thoroughly use this company again and encourage others to do so. Five start work.

⭐ My Experience With Endeavour – Would I Recommend Them? No. After comparing prices and reviews of other similar companies, Endeavour initially seemed like the obvious choice. We paid our £1,058 deposit in January for a new front door and were advised the installation would take around 8 weeks. Instead, the job wasn’t fully completed until 22 May. Throughout the process, communication was practically non‑existent. We had to constantly chase for updates, and when the fitters finally arrived, they turned up without the door trims, something the office should have informed us about beforehand. We also requested a goodwill gesture due to the repeated delays and poor communication, but this was ignored entirely. No acknowledgement, no discussion. Two weeks later, the trims eventually arrived and were fitted, finally bringing the installation to an end. Would I use them again or recommend them? No, this is based purely on our experience with head office. Price and quality where reasonable, just poor customer service.

Unfortunately I will not be using this window company again. Not an issue with the windows but an issue with who they associate with, particularly their scaffolding company. After having the work completed we have been met with nothing but issues from the scaffolding company used by them (BS scaffolding I believe they are called). It’s been well over a month since the scaffolders came to collect, during this they caused damage to a neighbours gutter and failed to inform them. They turned up in a van too small to collect all equipment so said they would come back the next day, however this never happened and over 6 weeks later we have still had these planks in our garden. After chasing numerous times with window company and little to no help or apology on their behalf, the scaffolder finally got in contact. A month of going back and forth to get the repair sorted and boards collected was clearly too much to ask. Until they decided to turn up one day out of the blue and jump our fence, trespassing on our property, to take the boards back. While they did this, they have caused damage to our fence by sliding the boards over the top of it. We told them numerous times when we were available and waited in for them on days which they said they would come. Communication and service has been shocking from the scaffolders for an issue which should never have happened. We are still waiting for them to repair the damage to our neighbours gutter as it stands.

I organised a new window to be made and fitted to order from Josh Thompson at Endeavour Windows. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Great price, professional fitters, real tidy job. Will use again. Highly recommend!

have used this company for new windows and doors. I really like the fact that Josh wants your windows to look as good as they can whilst also being appreciative of my budget. I have always found the process really smooth and the lads who do the fitting are excellent. They also leave the home clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them and I’ll be back when I’m due to finish my current renovation

Josh clearly knows his stuff and was very polite and friendly, the surveyor was on time, measured precisely and explained energy-efficient, low-maintenance options. The installers were punctual, respectful, left the house clean and finished on time. Great communication and value which is all we wanted. Highly recommended.

We have just had our windows, front door and new bifold doors installed by Endeavour Windows and are extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship that was provided by Jack and Gary who were polite, friendly and professional. They kept us informed at each stage of the installation and worked tidily. Overall our experience with Endeavour Windows from first contact of enquiry to end of installation has been a pleasant one and would certainly recommend their services to others .

Staff on the phone and in the office were lacking in customer service skills, very rude. The fitters were due to come first thing in the morning but came after 5pm. Fitters were friendly, they had just been double booked. Wouldn’t use this company again.

I've been wanting to change the doors and windows for a while, and I'm really pleased with the work done by Endeavour Windows. The team was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process of changing 9 windows, 1 sliding door, changing a sliding door to french doors as well as a front door with side panels. We have quite a large house and chose Endeavour to replace the 21 windows, front and back doors and two sets of French doors. Jack and his fitting team were skilled, polite, very professional and tidied up each night of the fours days they were with us. The materials they used were of extremely high quality with the locks for the doors and French windows coming with their own manufacturers monetary warranties. My wife and I are delighted with the finished product and the enhancement to the overall aesthetics of the house. I highly recommend Endeavour as your first choice as a company that puts its customers first.

Having had many quotes and time wasted unsure what I wanted I gave endeavour windows a call from a friends recommendation. What an inspiration, they were. visulised and designed a style to fit my house, both front and back. Like having your own exterior designer which you do not get anywhere eles and take you on that journey with them. Very creative and couldn't be happier with the transformation. Everything was fitted to perfection and no mess. What is also good is they offer 0% interest free. The price was very reasonable for the work done and we're very intentive and always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall a five star review from me thanks guys. Love it 😀

The issues we had with our door have now been resolved by Endeavours Windows & Door Maintenance Engineers who were brilliant. Reset the door and frame. Five stars for the Engineers.

Endeavour Windows said they promptly sent a staff member Ian who was on holiday. They only sent him after bad reviews were appearing. They did not like that so sent Ian. Multi locking system still faulty. So we ar considering e taking them to Court. No customer service. So we had to pay out for a Locksmith and Endeavour Windows never contacted us to ask if the problem was solved.

Very happy. fitters were brilliant very professional and very today... All windows and doors were fitted in June 2024.... had a few issues which were rectified however now still have an ongoing issue and quite slow to respond to get this sorted but all sorted and very happy with the product Josh, office staff, Ian and the fitters all 1st class

Our experience started by signing up for a full house conversion on all doors and windows on the 14)5/2024. We were told that obviously we would have to wait for several weeks for our window/ door frames and glass, several weeks turned into 6 weeks. We finally got a phone call saying our fitting date was to be on the 28th of June, but as we were away, we put the fitting date back to the 2nd of July, which actually gave the company another week to get the window/ doors order sorted. The fitters turned up on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of July and fitted all the windows and doors except the patio doors. We were over the moon with the speed and workmanship of the two fitters. Then the messing about started 😡. We received a phone call saying that Endeavour windows hadn't received the frame and glass for our patio doors 😡 and they won't be fitted until the next week 😡., that week came and went, as did the next week, and the next week, finally got a phone call saying that our patio doors were at the store, but unfortunately one of the panes of glass had been broken, but they could fit the doors with a wooden panel whilst waiting for the replacement glass🤔😡. As expected we refused because of the aesthetics and of the security aspect. We were told that we'd only have to wait for a week for the replacement panel, almost 3 weeks later the fitters turned up and fitted our patio doors, and , once fitted I found that one of the glass panes had a scratch, which was on the outside glass. We received a phone call asking for the remaining cost of the windows, whereupon we refused payment until the window was replaced by a new scratch free pane. We were given absolutely no notice as to how long we were going to have to wait for the replacement glass panel. We finally received a phone call to say that the glass panel was in to be replaced on the 28th of August , unfortunately we had to put the fitting date back because we were away. FINALLY, the final glass panel was fitted on the 2nd of September . So! What should have been a happy experience and would have been, if they kept their promises, in having our doors and windows fitted in the time alloted,turned out to be an absolute nightmare. 15 weeks and 3 days from signing to the final completion. To say that we are not happy, is an understatement, and seriously disappointed,. Hind sight is a wonderful thing...if only we'd known 😡😡🤔😞.

I decided to change the windows and the back door garden as was very old and broken and house was freezing, i contacted Endeavour Windows for a quote, as i couldn't afford pay at once ,i decided to do a finance, as no many windows companies are doing at the minute. I was offered a good price with 0% finance interest from Endeavour Windows which was perfect for my budget. I was very surprised and happy with the job , Darren was very good , he worked with no breaks all day , for 3 days , very hard worker and Dean and George also , very friendly staff and very nice ..All job done perfectly, very tidy and clean, my windows looks brilliant and the house is warm and cosy , i can feel the difference on the gas bill , as i barely use it now.I want to say thank you to Jack that he sorted my contract, very professional and he explained very well about the payments and stuff, also thanks to Ian for the discount if the windows seal. Endeavour Windows have just finished installing a second set of windows for us here at our home in Stockton. Last year they installed some downstairs windows plus rear door and French windows and this year was upstairs. The fitters Darren and Darren (yes, 2 Darrens!) were brilliant and worked in subzero temperatures at first floor level. Great workmanship with good quality frames and glass, we are really happy and would recommend Endeavour to anybody.

My door broke when I got home from work at 16:45 on a Wednesday night. I contacted Josh who arranged for a colleague to come and look at it to be fixed. The guy arrived within the hour. Parts were needed to fix the door on inspection and the guy was back round at 8am the following day and the door was fixed. Brilliant service from Josh and the team. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Ian the technician who fixed the door.

Had a full window respray along with a front and back door replacement. Jack was patient with me in my decision making on the right front door for us. Love the rear stable door adding a little character to the house. 0% finance options was a great option to have. The new look transformed the whole house going from brown to the modern graphite grey colour scheme.

What can I say, fantastic company top to bottom. Bit wary of double glazing salesmen from past experience but from the staff in the showroom to the fitters and the aftercare people, a friendly and professional outfit top to bottom. Nothing was a hassle for them, and my new windows and bi-folding doors look absolutely top notch despite being notably cheaper than the other quotes I was getting - massive improvements to noise from the road outside and the extra insulation is a big relief with the price of utilities these days. Happy to recommend Endeavour to whoever is asking!

Endeavour appeared the perfect company until something went wrong and then everything changed soon as I complained about a trivial issue the treatment I received was disgusting as soon as money was received I waited an other 8 weeks for them to put the problems right and have had nothing bot bother since fo not recommended thus company at all

Just had a new conservatory built by Endeavour, and it looks absolutely fantastic. Can’t recommend too highly. Josh was very helpful when discussing the work, and the guys who carried out the build were polite, efficient and very friendly. Never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Didn’t have to wait long for fitting either. The fitters Paul and Andy were super friendly. Perfectionists too, nothing was to much trouble. We searched around for quotes for a while and Endeavour really couldn’t be beaten on price! Highly recommend!! Really happy - Thank you!!

Work was carried to to the highest standard. The fitters were brilliant, no messing about, the job was done fast but neat. They were really clean too!
