Deliver and collect from here every Thursday. Lovely people to deal with. Always very welcoming . To the point the forklift driver buys me a coffee when I arrive. Every now and again they'll offer some food to try. Honestly can't fault any of them from here. It's a pleasure to Deliver somewhere where you're appreciated as a lorry driver

Avoid ££££ 2.5m sq double glazed roof light was blown from day 1. This company refuses to have any conversations to fix it
I agree with most of the comments in regards to this firm being absolutely awful. Try to avoid by any cost. Changing spec without letting you know with small print on your quotation but nerveless letting you know in writing or notifying you what they have changed. If I provide them with spec I need why changing it? Twice I was dealing with these guys and twice they screwed me up. Used them for the first time back in 2021 and second time in 2024,both times regret.
Please save yourself and do business with other companies. If you have a problem you're your own, bighead lady will phone you and teach you a lesson - so they'll have their ego right instead of working out and get to a solution. Their customer service quality really really really dropped.

Retracting (edit) my previous negative review. Crystal units have since redeemed themselves by being more responsive/helpful. 3 stars for poor communication overall, up from earlier 1 star. I picked that installer, "The Architectural Glazing Company" and that's a monumental mistake that I hope no one else makes.

Really good shop for buying glass of any kind or size. The staff are extremely helpful and offer advice when asked , and will let you roam around the shop at your ease. The only downside is parking, which due to it being within a residential parking is very difficult to find parking
