A lovely company to deal with, really well organised with great communication...which is such an important part of any work being completed on your home. They gave me good notice of work dates, and always told me the names of the workmen who would be on site- each stage of the project was managed well. They were always there when they said they would be, and every tradesman, without exception was professional, tidy and hard working. I highly recommend using Lancing Double Glazing. Work completed : soffits, fascias, guttering, new front door, new bifolds, double glazing and they knocked through two rooms to create a family room.
LDG replaced my old bathroom windows and my conservatory roof, windows and doors. I highly recommend them as from the outset of Brian and Darrell coming to measure up and everything being completed they were helpful and courteous. The fitters were extremely efficient and tidy. The finished products are excellent especially the conservatory, it has changed my bungalow completely. On occasions when I phoned or emailed Kadina, Darrell and Kandy in the office were always incredibly helpful. A very nice family run company.
This company installed all our windows and replaced the front door and patio doors at rear of the property. I spoke with Lancing Double Glazing about about replacing my windows. I spoke with Kadina, she explained everything to me, nothing was to much trouble. The guys came round to measure up, and go through any questions I had. The work was carried out within a suitable time frame. Liam and Graham were very professional and polite explained all what they were going to do. I had a couple of broken units which got sorted out very quickly. I'm very pleased with the work carried out, from start to finish I was kept up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend Lancing Double Glazing, nothing was to much trouble for them. My neighbours have complemented on how nice the windows look and what a difference they make to my property.

Since 2009 I have chosen Lancing Double Glazing to replace several of my windows including a large pair of double glazed UPVC patio doors and my front and back doors. The staff at the Sompting Road showroom are always friendly and helpful. The fitters always cheerful and efficient in executing a tidy job. I am very pleased with the quality of the products. This company gets one star because you cannot award no star. Poor installation, rude staff, . My windows are in a worse condition now then they were before this cowboy outfit repaired them. If you want mastic finger prints , leaking seals and a thousand excuses this is the place to go. An absolute disgrace to the glazing industry.

I have just had five windows and frames replaced by Lancing Double Glazing. The time from survey to installation was only four weeks, and the windows were competitively priced. I was given plenty of advanced notice of the installation date. On the day, the team arrived on time, and worked hard, completing the project in one and a half days. The windows are beautifully finished with great attention to detail. I was pleased to see that the team had repaired small areas of rendering without being asked. Just had some old double glazing replaced by Lancing. Getting a quote was easy and very competitive. The work was done and took a bit longer than expected, but rather that than cutting corners. All looks good, well finished, the fitters were competent and kept us updated with their progress. They cleared up almost so you wouldn't know they had been here. Very pleases and so far, no complaints.

Brian came to the house at short notice to take measurements and was most thorough with his appraisal and quotation. The installers, Ray & James ensured that dust sheets were used inside the house to protect carpets and the work area. Their works were carried out professionally and they were clean, tidy and courteous. They could not have been more accommodating and we are pleased with the end product.

I stood with our internal door open this morning just to gaze at it…sad, I know…but I have waited 17 years to be able to replace the nasty white uPVC door, and I must say, it was worth the wait, so thank you, I think I am due a little gazing at a nice door. 🤣 All the staff that we have had reason to speak with have been a joy to work with. Beware of using this company, they charged my parents to repair a leaking roof, it still leaks and they want to charge again for a call out. Spoke to the manager Brian whose response was “we do not guarantee our work for leaks” What a nonsense way to run a business
From initial estimation through to fitting everything was very smooth. Last year I had one window done and this time two. Probably in a year or two the others. When a bit a plaster came away, their plasterer came the next day and did a great job. Very clean with their own vacuum and care taken with removal of the old and fitting of the new.
Lancing Double Glazing have just completed an excellent installation of new double glazed sealed units into our lounge and dining room windows to replace the old misted up units. Our thanks also go to their own installation team for their efficiency and cleanliness. Full marks to all!

We had our bungalow double glazed units replaced by LDG recently and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Although we experienced a minor delay due to staff sickness the office pulled out all the stops to rectify the delay and an army of fitters arrived and completed the job in one day rather than the expected two days. The fitters were very polite and worked extremely hard to complete the job in a professional manner.
I contacted Lancing Double Glazing because our casement window had water inside due to a failed seal. They got back to us quickly and organised a date to take measurements. Once materials were available they confirmed an installation date and met our needs for availability. They arrived exactly at the time they said and did the job quickly and efficiently. Lancing Double Glazing, last year they fitted a lovely, double glazed, front porch to my Bungalow, easy to deal with and cleaned up all the mess afterwards, we were very pleased with the job and price. Had the crew from LANCING DOUBLE GLAZING over to fix up the balcony door glass and, wow, they nailed it! They were in and out in less than half an hour, and the new glass looks awesome. They were super careful with my carpets, laying down dust sheets all the way to the balcony. After popping in the new pane, they even cleaned up the glass until it sparkled. Plus, they were really chill and friendly – felt like having mates over who are also ace at fixing doors! They even tweaked my door so it closes like a dream now. Seriously top work from these guys! 👍

Very happy with our porch! Work was completed quickly and to a high standard. They were helpful and communicative throughout, as well as providing fair and transparent pricing.
We had Lancing Double Glazing carry out numerous pieces of work recently and I can't fault the entire process from quotation to planning and scheduling and all the way through to completion. I like this outfit. Responsive, polite and high quality work. I've used them for repairs to blown and broken panes as well as for a totally new conservatory roof (i.e. construction + glazing). Can't fault them. Realistic prices first time (vs the usual pump and discount shenanigans others use), no hard sell and they do what they say. Simple really. Great company.

Lancing Double Glazing replaced our old conservatory. They did a fantastic job. We had other companies come round to quote but they didn't seem as technically competent as LDG. We also took their advice and went for a solid roof with a lantern and Invisifold doors. We are glad that we took their advice the room is great and the quality of the work is fantastic. We're really pleased with how everything turned out, thanks to LDG.
A proper run family firm.They were friendly and especially helpful in finding the right choice of style and colours for our front and back doors. Our windows and doors were installed by Jim and James who were very professional and obliging. They had an excellent eye for detail and ensured all the work had a top quality finish. Lancing Double Glazing are a reliable family firm who have fitted and supplied UPV windows throughout our house over 10 years. The windows are excellent quality made in Britain and they are well priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They are down to earth and happily come back - the products have a 10 year guarantee.
I and my family have always had absolutely excellent work completed by Lancing Double Glazing and over many years upon our various family properties. Our parents (Dad died 1982 & Mum 1993) Withdean home was made immaculate by Lancing Double Glazing many years ago and they fully updated Southwick bungalow of my younger brother (who died in 2005). My Broad Oak home was fully updated by Lancing Double Glazing in 2002 and the works all still look absolutely immaculately (like new) Twenty years later plus a few other jobs completed recently have been similarly extremely well done.
I am very pleased with the work carried out by LDG. Carl and James did a grand job of refitting my front porch and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. My porch has now been given a new lease of life, thanks.

Brian, Darrell and the whole office and build team (Tim, Lee, Marcus, James & Kadina), were excellent from start to end. They listened carefully to our needs and the build was deployed with professionalism and great communication. We are a few weeks in now, and very happy with the quality and level of attentiveness and help.

5/5 service from first point of contact with regards to a free quotation, the 2 lovely men attended and provided lots of options and details about what would be needed regarding building regs. Then continuous contact with Darrell in the office who could not be faulted at all, very polite and professional and provided all details and changed our quote to include extra items. Then fitting with Jim and James was outstanding, very efficient, on time, clean and impeccable work completed. Not a single bad thing and they went over and above their requirements to make sure all the brickwork will last around the windows. We needed a whole house done, windows and doors. We needed a really good price in order to keep the cost down on the overall refurbishment. We had 4 quotes and were pleased that Lancing Double Glazing were able to compete on Quality and very near on Cost. We liked their products over the cheapest quote we received. It was pleasing to give them the job as they did our windows at another house back in 1988. My Father and Mother in law also had good service from this company in past years. Tom did the initial survey and was extremely helpful with regard the style and openings. Brian and Daryl did the final survey and measure up and managed to adjust the price enough to make it work for us. Jim and James the two fitters have many years of experience. They arrived on time and worked quickly and without any drama despite having to overcome an unexpected snag on one of the upper windows.
I had my front bay windows replaced last week. Very good service, all appointments were kept at the time promised, emails answered promptly etc., everyone was very friendly, job was done very professionally and the windows look great, will be using again.

We had a blown double glazed triple window that I thought would need fully replacing. Lancing Double Glazing said they could replace just the glass and now it's as good as new and it's saved me a fair bit of money. The guys were really quick at coming to quote and survey, and when it came to do the job, they were super speedy and done within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them.
I had a front door and three windows replaced by LDG. Whilst communication and information from the office has not been great, I must say the product is high quality and the fitting team were absolutely excellent. James and Jim could not have been more helpful, informative, polite and obliging, not to mention very skilled at what they do. Thank you guys. Tom also, whose son owns the business, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and the work done and will use them again.
At the start they did a good job but when our guttering and fascia boards were done it went down hill first they had miss calculated wrong didn’t have enough guttering after a lot of Emails it was eventually done the installer said they would be back the next day but didn’t hence the Emails when the work was being done i come home one morning to find one of the men that was doing the work kneeling on my porch roof. We have never had rain coming in but after the kneeling on our porch now we have rain coming in but when reported i was told Brian the owner of LDG would call me. I have not had a call. I received a Email to say in there terms and conditions they are not liable. We would not recommend this company. They say support local. No very disappointed.
Very disappointing experience after spending thousands on new windows and front door. Fell for family business charm, when mistakes were made the company were very quick to dismiss any ownership and looked for problems with anything other than what they had done! In the end they used bully tactics that drove us to cease any further contact with the company. This has left us with a leaky door, ruined carpet and mouldy walls and ceiling! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

I’m giving 3 Stars as the fitters did a very neat job but not sure where all these 5 stars come from. Certainly not for the office staff as they could do with some customer service courses! Bad comms and they even use a used 2nd class stamp to send out your certificate, therefore costing you £2 to receive from Royal Mail. Sort it out for your future customers please

Lancing Double Glazing recently installed a new set of windows in our flat. I would happily recommend this company. The initial visit and the measuring up were done very efficiently and we soon received a very competitive quote. The installation team, Jim & Karl, were top blokes. Not only did they they do an excellent installation job, they also helped with diagnosing a problem with the previous window frames and went out of their way to come back and finish trims after we'd had some plastering work done.
5 first floor windows and a door installed, great improvement on those that were replaced, especially noise reduction. We have used LDG at our previous property and were still happy with those windows 10 years later. Clean and tidy installation, arrived for all appointments on time.

Very sympathetic and helpful service to a retired customer. We are very pleased with the installation and quality of the back door and patio doors.
Is anyone listening to my concerns? Some of the worst customer service I have ever received! No one can tell me when my door can be fitted or if it has been ordered (this is due to sickness but apparently no one else there who can help and just waiting for Kadina to return). Brian Kent the Director has no work mobile number and they won't give it out. I paid a deposit of a considerable amount over five weeks ago and I have no faith that this work will ever be completed. Maybe this will review will see someone deal with it but I hold out no hope and would recommend you shop elsewhere.

Bit worried as our ever since having our back door installed, we've had non stop problems and been advised from a lancing double glazing employee that the guy who fitted it was clueless. We now have a massive crack in the corner!! We are hoping that they re fit a new frame as was obviously not put in properly to begin with! Let's just hope the problem door fitting gets resolved as no problems in regards to the rest of the work standard
we was very please with the workmanship of LANCING DOUBLE GLAZING , they did our conservatory, windows and front door and our fascia soffits and guttering . the fitters was very tidy and polite. we will recommend them to all our friends and family and in the future we will use them again. Never turned up on 1st appointment. Gave them a second chance.... 2 appointment they were late - no apologie, just blamed the girl in the office for booking too many appointments. Was not courteous or polite, luckily he left before I asked him too. Was clearly uninterested in my business. Never did get any quote through - waste of time. Best spending your money and time else where.
We are more than pleased with our lovely kitchen/orangery its given us a so much more space professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend lANCING DOUBLE GLAZING.

Lancing Double Glazing lacks customer care and are totally incompetent . It takes weeks to get a repair done then they fail to turn up. What is more they don't care
