Andy and Nathan have just superbly fitted front and back doors to property with a very high standard of craftmanship. Both Andy and Nathan were very professional, courteous, respecting in their work and towards myself and home. Arrived at the time the office had specified after contacting me via test message to say engineers were on their way. Thoroughly recommend to anyone in need of professionals who do as the contract specifies.

Denzel came and fitted my front door today by himself! What can I say I’m happy with it, looks good and couldn’t get any better. Brilliant if I’m honest and he was very welcoming. Can’t complain. 100% recommend
Ordered a new fire door from Johnson & Sons, they were very professional from the start to finish, we chose the door online, they measured up and it was fitted by Denzel who was friendly and very knowledgeable, highly recommend them and pleased to find them as local too.
Very professional team. Work carried out and satisfied. Also team was kind enough to help run ringbell cable inside the frame and attached the ringbell. Very polite friendly admin staff. Overall I would recommend to any one. Good quality work.
Be wary. My elderly in-laws had a back door which was sticking. They were told that it needed to be replaced at a cost of £1,000. All it needed was a quick adjustment to the hinges and job done.
Arrived 25minutes late after scheduled appointment. Dragged substandard work out over the course of the whole day. Very slow and ponderous at starting the job of replacing just 1 window could not complete job properly, removed old window. new window damaged and un-working continued with fitting of unworking and damaged window and when contacted very arrogantly told the customer ‘wouldn’t be worth it’ to come back and rectify problems until it was suitable for them but were very unreasonable and refused to offer any estimated date. Repeatedly told customer ‘they didn’t really know what they were doing’ because of the type of window. Very substandard work and very poor service. Avoidance of accountability to an astonishing level. I recommend to avoid this company at all costs.
Denzel and Dean came and fitted our new front door today. Super polite, clean and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you so much for your hardwork, very much appreciated. A real credit to the company.

5 star+ I agree with all the other 5 star reviews. This is an A++ company for price, customer service, experience, and peace of mind. From the first visit, Paul didn't over sell or pressure us into buying something we didn't need. He even suggested something that saved us money. we were treated with such excellent customer service. The like of which, other companies could learn from. Our windows were fitted by two guys. Sadly, I can't remember their names, but they were superb and took their time to do a complete job, and they kept us informed every step of the way. The windows are great and excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and I would happily use them again.
Have had Johnson’s round for a number of jobs over the years, always professional and communicate well. A special shout out to Nathan and Andy, who completed a complete window change/stud work and plaster board/fixed a wobbly banister, lovely blokes and outstanding work! Highly recommend! Edit: A big thank you to Slav and Marcin for coming in and decorating, absolutely lovely job even if I did give you the worse patterned wallpaper to hang 😆
Steve, Stuart and Jamie installed 8 windows and a set of French doors at my Mothers house last week. They worked skillfully and diligently and showed great respect for her home. The communication and texts we received reassured us of when they would be arriving and the work was completed sooner than we were expecting. The windows and doors are high quality, look amazing and make such a difference to the light and security. Everyone we have dealt with at Johnson’s (from the office team to the surveyors, fitters and management team) have all been helpful, welcoming and efficient. What a wonderful local company!

We had all the windows replaced on our 3 bed house this week. On day one Connor and Jamie introduced themselves and explained fully how and in what order the work would be carried out. They have been polite,courteous punctual and hardworking all week. Everything was covered with dust sheets and they cleaned and hoovered every day before they left. My windows look amazing.

We’ve had two minor repairs and two complete door replacements from Johnson and Sons and the service has been excellent. For all of them someone came out to check what we wanted doing and this was followed up with simple quotes and no attempt to up-sell on what we asked for (in fact we were recommended a much cheaper option than we thought was required in one case), and all of the staff who we dealt with were fantastic. The quality of the work has been great as well.
From the surveyor coming out to the office staff and the guys who did the work really professional. The two Polish guys that sorted the cracks in the wall and did wall papering did an amazing job. Polite and courteous. Moved furniture that needed to be moved to get to the wall. Also put everything back exactly as it was before. They were very professional and thorough. A big thankyou to those two.

Just want to say thank you to Martin and Slawek who have finished painting my 3 bedroom house which was really bad due to water damage. They have completed the whole house very quick, outstanding work and worked on Saturday as well keeping in mind that we have young family. They are not only good decorator but good human being as well. These type of people should be asset of the company.

Cant recommend these guys enough! A few years back they fitted my mums doors and windows which have been excellent so i decided to give them a call to quote for a new porch and front door. Out of 3 quotes from different companies they were the most competitive and with the family recommendation i went with johnson. Paul is great keeping me informed throughout the process of ordering and delivery of my new doors. His team of fitters stewart and jimmy were excellent, very polite and considerate, arrived nice and early did a fantastic job and left everything very clean and presentable! Genuinely cant recommend these guys enough we wont ever use anyone else after our experience, thanks again guys much appreciated!
Andy and Sam arrived Tuesday 3rd May 2022 at 0900 to change and fit 7 windows and 2 doors,there professional skills in dealing with a property well over 100 years old was exemplary,they finished on Friday 6th of May work carried out was perfect and I would recommend Johnson & Sons to everyone who required this attention to detail.my thanks to Andy and Sam our three kittens were not fussed and slept through the work,cheers

AVOID..Never ever have I been spoke to like I was by two different guys from Johnson’s and sons and we have used lots of contractors!Rude staff, the owner/ mark is rude and you should steer clear!! Speaks to women awfully! I suppose unless you are spending lots of money, i suppose that’s why they may be nice to some... don’t want to deal with them again!
The most unprofessional bunch of rude staff I've ever met in my life. Lazy and full of excuses avoid at all cost! Mark was actually shouting at me when I asked why he was shouting he actually said because Im giving him grief. I wonder how arrogant he would have been had my partner been home. Never would I recommend or use this company again! Avoid Avoid Avoid! I wish I could give them no stars. The only decent person I met from this company was Steve. The rest of them are horrendous especially Mark. Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!
We are delighted with our new double-glazing done by Johnson & Sons. It keeps in warmth and keeps out noise very effectively. The workers kept to the schedule they'd agreed with us, and worked efficiently and without creating chaos of any kind! I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic customer service, Gary- who dealt with me in person was extremely helpful in design, ordering, keeping me up to date with my order by phone, as well as giving tips on how to install the replacement broken double glazed unit myself. Would happily recommend, faultless service, quality product and Johnsons were cheaper by more than HALF the price of the quote from diamond glass. Thumbs up!
After having Johnson and Sons supply and fit my new front door, i would just like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with them. After supplying a quote, they were not at all pushy about me placing the order. When i eventually did though, they were able to supply and fit on a day that suited me and provided great service. The fitters were very polite and professional, cleaned up everything and left me with absolutely nothing to do, it looked as if they had never been! I would not hesitate in recommending them in the future. Great service and product.
Excellent contractor. Very friendly and personable. They are experts in their field and do what they say they will, at a fair price. they are qualified under the regulations and do the job correctly. Very clean and tidy workers. I recommend and would use them again.
