Whilst I cannot comment on the quality of work, this relates to behaviour on a job at the Range in Ruislip. The company was doing some work for the Range. Customer by mistake walked out through the exit that was closed off. Words were said to the customer about this and customer acknowledged their error. the Instant Glazing guy then called him "thick" as he walked off. I appreciate that the weather has been exceptionally hot and that, at times, people may say things they do not fully mean in the moment. However, such comments are not appropriate and do not reflect the level of professionalism customers should expect. It is also worth considering how the situation may have escalated had the customer overheard the remark. What may have seemed like a passing comment could easily have resulted in a confrontation and could have reflected poorly on all parties involved

Harrison & Michael couldn’t have done more to help us, they truly went above and beyond! They overcame all the issues I had getting my sofa in, taking the window out and even helping us get the sofa in and into position! And were lovely people! Couldn’t recommend enough !!
We needed new rollers on our sliding patio door. Instant Glass and Glazing supplied the best quote. The guys who came did a great job and the door now slides perfectly. What I really liked was their attitude -when the first guy came to assess the rollers he asked about walking through the house with his boots on, it was a wet day. Then when they came back to fit the rollers they saw our cat walk out the door and asked us if she was allowed out. Things like this show customer care. well deserved 5 stars

I called Instant Glass and Glazing as my balcony door, which has a Dorma door mechanism, had broken through wind damage and I wasn’t able to keep the door open. I called Instant Glass and Glazing and they said they had a team in the area — and lo and behold, they actually had the part on the van. I couldn’t believe it. They didn’t even have to order the part, they already had it with them. David came round with another guy and they had it all fixed within 15–20 minutes. I could not be more pleased with the service. Definitely recommend this company. This is the second time we have used them, firstly to fit a new uvpc sash window and recently to replicate a patio door that is no longer available. Outstanding work and service! Highly recommended. The soft close mechanism on a really high end bespoke wetroom door we have stopped working, so the bespoke glass door would slam. We had several builders and even another special glazer look at it and they had no idea where to start, what parts we needed, where to get them, etc. I then stumbled across Instant Glass and Glazing and they came around promptly. The spent a lot of time removing bits of the fixings, had a good look "behind the scenes" to see how it was all put together and then gave me a very reasonable quote. When the parts arrived, two of them came round to fix the glass door's mechanism. They could not have been better: polite, clean, very thorugh, minimum cutting into wall as needed, etc. They put down dust sheets and then cleared up so that you wouldn't actually know that there had been workmen onsite. The guys were just a pleasure to work with and they were very thorough in what they did. What made it even better is that they are actually all really passionate about glass. We have a lot of structural and curved glass in our home and this really fascinated them. We shared a real passion for this. We will definitely have them do the rather challenging glazing needed for the next building project we have just started on. Top guys!

EN25LVD - I can not comment on the work of this company but I can comment on the Driver of this van causing issues on the road, pure arrogance not giving way as they should making HGVs slam on the brakes because they don’t want to stop at a busy roundabout. Poor driving people like this causes accidents.

These guys are excellent. The glazing business (in my relatively limited experience!) can often be a nightmare to handle and you hear all sorts of horror stories about them - not this lot. Polite, efficient, reasonably priced, good at communication and best of all - on time! Special mention to Reece, who put up with all of my inane questions and whatsapp messages and made sure that things went off smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

My husband found this company online and after reading excellent reviews decided to go ahead . We required a cat flap installation in a full length bay window and also a hinge repair to another window . After our initial enquiry we had a prompt response and a visit was booked with two fitters where the jobs were quickly assessed . A couple of weeks later the jobs were completed . The fitters arrived when they said they would and completed the jobs to a high standard . They were efficient, polite and friendly . I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them .
I sent a message through their website with dimensions and type of glass as it had a hairline crack to see if they could repair or replace. A phone call the next day and quote sent over the guys turned up tp measure up the following day as they had a job nearby. It was ready to be installed within a week but I needed 3 weeks as I was away. Job just got finished - looks fab, quick and easy for Jason and Paul installing it and they took the split sheet of glass away. The Georgian Wired Glass looks fab and they guys were able to reuse the wood, minimal paint touch up required, and clear sealant used to professionally finish the job. Glass removed, replaced and area cleaned up - all done in less than an hour. Would highly recommend for speed of being able to take on thw job and the job being completed

From the beginning in the office deal with Reece, who was very professional, responsive and reactive to provide a price and book the works in promptly, to the two gentlemen that arrived to carry out the works, Dan and Callum - total service was very professional and value for money. I needed a new double glazed unit with a cat flap fitted, after reaching out to 6 other companies who all said it would take about 5 weeks to completion I almost gave up but then I found Instant Glass who came out the next day to survey and then 7 days later the glass was installed. Two different teams attended (1 for survey and 1 for fit), all of the guys were so friendly and worked quickly. Contacted Instant Glass on WhatsApp as I needed a new peach mirror for my bathroom. The next day they popped round and took the old mirror as template for the position of the holes. I spoke to Heather yesterday (2nd January 2024) and told her that the dreadful storm had 'blown out the side window in my bedroom. The hinges at both the top and bottom had snapped and bent and the window was wide open and couldn't be shut. Heather gave me incredible help for which I thank her profusely. I took photos of the damaged window and sent them to Heather. She rang back and said someone would be with me in an hour. Fifty minutes later, a gentleman called Stuart called and did a complete repair. All in all, this was a first class service and I can't thank Heather and Stuart enough for lessening my stress!

Got a quote and fitting as soon as I required, quick simple and one of the cheapest available. The two lads came quite early as I requested and were in and out with the job completed in 30 mins would defo recommend.

My mum and dad, both in their 80's, went to this business to purchase a small piece of glass for a project dad was doing. The salesman initially wouldn't take any money for the glass, saying it was such a small amount and that they were trying to look after the locals! Mum insisted he took a small amount of cash, saying you can't run a business like that! They were both chuffed to bits at the friendliness, professionalism and the offer! Important to keep these local links going....not saying you'd all get free glass... but do go and support them!
I was really struggling to find someone who could cut and provide sized 6.4mm clear laminate glass quickly on the same day. I'd tried many other companies in the area and despite being glass merchants either they didn't offer the service at all or could only offer next day service. Not so Instant Glass! I was in a fix moving into a new flat just before Christmas with a broken window. It was by chance I came across this company as I saw that one of their workers Dave was securing a broken window at a nearby premises after the Pride event in Brighton on a Sunday afternoon. He offered to come and look at our window straight away and an immediately took control of the situation and secured our dangerous window. Being Sunday I was so glad to have the glass secure at least. He then measured up for a replacement glass and a quote was sent to me at 8am on Monday morning with a booking for the work the next day on the Tue. The workmen (Dave and colleague) were brilliant, they got on with the job in a systematic way and resolved a few complications we had, they were also friendly and calm to deal with. Time keeping was excellent and they kept us informed of arrival etc. The office were also very proactive and are fast to answer queries. They have excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them as they are very well run and organised, rarely found to this degree these days.

Wow! Gary saved my life on Saturday. I was not at home and I heard from our neighbours that my front door had one panel smashed through. Found Instant Glass and Glazing online while searching for a company who specialised in glass splashbacks for kitchens. Dealt with David via email who was quick and responsive to my questions. David also arranged a couple of glass samples which were personal dropped off to me. Our kitchen was professionally measured and everything was ordered. An installation day was arranged. The installation team turned up on time and quickly set to work. They were great, couldn’t fault them. Fast, efficient, polite and tidy. Very happy with the splashback and the whole experience.
Brilliant support and service with an emergency, boarding up to secure our premises after church glass doors were vandalised. Calling around early on a Sunday morning of a bank holiday weekend we expected to be fleeced, but Dave and the team were absolutely brilliant from initial enquiry through to completion and follow up. We have an old 1960s door in which we accidentally busted through the beautiful reeded glass. We contacted Instant Glass & Glazing as we were looking for someone local who had good reviews. We can see why they have 5 stars! Not only did they quote us a competitive price (whilst others quoting us 3-4x more ) they came the same day. Super professional and friendly team, they replaced our glass to a high standard and cleaned up after themselves. If that wasn’t enough they planed our door because they noticed that it was really hard to open and close. They were concerned we might put our arm through the glass again!! I mean this was completely unnecessary as they did it out of the goodness of their hearts. I have to say sometimes encountering a lot of grumpy people during 2020 covid can really have you down. After having these guys fix my door it really restored my faith in humanity. Just nice honest guys. I don’t feel like I was taken advantage. In fact looking back, I should have paid them more !! Outstanding service! Wholeheartedly recommend ! Merry Christmas !!

Instant Glass replaced a new shopfront glass at our store following a car going into the shop front and needed it making secure and they returned the next day to replace the new glass and the office team are very helpful. Keep up the good work Instant Glass.

Old mirrors removed and disposed off. New mirrors with holes to suit the new light fittings installed. Finally new light tubes fitted. The bathroom left clean and tidy. Very helpful and friendly service. Repaired a broken window following a break-in. Dave in the office very helpful going over the repair options. Dave (the glazier) kept me updated of his arrival time and arrived within an hour. He completed the work quickly and tidily, which helped during this stressful time. He also took measurements for replacement windows and doors so hopefully will use their service again.
