Contacted Dean this morning as unable to close our patio door last night as hinges needed alignment. He said he would call to have a look at it as soon as he’d finished the job he was working on. True to his word he let me know when he was enroute and arrived within 4 hours of my initial contact. He fixed the problem free of charge ( even though I insisted on paying), was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Dean for coming to our rescue! We can sleep easy tonight knowing the door is shut properly and locked.

Dean is a lovely lad. Came and quoted and gave me professional advice of what would work best as well as advice trying to help me keep the price down. Love my composite door, porch and inside door and windows. Trust worthy while I was at work and not a pick of mess. Dean is very passionate on what he does. Can’t believe the difference from our old windows. Highly recommended and will definitely have him back in future.
Had replacement windows and doors installed in June 2020 by Dean and his team to an excellent standard .A mishap breaking the key of a window lock of the Bay window was completed within 30 minutes after I called him to see if he could help and he made no charge for his time .Could not ask for anything more.
Dean was extremely professional from start to finish and has done an amazing job replacing the badly installed windows by a previous owner and also fitting our new door, it’s rare these days to find such a high standard of workmanship. Dean also gave honest, helpful advice from the offset when choosing the style and design. Such a big job, but left the place so tidy afterwards too! What an amazing lad that came to our rescue today. We couldn’t get a sofa out of our house today so rang Carricks and he came out. Was here within 5 minutes. Took the widow out and even helped lift the sofa out too. Then he wouldn’t take any money for it. Now you don’t see that very often. Absolutely amazing

Dean and his colleague installed triple glazing for me, plus an outside door that had to be made to measure. They did a great job, on time and on budget. In fact no problems at all, and they were such great fun that I missed them when they were finished. Dean gave me a ten year guarantee and came back to adjust the door for me. Dean’s been brilliant from the first email I sent, really professional and understanding. Workmanship is fantastic and his prices are really competitive. We absolutely love our new front door and have noticed a real difference! Dean and Andy were great on the fitting day and didn’t stop, despite it being sub zero outside! They were also really kind and fixed our french doors while they were here. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely book him again!

I have had a number of jobs done by this company and would recommend without hesitation. Competitive prices and a high quality of workmanship. I think the mark of a good company is not when things go right but when you have a problem . A minor problem with a door lock was sorted immediately Going to offer more window work soon.
