Camberley Glass & Windows installed a Solidor kitchen stable door with sill, cat flap, heritage cottage door furniture and tilt and turn flag window. They replaced a single pane garage window, double casement bedroom window, kitchen tilt and turn picture window and single pane lavatory window with fanlight. Visiting the showroom in Camberley helped to clarify the available options and types of doors, windows and fixtures available to suit our home. This was followed up by a home visit to estimate and quote for the various products and their installation, then a full survey to confirm dimensions, identify any issues or constraints and clarify all the preparations that needed to be done before the installation, which took two days. At every stage every member of the office, design and installation teams was helpful, courteous, punctual, professional and efficient. I, my wife (and the cat) are all very pleased with the outcome, which already improves the visibility from, ventilation and appearance of our home. I hope that the insulation will also improve to make the kitchen a cosier family space during the coming winter.
I had an amazing pair of guys Nik & Mitch fit my extremely difficult patio door. With all the challenges my house brought for them they did a fantastic job for me so thank you guys !!

Excellent service from initial phone call enquiry, through to collecting end product. I needed a replacement glass door for an animal vivarium. Phoned to obtain a quote, very helpful staff, submitted email order, they phoned to confirm size and give me an estimated collection date. When product was ready they called to advise and a suitable date was agreed for collection. on arrival at their site in Camberley the staff could not be more friendly, they located my order very quickly thus ensuring I was able to return home and fit new door. First time using this very local firm. Excellent service in replacement glass for 13 Windows which had blown. They made a minor error in not providing one of them with blue tint which they replaced around a week later - other than a low upfront deposit, the remainder wasn’t due until we were happy with the final work, which we were! Will definitely use again.
We had a pane of glass removed from a bi-fold door to have a cat-flap hole installed. The process was very simple and from quote to installation and the communication was very easy. The job only took a few weeks from initial enquiry to fitting. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any other glass/window projects!e

Had rear sliding doors replaced with french doors and also both front and rear doors replaced by Camberley Glass and Windows. Well priced and installed a lot quicker than we anticipated too. The fitter Nick and his team who carried out the installation were fantastic and we are very pleased with the final result with our front door looking beautiful. Camberley Glass came to fit some windows for us, including a particularly tricky window in the attic. Nik and Ben were extremely efficient, polite and completed the fitting of all our windows to a very high standard. I wanted to express my immense satisfaction in the work that was carried out at the School bungalow (Beaufort Primary School) this Thursday 16th & Friday 17th. The team under the leadership of Dave were early both days, a rarity in itself for most contractors in my experience. Dave was a great communicator, keeping me appraised of each day's work plan, he was always happy to answer any questions I had. From the moment they arrived both days they got stuck into the job straight away, they worked efficiently and diligently. They keep all areas covered with dust sheets and any mess they made, was cleaned away as they worked. The finish on the job was superb throughout. We shopped around and decided to use Camberley Glass and Windows, following a recommendation, and after meeting Ashley (sales) and receiving their quote. We had doors and windows replaced. I can thoroughly recommend this company - we've received excellent service, from Ashley in Sales, Claire and Steph in the office, their Surveyor (who's name I will find) and their fitters, Ollie and Nick - who have done a superb job! We would definitely use this company again. Very happy with their quality products and service.
I’ve had many new windows and doors fitted in the past sadly , by far these are the worst windows I’ve ever had . You spend a fortune on windows and doors and you do not expect condensation on your windows especially in the spring and heading towards summer! It’s awful in the winter the windows are literally dripping with water . Today , in May certain windows in the house are the same .. Research how to spend your hard earned money very wisely folks and do your research on companies fully .
This is possibly the worst purchasing experience we have ever made in respect of our home. Camberley Glass and Solidor both have a hidden 13 chapter which basically passes the problem back to the purchaser. The door warped significantly within weeks of installation which meant the door could not be opened without force, Ron of CG attended and simply loosened the locking system and left, a few days later the warp reduced (researched Solidor's product and determined this was due to poor manufacturing\degassing i.e. expanded when door got warm from solar heat when the door is exposed to sun light, this was brought to Ron of CG who discounted this all products are fully checked before customer is contacted to install products door, frame and side panel. He failed to recall on the first planned and agreed installation morning that the side panel was missing on loading the vehicle and subsequently a new date had to be arranged when it arrived. When the package was complete CG attended and installed the products and informed my wife it couldn't be correctly sealed as it was dimensionally to big and no sealant could be provided at floor level to complete the works but bonded trim instead. Following Ron of CG's remedy of slacking of the locking system and cooler weather the door warp reduced but not to a complete flat surface and due to the remedy the door locking system would not lock correctly and subsequently CG were called and following discussion he attended and was confused as in his mind it was correct though we proved the door was still warped but at this point produced a tolerance sketch from manufacturer justifying the extent of acceptable warping which was not provided as documentation prior to purchase or on installation. The door is how we asked him to leave it like it was and rectify the locking system which was poorly carried out as the locking points still grind against the receiver plates/points which are showing evidence of excessive wear and movement. A permanent rug and removable sausage draught excluder is the only solution. My wife refuses to allow Ron of CG near the house "He uses his size and body language to intimidate rather than words which is scary". Having had a Telephone conversation with "Neil" in the office and experienced his manner and responses I understand what her concerns are when in contact with those who represent CG. We have attempted communication with CG by email to resolve this but no response from them, in addition we have used the phone numbers recorded as contacts during the purchasing, subsequent installation and when trying to seek a remedy which is a door, door frame and side panel meeting the specifications, tolerances and correct standards which provides a "secure and draught proof installation" (their marketing words not ours" but no connection, using a private unlisted number we get an answer but as soon as they established it was us who is calling the female receptionist ends the call and you try using the number again and guess what no ring tone. We have all documents, communications, CCTV of attendances and CG have records of our calls and subsequently now post this review based on our experience of Camberley Glass and suggest potential purchasers consider other similar companies, ask for references and visit, contact them to ensure you are happy that the with the standard of works, CG representative's and the products supplied and fitted. We will not be having a holiday this year as the monies saved for will now be used to replace the Camberley Glass installation which when removed be recorded and assessed by an independent Surveyor which then on the findings used to pursue a remedy or post on review sites, social media and similar Trade sites such as Checkatrade. Good Luck to those who decided to use Camberley Glass, we, friends and neighbours who have been shown the issues agree that they "Will Not Consider Using Camberley Glazing"

I recently had 3 replacement conservatory glass roof panels supplied and fitted by CGWC and the final result is excellent. There were a couple of minor issues that I raised but Alan and CGWC did not hesitate to make another visit to remedy them free of charge. I've used them several times before and would use them again.
Have used Camberley Glass a few times now and have always found them prompt to reply and quick and efficient with their installations. Alan installed replacement bedroom window on this occasion and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend CG for all double glazing work.
Terrible company. Took over a year to carry out the replacement of a glass panel in our bifold doors. Integral blinds kept failing within minutes of installation. In the end their operative was extremely aggressive and swore at and threatened us if we didn't accept their shoddy work . We had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave us alone. Unbelievably bad company.

Please check the shops measurements when they do a job as they will not refund or replace if they get it wrong but will blame you for not checking their mistake!!!!

I have an aged wooden garden shed which needed to have a window replaced due to breakage caused by an exploded canister which overheated in the heatwave. The glass was replaced very efficiently and quickly and the shed lives to tell the tale!
Used them twice now, both orders were either wrong or not finished. I’ll be going somewhere else next time.
Unresponsive and don’t listen Asked for a quote via the website, they didn’t get back to me. Sent an email, they didn’t get back to me. Had to phone up to get someone to come and give us a quote. The chap that came out did not pay attention to my wife. He kept telling us what style of window we wanted to have, even though my wife said we didn’t like that style. He kept saying we should go for a cheaper option, even though we said we didn’t like the cheaper option and never mentioned anything about our ability to pay. When we got the quote it wasn’t for what we had asked for. I emailed to say we had been sent the wrong quote and asked for them to send the quote with the requested window and door, and they never replied.
Made some custom sized mirrors for me for a DIY wardrobe project. Good attention to the detail and worked with me to ensure the mirors were the perfect size for bonding onto the wardrobe doors. Very pleased with the end result.

Trades have been very busy and these guys had similar timelines compared to others. Pricing wide, they were roughly similar but they had magnetic seals instead of just plasticky bits between the door s. Guys were tidy and happy to remove shoes when asked. More importantly, used it for about a week and can't fault the install and quality. Looks good, well made and installed. Was initially worried with door width but turned out ok. The minimalist handle is a beauty. Thanks guys.

Was given a half day slot for an hour job, so took half day off work. Got a call at 4:15 from the engineer saying he wasn't going to make it and would need to re-arrange. Poor.
Brilliant - went today for a pane of glass for our shed. Service was quick, professional and it was very well priced. We parked in an open car park by the Co-Op and walked however upon arrival there is parking there. New window came well packaged and protected for the journey home. Easily 5/5, will be using again in the future.
