The customer service is really excellent at Roman Glass, Kinson. I have used their services previously and am a returning customer. The order process was hassle free and Mike was very helpful. So pleased with the glass to protect top of furniture and the advice I was given about measuring. They somehow got MM confused with CM so I received a piece of glass that was the size of a beer mat instead of the size of a coffee table. But the worst part was that they still made me pay for the glass even though it was their error! So I wasted time and money with this shop. The man at the counter was really nice and the error was probably made by whoever cut the glass, but I won't be back. I'll be sure to emphasise CENTIMETRES next time I order glass!

Pretty bad staff and have got a few orders wrong. Not perfect but probably the only option.
Went in today for a piece of glass cut to size, which was done very quickly at a good price, very pleased, well reccomend.
Great service. I keep alot of reptiles and over the last year they have supplied many pieces of glass for my viv builds cutting it to size and rasping edges for me.
