Can't recommend Focus Windows highly enough, we just got new windows & french doors. They are very competitively priced, were extremely professional & helpful, from them out measuring up to the actual install. The fitters Sam & Sam were excellent, friendly & cleaned up leaving everything spotless done and amazing job 👏 👏 Thank you all.

I called Focus Windows to get a quote for new windows for my mum's house. From the very first contact, the guys at Focus were super helpful. The two fitters who came out to Mum's were awesome, Gary and Bushie. They did an amazing job, super informative from the moment they arrived until they finished, tidying everything before leaving for the night. Thank you, Focus Windows.
I just had my windows and new composite door put in. The sales guy robert was brilliant and honest and did not pressure us. the surveyor then came out and was very efficient and friendly and he checked over my options. the fitters were Gary and Tommy, they were amazing so friendly and explained everything I needed to know, they were spotless, they cleaned everything after they finished. Scott in the office was funny and personable and answered any questions I had. I'm so happy with it all. thank you Focus windows.
5 Star everything was top class the two men that put the windows and doors in was Rab and Dean. They were so provisional and cleared up everything in house and outside We couldn't of asked for better thank you both

Five star service and product. Really pleased with my new front door (fitted back in August). Got a few quotes and Focus Windows matched the best one, with all the bells and whistles I wanted on the door. In particular, the fitter was excellent. Very friendly, tidy and did an excellent job. I think his name was Bushy. He even put a strip to match the door colour underneath the bottom of the door to finish it just right. 👌 thank you guys.

No mad sales pressures, great advice, communication excellent throughout the process, really tidy workmanship from very hard working installers. Had my windows done by Focus, almost 2 years ago.The fitters Gary and Bushy were great, very knowledgeable and well experienced.
I wanted to really thank the entire team from “Focus Windows NI Ltd” company for fantastic organisation and work they performed while installing windows and door in my house. People working at the office were always polite, and very helpful and welcoming. I am quite a fussy client and they had a lot of patience and understanding with my expectations. The doors and windows were installed by 2 workers : Dean and Norman. Amazing professionalists, always smiling and nice people. The work was done really smoothly and with minimal amount of noise (my partner was able to sleep after his night shift 😁) and there was no mess either. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t imagine a better team to work with! Best regards to everyone and if someone still can’t decide if they want to choose that company then i reassure you they are the best ones out there!
Got my windows fitted today by Focus. A great experience right from the first quotation until now. Two excellent fitters, a sales rep who really listened to and cared about what I wanted, and the house left almost spotless! Considering the fact the entire house had to be done and my old windows were a mess that seemed impossible to imagine. Great seal, house feels warmer already! Would 100% recommend Focus Windows to anyone. Great payment plans available too!
Had a new window and set of patio doors installed, as we have used focus windows in the past, we called upon them again, from start to finish, very professional, the building team were fantastic, as when finished, it looked like the window and doors were always there. Brick work superb, even the craic from the team was brilliant. They were also courteous and respectful of property, and went well beyond and above, excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

Adequate job with facias. As expected. Had some other work needing finished with it, never seen them again. Have called 6 times since June. Twice the advisor told me he would personally see that they get round to finish. Unprofessional
Great service in repairing older double glazed windows and doors..bringing everything up to date. Punctual and professional...with great knowledge. Ive had to ask for help many times. Tommy is a craftsman at double glazing. So happy with Focus...no job is too small

Just had all our windows, front door and back door replaced by Focus. I would highly recommend from pre sale, survey, fitting and after care we cannot thank you enough. Our windows not only look good but the reduction in noise and the heat retention is exactly what we asked for!

When told that my mother had gotten a better quote elsewhere. The man on the phone Chris, asked her 'why she had let them down'. Horrible customer service. My mother is sick and din't need that sort of harassment. The people on the phone need better training or at least to learn manners.
