Can't praise enough. Always difficult when ordering for a rental flat to arrange timings etc. But all went through without a hitch. And reasonable prices.
New door fitted this morning, Chris was very professional and did an excellent job, thanks to all the team for making it happen.
Lost, binned or gave away the template we provided. Then suggested to my wife to get a man to make a new template. Rude, careless and not worth getting a quote from.
I have been waiting in excess of 2 years for these Muppets to supply a main door. Each time I ask when is it going to be fitted all i get are more pathetic excuses.
A brilliant local company. We've used them for windows and doors and always get a great service at a very competitive price. Will always be the #1 choice for us

5 star rating . I’ve used these folks twice now. Both times flawless. I phoned up, placed an order for a mirror- They cut and polished it as per the spec and it was ready efficiently and at a reasonable price. They are also open nice and early which helps trades out like myself. I’ll definitely use again.
Fantastic people, I have used them to supply double glazed units for me and friends/family. Always very helpful, competitive on price and a quick turnaround. It's great to be rid of those crusty old blown panels, replaced with nice fresh glass.
Fantastic service, from obtaining a quote to the guys coming out to template the glass, then only a week before I was called for the fitting. Really pleased with the workmanship and look of the glass on the staircase with chrome brackets. The fitters cleaned everything and couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with the end result.
Big shout out for Pete. He did an excellent job. Polite, friendly, hard worker.
Had a window made and fitted by the Glass Centre basingstoke Chris the fitter was first class he fitted the frame and cleaned up 10 out of 10

Required replacement bathroo m cabinet mirror. Received great service and advice. Mirror glass shaped , edges rounded all with a quick turnaround. Can't recommend this Glass Centre enough.
My builder, who then became ill ordered double glazed glass from Glass Centre Basingstoke. He sadly couldn't complete the job. I got in touch with Glass Centre Basingstoke to ask them for a quote to install the glass already bought from them. Surveyor came about 6 weeks ago, I have chased for the quote multiple times with no luck. If they do not want the work, then please let the customer know. Very poor communication and professionalism. Photo attached of the glazing waiting to be installed.
A very handy place. I had a broken glass on a framed picture and it was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. Convivial workers makes for a good atmosphere.
Everything glass you would want. They have supplied me with plain glass , wired glass, and made mirrored cupboard doors for me. They are helpful and know their business.
We needed a large glass top for our dining room table to protect it. They came and assessed the options then templates it and then delivered the perfect fit! All staff professional and efficient and flexible with timings

My request was quite precise and I guess very different from their usual fare, yet I have met the best people. John (the founder), with the support of his amazing team, helped me with so much kindness and efficiency. His expertise and advice were always perfectly adapted to each of the issues the project brought up. I am in awe of his inexhaustible knowledge of glass. Ultra technical and with masterful finesse when it comes to artistic projects or when a project requires a special sensitivity, with unique dexterity, they use the best and most advanced materials available. I am so grateful to have found Glass Center and I highly recommend this company.
Had someone round to come and do a quote on 9th September and was told I'd get an answer in the next week. Unfortunately it is now the 12th October and still no quote or response. I called up on 16th & 22nd September and then again on the 5th October, to chase this up and was told it was 'on the bosses desk' and they'd get back to me... unfortunately this hasn't materialised any of the times so would not attempt to use again.
Great guys I'm in the trade PH Doubleglazing and I use them for my split and reseals. Lots of parking and very helpful staff. I have heard they are not very good at golf 😂😱 only joking see you soon

I have had measurements taken on Friday 30th November and was told I could expect the quote the next week Monday/Tuesday. As I have not heard from anyone I have called the office on Wednesday, the lady I spoke to was under the impression it was done and sent, so she checked my contact details and said she would chase it up. Thursday morning I have phone the office again, I was again told it would be chased up. Thursday afternoon I spoke to someone else and was told the guy who produces the quotes was off sick. When I have asked about a timescale they have said it would be likely next week! Clearly they have enough business and aren't fussed about winning more customers. Would have been nice if they've informed me first thing this would take ridiculously long considering it's only an estimate, I could have gone elsewhere earlier. Have I not phoned I would have not known. Shocking customer service which lets the business down as the chap who was here to take measurements was very nice and looked like he knew what he was doing.
Assistant came to the counter quite quickly! Told me could be a month or two months possibly longer to fit toughened glass, they were very busy! Not helpful and no idea how to deal with customers!
Very disappointing service ! Went in personally for a quote for a small cabinet glass door, spoke to someone who appeared to take some interest and was promised a call back on Monday after the weekend. Nothing. Went in a few days later - they had lost the order form, so went through the process again and I was told I'd get a quote later that day. Two days went past and nothing. Then I phoned the office twice, each time offering promises. Nothing. Gave up. Small order ? Yes, this one. But I didn't tell them I need 6 windows re-glazed ! if they can't manage a small job no way am I going near them with anything larger. What a shame as I like to support local businesses.

Had glass cut to size a while ago straight forward job, excellent price and service. 2nd time round was a different story. Rang for a quote on satin toughened glass and they forgot to get back to me so they offered me an alternative to speed things up (frosted film). I was assured that they knew what they were doing and that it would give the same end result. They trapped dust under the film twice wasting over half a day of my time. Then they told me they could not get any better because they don't have a dust free inviroment.
A very rare facillity these days. I wanted a glass shelf cut to size, and not just a square shape, and my size requirement and glass type were satisfied fully. The staff accepted my order, glass thickness and colour was discussed and I was very pleased with the final quality of the materials I received. I'm certain that any glass related objects, including mirror glass, can be cut to any size and you could save money repairing damaged items rather than buying new.
I recently had some glass cut from templates for table tops. I can not fault the final product, when it was finally completed two months after starting. And it's worth saying that for the first part of my experience with this company, it was via a third party, who got frustrated and walked away, leaving me to sort it out. But, my own experience having to try to rectify issues, left with me with a feeling that they could not care less. During the first part of the project, not all the glass was cut. When questioned, we were told the templates had gone missing in their premises, then they were found, and having retrieved them, we worked out which two bits of glass were missing. This is where I had to take over. I sent two emails, which weren't responded to, which meant I had to call in to chase. The lady in the office was VERY helpful and got me back on track. When I came in to bring the leftover template back, with markings on showing where the cut was wrong, I was met by someone from the warehouse, who (and I still struggle to believe this happened) snorted and spat as he walked towards me outside before asking 'can I help you'. When I finally managed to get to speak to someone about a price on the phone, having to chase again, I was told that this was not the original template, even though it was the only one I had had made. Personally, I'm not to keen on effectively being called a liar. I'll never use this company again and can't believe how bad the levels of customer service were. Perhaps it was a one off because the other reviews are good and they have been around a long time, but I felt compelled to write this one, because my experience was so bad. Sorry.

Fantastic service from start to finish, all of my doors and windows replaced to my specification, order time from measurement to delivery was great, fitting all went well & have had compliments on the quality, it has transformed my house and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended!
