Great windows and generally nice people - but this company take zero responsibility for damage caused when installing. Disappointing. And their reply (below) simply sums up GHI. There wasn't a hidden wire as they suggest. They (GHI) 'cemented' the wire, after fitting, as they showed me! Great windows as I said. Terrible aftercare, as you can see.
Carl, Kye and Tom worked together as a great team. They were very methodical and efficient and did a fabulous job installing the new windows. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend GHI.

We had a complete re-fit. Windows and doors look awesome, the fitters worked very hard over the 5 days and are coming back to finish an outside door since removing our conservatory. Cannot recommend enough.

We recently had our windows installed by GHI Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The windows look absolutely beautiful and have really transformed the property. Carl and his son Kai were fantastic from start to finish. They were here all day, worked efficiently, and maintained a very professional attitude throughout. It was clear they take real pride in their work. The service was quick, smooth, and completed to a high standard, with everything left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but these guys were excellent. I would highly recommend GHI Windows to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a professional, friendly service.
The company inspired confidence from the start, for what was to us a daunting prospect. We wanted to have all of our windows and the back door replaced. We also had some half walls knocked out and replaced with full length panes and patio doors. Our Installation team, Carl and Kye, were absolutely excellent and had a clear understanding of what was required. They worked consistently hard for 7 days and did a first class job with a meticulous finish.
A great experience from start to finish with GHI for two new sash windows and a new front door. Steve in the Weybridge branch was incredibly helpful - with no question being too small. Come installation, Peter and Harrison were fantastic and left the property in a fantastic condition. Now already planning the next window upgrade with GHI.
We had new windows and front door fitted by GHI in October 2025 and are really pleased with them. Lance in the showroom was super helpful at explaining our options, including fittings and colourways. Carl and his son who fitted the windows were professional, friendly and really really careful to minimise any damage to the house. We couldn't recommend them enough. Price was competative. We've just ordered our new windows and doors with GHI. We are so happy with the buying process. Jim has been helpful from the very first conversation - he talked us through all the different options and price points and gave us some good, honest advice. Jim also spent time with us in their showroom showing us all the options, it really helped with our decision making to be able to see examples of the different doors and windows. Can't wait to have them installed!
Carl and his Son finished our windows and doors this week from GHI Banstead, what a fantastic job they did , nothing was too much trouble, the quality of the windows and doors is fantastic, price wise they very competitive, I can not recommend them highly enough, really professional, really polite, a pleasure to have in our home , and Jim who came out at the beginning to see us was so helpful and very honest with his suggestions and opinions. Tony and Jordan were amazing what a fantastic job they did. I am having new windows fitted and have asked for them to come back. Had Tony back to fit another 6 windows and he did a brilliant job again. It has been a great service from Phil coming round to measure and give me a price to the surveyor coming round to double check the measurements before ordering the windows. I would definitely recommend this company for its excellent service
I am delighted with the work that GHI have done for me so far. My windows look fantastic. I am now looking forward to having the front of my house done by them as well. The staff throughout the company that I have dealt with particularly Michelle from the Weybridge branch have been particularly impressive. If only all companies were as easy to do business with !
