My Job was an emergency because I was unable to close my window. Ross answered my e mail on a Sunday and the job was completed first thing Monday morning. This is a family run business a nd I would diffinately recommend their services.

The very best. I got blown panes replaced in a conservatory. Craftsmen. Competitive. Honest. Polite. Tidy. Responsive to enquiries and show up when they say. Can but commend strongly. I understand demand is high and may not be able to come at the click of a finger, but waiting a few days is well worth it in the long run, especially as some of the larger national competitors will promise immediate service, get it booked in (then cancel to re-arrange shortly after).
Absolutely superb company. Ross was so knowledgeable and provided me with brilliant advice on what they could do to replace my front door panel (which had been smashed by our over excited son who was swinging a metal water bottle!) The price was great and Ross was back within a week to fit it. My new front door looks really good and the new glass panel has brightened up my entire porch. Awesome service and I would highly recommend Ross to anyone.

Very professional service, arrived on time, measured up very accurately so the quote was less than expected. Toughened double glazing replacement for old blown one. He took the old unit away. All for £280, best quote to replace the patio doors was £2,200. Looks like new. He also fixed a window that was falling out when you opened it. Fitted new hinges. 15 mins work. Can't recommend them enough.

Ross & his mate were brilliant. The work he carried out replacing blown double glassing panes was so professional and of good quality. He came around for one appointment to measure up then came back the next week to do the job. They were very quick & new exactly what they were doing. The cost was very reasonable as well. Not many places just repair so glad I found them.

Several of the hinges on our double glazed units had broken. Ross visited at the agreed time and quickly established they were non standard. The correct hinges were immediately ordered and a new installation date arranged. Exactly on time he again arrived and quickly installed the new hinges plus two handles which were likely to fail in the near future. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his skills. I cannot recommend Ross highly enough. We had several window smashed whilst we were absent from our property and within hours, Ross responded and came to our rescue as soon as he could. His replacement windows are excellent and at a very reasonable price.

I accidentally broke a large pane of double glazed toughened window glass. Ross very quickly responded to my call despite having the day off! By the following day he had taken measurements and within 2 days had cut, made and fitted the new glass. I elected to put in the better quality shop window laminated glass as there was at least a month national delay in sourcing toughened glass.The job was very professionally done, tidy and much better value than elsewhere. I would recommend Ross 100% and would certainly reuse his services if needed again. Again many thanks Ross.
After being let down 6 times in total by two separate contractors, I was at my wits ends with trying to get my windows fixed as the draft and noise was becoming unbearable. Ross answered my call and came and quoted next day which was really all I could ask for. From there, he managed to get me in next week, showed up as promised, did the job in a timely and professional manner and the noise difference is fantastic. It's like chalf and cheese with the windows properly fitted with new hinges and locks. I can't thank him enough, would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Such great service today for a fiddly job replacing 9 panes - quick, friendly, cleaned up brilliantly, and so reasonably priced. Ross even noticed a tiny defect in one small pane of glass after he'd fitted it, and insisted he take it out and replace it! Would definitely recommend.
