After a 25+ year old boiler finally gave up, I asked Raz Heating to replace not only the boiler, but the entire system. The old traditional system was taken out and a brand new combi system installed. From start to finish, communication was clear throughout, the work was done to the planned schedule despite a couple of set backs and I now have a working system that’s improved the house tenfold. Thanks to the guys at Raz Heating for all their efforts.
Adam serviced the boiler and replaced one of the insulation pads. He was very honest and told me that only 1 of the 4 needed doing and so saved me some money which he could easily have not done and charged me more and I’d have been none the wiser. Would definitely recommend and will be using him for any work in the future!
Adam did an excellent job. He serviced our boiler and cylinder, and also fixed the issue with the unheated radiator. He explained everything clearly and completed the work on time, leaving everything clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend him and will continue to use his services in the future.
Adam was a true professional. We hit some hurdles on the first call out (down to my boiler being boxed in and Adam could not get my boiler out) besides this he came back out once I had sorted this hurdles and fully serviced my boiler and went above and beyond and even fixed the boiler clip for me. We used Raz Heating to move and replace our boiler plus a few extra bits. Adam was great. He stuck to the quote, finished the work a day early, was very clear and spent time explaining everything to us, nothing was too much trouble. Super tidy and we didn’t notice they had been at our house! 100% would recommend and we will continue to use him in the future.

We received excellent service from Adam. He advised us on an appropriate heating system and installed a new boiler, in a new position and also replaced our radiators. It was a large and complex job which he and Steve carried out very efficiently. Adam also undertook some additional plumbing for us and both he (and Steve) were very friendly and helpful. Had a new Glo-Worm Combi Boiler with a Hive thermostat fitted by Adam and Steve who worked very well as a team, with both knowing there stuff. Adam was very responsive to queries and also provided the initial quote in a timely manner, providing good recommendations but not trying to sell extras. Adam and Steve were also on time and very tidy. Very happy with the job thanks.

Adam arrived promptly with mask and gloves, was friendly and knowledgeable and explained our issues in a very clear manner. He was thorough but didn't rush to try and sell us things we didn't need, and fixed our heating quickly and efficiently with reasonable pricing. Fantastic to have a nice warm home again! Booked Adam through the Local Hero’s scheme. He arrived on time, was courteous and explained everything. I needed a new governor for the gas meter and he arranged for that to be done, staying on site so he could finish the service afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend Raz.

We got the guys from Raz Heating to install a new boiler in our house, their extensive experience provided us with great guidance and advise for the perfect set-up for our house, and needs from the boiler and heating system. In no time they provided us with a competitive quote for the boiler and all the parts needed for installation, we decided to go with them. We set a date that suited us and they arrived promptly at the agreed time on the day. I was pretty worried about it due to our house and heating system being very old and the potential for rising costs, but on the day I was put at ease by the engineer Adam and had confidence this would be no problem for him. As expected they provided a perfect, fuss free installation, not just replacing old with new but advising me on boiler position in our kitchen, something to be honest I hadn't even thought about. But all I can say now is he was right! I could not recommended Raz heating more, I have found it difficult in the past to find reliable, honest, experienced traders to do some work for me, and have been let down numerous times, but never by Raz heating, for me they're the best!
