Climate Gas Ltd

We would like to thank the Climate Gas team for the excellent service they provided from start to finish both in terms of quoting to supply and fit a new boiler and the installation itself. Also a big thank you to Toby and Mark who both did an excellent job in installing the boiler. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

As always fantastic professional service, complete faith in the knowledge of appliances. Yearly check up on warm air unit and water heater. Thanks Richard see you next year. Climate Gas are a great asset to Totton.

Mark and Toby were very prompt and professional in installing our new boiler. Very pleased with their work and how respectful they were towards our property

Richard arrived within an hour of my initial phone call.He quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater. From initial phone call to completion of the job took about 90 minutes including cleaning up any mess. The price was considerably cheaper than we were quoted by British Gas. We would happily recommend Climate Gas and would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, knowledgable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks Richard

First time I called on the services of Climate gas.to service our warmair unit ) our previous company no longer trade ) Richard attended and I must add he was very meticulous and checked everything as it should for a service.better .First class sevice all round from office contact to Richard. .highly recommended

Not all hero’s wear a cape! Richard did a fantastic job fixing my boiler when I was left without heating or hot water. He arrived promptly and his friendly, knowledgeable demeanour put me at ease straight away. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and was polite, considerate, and tidy throughout his visit. I will be contacting Climate Gas for any future work, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Heating not working and phoned to arrange call out. Richard arrived within an hour or two. He was extremely efficient and kept us informed throughout. Did a temporary fix which unfortunately didn’t last long. Next day he phoned to see how things had gone. When told it hadn’t worked he came out immediately and rectified the situation. Really went the extra mile. Excellent service and very much appreciated.

Excellent and efficient service. The fault was found and rectified quickly and we would use again and recommend.

Called due to heating not working, altgough they said it would be Monday got fitted in today (Friday). Was pleasant, professional and effecient finding fault and had part for repair. Very happy with the service

Excellent service of boiler and checked all radiators as one wasn’t working properly. Clean and tidy and answered all our concerns. Very competitive price. Would definitely recommend.

Climate Gas are a very professional company, Lewis arrived on time to replace 2 old style radiators with new Vertical ones. Lewis explained the way he would do this and his workmanship was excellent, he kept to the quoted timeslot and removed the old radiators. I would highly recommend Climate Gas and Lewis for his hard work.

I have used climate gas for many years, prompt , friendly service , both from the office and the engineers . I would always recommend.

I have had 2 visits from Climate Gas recently, from 2 different engineers (James & Ricky), both were absolutely brilliant. They were skilled, honest, friendly and efficient. They are also reputable. Thank you so much guys!

Great company, good service

A very BIG thank you to Richard and Mark. First class customer care from a first class company. Highly recommended.

So impressed with Climate Gas and the service they gave me over the Christmas period. I was trying to help an elderly relative whose heating had broken down. I called them on Christmas Eve and James was there by coffee time and diagnosed the problem. We needed to clear some wasps from the loft before he could fix it, but he was in touch on boxing day and back the day after with everything done and sorted (including a boiler service) by the end of the day. Fantastic service from great people. Thank you James!

Excellent service. Came quickly as we had no heating. However it was entirely my fault because the batteries on the thermostat had run out. I thought it was wired into the system. But the engineer was polite and friendly. This company is always pleasant to deal with.

Really happy with everything, these folks are really easy to deal with, VERY responsive and friendly, the engineer we have had come out is really knowledgeable and diagnosed out issues straight away, genuinely can't recommend these folks more!

Climate Gas Engineers are always on time and thorough with their servicing. The office team are most helpful also. Highly recommended

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and the engineers. They came out that very same day as I could not switch on our heating. Not only was it thoughtfully explained until I was comfortable using our gas system but the whole system was checked and set up, what a weight off my mind with winter coming. Thank you again.

Boiler stopped, engineer called round replaced a sensor on glowworm and back up and running in the same day. 👍👍

Poor service and unprofessional engineers. Quoted me £5771 to install a small new combi boiler and 4 radiators in a 2 bedroomed flat! No breakdown on how they arrived at that figure. Installed a mixer tap recently which doesn't actually work as a mixer tap. Engineer came round and just told me that is the way it works. Yet the tap that it replaced was working as a mixer tap for well over 5 years.

Really pleased with the service. Very efficient and professional with great communication. Will definitely use them again. Many thanks, pat

Had our annual boiler and gas fire serviced. Having used Climate Gas for more years than I care to mention, would not use any other company. Efficient, friendly, competitive prices, and always clean up afterwards.

Have used Climate Gas Ltd for over 12 years for a variety of jobs ranging from minor boiler repairs and servicing, right through to more recently boiler replacement and new radiators. The team have provided 5 star service every time. The ladies at the office are always friendly and helpful when booking or making enquiries and the engineers we’ve had over the years (Ricky, Lewis, Elliot & Richard) have all been brilliant - really friendly and efficient and always work in a tidy manner being respectful of property and leave no mess behind. They give honest appraisals of work required and best options available. We will continue to use Climate Gas Ltd for all future works required and highly recommend.

Cannot recommend enough! Absolutely great service from the first contact. Really great telephone support from the office and fantastic work from the engineer. Arranging the work was easy and hassle free. The engineer came out at the agreed time, was friendly, totally professional answered any questions I had. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Fair pricing for the work. Happy to recommend with total confidence. Thank you Climate Gas.

Top rate service from James. Thorough and very pleasant to deal with.

Climate Gas are great guys! They have visited me a number of times, serviced my boiler, helped try to solve problems, replaced my boiler when they couldn't solve the issue (nothing to do with their skills!) and fitted a pump, filter and Hive system! They are polite, efficient, clean up after themselves and are competitive on price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Climate Gas has been servicing the gas central-heating system at our commercial property for more than a decade and I can only tell good things about the company, their team and their promptness in addressing any issues. Very reliable and highly recommended for any gas-related work. Totton chirtian Centre/Fun Box Day Nursery

I have used Climate Gas for six years. Always provide an outstanding service. Never had any issues. First class organisation

We have had nothing but top rate work from Climate Gas. The staff go out of their way to be very helpful.

Pigeon stuck behind gas fire, engineer come out the same day as promised. Professional courteous service would recommend this company

Recently had an ancient central heating boiler replaced together with 2 new radiators, ahead of schedule due to a cancellation. The system was cleaned through in advance, just 1 day notice. Lewis and Ricky did a great job, work was carried out in a very professional and clean manner. They are both friendly and have a very good work ethic. I would recommend Climate Gas as we have used them in the past.

Our engineer James was brilliant. Pleasant, thorough and professional. Everything was explained clearly and the work completed cleanly. I happily recommend Climate Gas

So many tradesmen you book appointments and they just don’t turn up. At climate gas the girls on reception are very helpful, they take down the details, book you in and send a confirmation email. The plumbers turn up on time and have always sorted out every problem I’ve had and cleared up after them. I wish all companies were so easy to deal with. I’ve used them on numerous occasions and have found them to be 100% reliable.

What a wonderful firm recommended by a friend. Had my gas fire serviced excellent job. 2months later fire would not ignite. Rang the office appointment made for the following morning but an hour later the engineer turned up as he was in the area. No fault with the fire, it was me (senior moment) there was no charge for this particular call out. Would recommend them to anyone. Well done Richard and staff. An appreciative customer.

Quick, professional and stress free service. Thank you.

Our boiler broke down leaving us with no water or heating, attendance from the engineer was same day. After ordering the part needed, they attended to complete the fix to get our house back up and running. Very swift fix and professional engineers, we feel they went above and beyond to help us in our time.of need. Top company, Top engineers, thank you very much for your services, highly reccomend to all. Mark and Hollie

Our boiler started leaking on Friday morning, quick call to climate gas , and they were out to assess the situation. They stopped the leak and ordered the new parts . Luckily Richard was able to sort the boiler so we still had hot water over the weekend. Monday the parts came and Richard and Ricky fixed the faulty valve and front clock face of the boiler. Amazing service , friendly helpful staff . We have always use climate gas for the annual service on this boiler and our old one which Mark usually does. They send you email reminders which are very helpful. Cannot beat the professionalism of this company. Fantastic.. great friendly team

We had a lounge radiator which after 36 years no longer ever reached maximum heat. British Gas told us the only solution was to replace every radiator in the house. We asked for a visit from Climate Gas and Richard advised us just to replace the lounge radiator and to add thermostat valves to the other radiators. The work was completed within a week of Richard’s visit by Richard himself and Lewis. We were impressed by their punctuality arriving on time and completing the job very efficiently. Both worked incredibly hard and they tidied up exceptionally well. The new radiator works perfectly as do the thermostat valves with the result our gas bill will be reduced as our lounge now warms up most effectively.

We always use Climate Gas for our properties but when your own boiler stops working and doesn’t respond it’s great to talk to your engineer after hours to talk you through troubleshooting ideas to get the heating on in freezing conditions. Richard remembered the make and model of our boiler and understood its potential issues like a real pro. Thanks Rob & Julie Lyndhurst

Very pleased with the engineer that came out to repair are boiler. Very friendly service would recommend to anyone.

Excellent local company always very helpful & reasonably priced. Richard is a credit to the company.

Brilliant local company. Boiler broke down and they managed to come out same day, get a new part and back up and running. Carried out service at same time. Really helpful and friendly. Thank you.

An excellent service. We have a combination of water radiator heating and underfloor water heating. Climate gas is the first company to understand the system, gave us excellent advice, and fitted a new system in a speedy time. We thought we would need a new boiler but advised ours was okay and could last 1-2 years longer. No pressure selling!! I would certainly recommend Climate Gas. Alan Williams

We have been using Climate Gas for over twenty years and they have always provided a professional and reliable service at a reasonable price. We have on several occasions during that time, had breakdowns and Climate Gas have attended and fixed the problem within 24 hours, often on the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Richard is a top guy.

We have used climate gas for many years, having our boilers serviced with them and two new boilers fitted in both houses we’ve purchased over the last 7 years. The team are friendly and efficient and Richard will always do his very best for you if anything goes wrong or if you need him! He’s popped to our house at 7pm on a Friday night before to try and help us fix a leaky pipe system, definitely going above and beyond!

Have used Climate Gas for a few years now, fitted a new boiler, regular servicing and emergency call out. Really friendly and helpful team

Central heating packed up, leaving this pair of old age pensioners without any heating or hot water. Climate Gas were their first thing the following day and efficiently remedied the problem with a smile. We were very impressed.

Avoid this company at all costs. Buckle up, it’s a long one. We have used them for the last 6 years to service our boiler and gas fire. The last time in November they signed off our gas fire as safe to use. We haven’t used it a lot in the past, but this year decided to use it quite a lot. When using it we noticed that flames were coming out at strange angles, so I went to reposition the coals and noticed that 2 were missing. My memory kicked in and I remembered that their engineer threw away 2 of the coals when he serviced the fire. We phoned Climate Gas and they said that the fire was old and you can’t get coals for it anymore, but they would send an engineer to quote for a new fire. The engineer visited and said it would be around £2000 for a new fire to be installed. Whilst waiting for the engineer visit I had spoken to the manufacturer of our fire who said the coals are still manufactured and available, I showed that to the engineer and he said just buy the coals and you’ll be good to go. So we did, £70 to replace it all. We then struggled to get the coals so that the flames weren’t coming out of the front and so phoned climate gas to ask if someone to could pop in and check it for us, instead we got a phone call from the engineer saying as long as the flames are going up it’s fine, not helpful. In the end we phoned another local gas engineer who we know and he came straight over to service the fire (an other £70) and he very quickly condemned the fire and cut it off as it was very unsafe. He said it was leaking carbon monoxide quite badly, which explains why we all got so sick in January when we were using the fire a lot. He then did an inspection on the flue and said that it doesn’t meet modern standards and no modern gas fire would be able to use it, meaning that the only replacement fire we could have is an electric one. So, not only did Climate Gas sign off a dangerous fire that was leaking carbon monoxide as safe, they then tried to sell us a replacement gas fire, saying it would be fine with the flue, despite the fact the replacement wouldn’t have been safe either.

Always great service

Have used CG for many years now including a new boiler and flue. No nonsense, honest and reliable experts.

Small local business. Excellent service and excellent and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Very friendly, quick, cleaning efficient

Great service will definitely use again

Have used Climate Gas Several times now. They replaced our boiler, carried out servicing, and just today fixed a plumbing issue for us. They are very helpful, fast and efficient, at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Annual service on gas fire. Thorough and safety checked. Neat clean and tidy as always. 5 star service. Well recommended.

Good company - helped us out promptly with an emergency and also carry out our gas checks yearly, recommended

Always great service. Very tidy installations and really helpful

I have been using Climate Gas for Boiler Servicing and occasional repairs for a number of years. They are efficient, easy to contact and charge reasonably.

We had a new boiler fitted recently, couldn't fault Climate Gas and Lewis who carried out the work. The pricing was fair and the job was done efficiently and tidily.

This company is one of the few that I trust to come into my house and do work because they are trustworthy and fair. Lewis is a professional, dedicated plumber as well as bring a really nice person. He finished off some work in my house today and I am supremely happy with the result.

Excellent service, I highly recommend and won’t hesitate to use again.

I enquired with Climate Gas about replacing my old back boiler with a modern combi boiler. They gave me a competitive quote and managed to fit the work in quickly. The heating engineers Ricky and Lewis were excellent, they removed my old heating system and got my new boiler up and running in no time at all. Great service!

Just had a Hive fitted a day earlier than planned. Excellent service very friendly engineer.

We have been using Climate Gas since we moved here almost 9 years ago. Today we had a problem with our boiler and they sent someone straight away. Richard the engineer diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away. Would recommend without hesitation.

Had a new boiler fitted. Very efficient and tidy. Always responsive to emails and calls.

Very professional. They service my hot-air system, installed a new replacement when my 37-year old system failed, carry out plumbing work, all very cheerfully. Phones are monitored so my OOH call resulted in Richard fixing the problem at 10 am the next working day.

We have used Climate Gas for boiler servicing for a few years. I needed 2 new radiators downstairs, I naturally chose this company as I felt assured of good service. Lewis, a lovely young man, removed the old rads and fitted the new. He was professional and cleaned as he went. I would highly recommend this company for all your gas needs.

From Quote to installation and after care, Climate Gas was top notch and professional with a genuine care to their clientele. If I could give 6 stars I would. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Just wanted gas cooker installed I phoned up and was given an appointment for the next day, very efficient service and good price. James was very helpful.

Mark came out at short notice last Saturday to confirm a gas leak and make it safe. He came back on Wednesday and installed new pipework from gas meter to the cooker and boiler in the kitchen. Excellent friendly service as with all the ladies in the office and Richard who also services mine and our sons boiler.

Climate Gas have been looking after my parents plumbing and heating requirements for as long as I can remember, (Richard might have only just come out of short trousers lol) and I know my father was extremely happy with the fabulous service the company offer. I was there one of the last times they had a call out and the young lad was extremely patient with my elderly dad. Sadly both parents are now gone and I have recently had need to contact Climate Gas to request the last service bill for the sale of the property and they couldn't have been more accommodating - a copy was emailed within a few minutes. I wish you continued success with your great business and would highly recommend.

Climate Gas installed a Tado receiver, 3 TRVs and fixed a leaking radiator. Everything was done really efficiently with no mess. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Really pleased with how Climate gas operate. Very efficient booking system and often capacity for work. Richard is fantastic every time he's come to service the boiler or sort something out. This is how companies should be run.

I have used Climate Gas for servicing over the years but last night needed them because water was leaking from under my boiler. I rang after hours on a Sunday night and got a swift call back and told that James would be out the next morning to take a look. James turned up on Monday, identified the problem quickly, repaired it and left everything clean and tidy. Great work and great value for money, thank you.

I always use this company and all the staff are extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if they have a boiler, heating or plumbing problem.

I have used Climate Gas for several years for rental properties (fault-finding, servicing, safety certificates etc). They are always a pleasure to deal with: their office responds quickly and efficiently with requests and their engineers deal competently with all tasks. On this occasion, Richard was extremely thorough in fixing a long-standing problem with a combi boiler, even phoning several times afterwards to check that all was well. They provide a professional service at a fair price.

Very good service. Always on time. Would definitely recommend to others

I've been a customer of Climate Gas for a few years now, they have always been competitive on price, proactive and extremely reliable. Their engineers are all very knowledgeable and incredibly polite, as are the office staff who answer the phones and emails very quickly. I really would recommend giving them a call.

This is the second boiler replacement wih new radiators etc, over the years this competive priced local family business has carried out for me. Excellent service at all times over the years. 10 out of 10.

The lad who put my new boiler in was amazing. So clean and tidy cleaned up after himself and did the job very fast if anyone ask will tell them to go to Climate gas. A very good job was done thank you so much

Brilliant service- reliable, honest and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We have had a replacement boiler. Always great service from Climate gas. Friendly, on time, reliable and competitive rates.

Had a problem with shower going cold and thought the combi boiler was on way out ,James quickly found the problem and hr later we had hot water ,I would highly recommend this company and would 100% use them again and the price for the work was very good 👍

Brilliant service

Climate Gas have the best customer service I have ever encountered. Professional and caring to the very highest level - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have used the wonderful guys at climate gas for many years and have always had exceptional and professional service for both maintenance, advice and emergency help. My heating stopped two days before Christmas and they resolved it the same day with their usual efficiency and reassurance. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Super responsive, efficient, professional. Have been dealing with this company for 10 years and highly recommend

Had boiler and fire serviced - job well done Thankyou. Have had Climate Gas for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their service, nothing is too much trouble very safety conscious and courteous and the Poodle loves Richard. 🐩

If you read a headline that said oap with long term covid forced out of house to pay bill with threat of legal action despite telling them of this and asking for time to recover, would you believe it? well its true and happened to me. do not use these people all they care about is their pound of flesh and couldnt care less how they get it

As always excellent company to do business with.

Very professional.

Brilliant job carried out servicing our back boiler and gas fire. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Richard.

Climate Gas were originally recommended to me by a friend in the property management business who needed to use plumbers on a regular basis. They were described to me as being a professional firm, with keen prices and friendly and knowledgeable people. Having used them myself now for several years I have to say this description was spot on and every time I deal with Richard or any of his team I’m always very happy with the service Climate Gas provide.

Thank you Richard, Elliott & Mark for the fantastic New Boiler installation and removal of the very old Back Boiler system…. Excellent quality workmanship and really friendly bunch of chaps ….. also, thank you for your Customer Service and commitment with the 2nd Phase for the Pool Heating !!! Enjoyed today 32 Deg C

This firm was recommended by a builder I trust to sort out the ancient oil fired central heating & water system in my father-in-laws house. The system has never worked properly for years, only heating the water tank when the central heating was on. Richard turned up to do the service and quickly identified the system was incorrectly wired plus a dodgy switch valve wasn't helping. He worked very diligently and professionally until the system was operating correctly, which took a few hours. Yet the final bill including all the new parts and labour was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using them again to service and maintain the system

An excellent family run business that always respond immediately when needed. Very efficient and thorough. Highly recommended!!

Contacted Climate gas Ltd to request an appointment to remove and cap the fireplace. James was punctual and carried the job very quickly. Everything was left clean and metal fireplace frame was taken away for disposal. I definitely recommend this company and will contact again for further jobs.

Professional didn't realise they knew so much knowledge regarding kitchens bathrooms showers Would recommend very happy with my new fire.

I got in contact with climate gas as my boiler had given up the ghost. I needed a new boiler, water tanks removed etc. These guys gave the most reasonable quotes, gave sensible suggestions that didn’t add extra to the price ie I wanted a normal thermostat not Hive. I was told the work would take two days and that’s what it took. Lewis and Ricky were the ones to come and do the work and I always felt safe and comfortable with them in my home. Everything was left clean and tidy and best of all the payment due was exactly what was quoted. I will be coming back to these guys for my service moving forward. Great work.

Excellent service, professional helpful staff. Have used Climate Gas for years and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Engineer did not service the boiler correctly did not clean the mag filter which collect all the rubbish contacted the office was informed that the boss would get back to me but failed to do so did not have them on my premises ever again

This work was carried out for my Mum who is 81 and has dementia. Richard & Mark arrived at the House and after a brief introduction and review of what was to take place they ‘sprung’ in to action! The work was carried out in a throughly professional manner, with safety and tidiness in mind at all times. The quality of the work produced was exceptional, both in terms of service and product. Overall the guys (Climate Gas) did a fantastic job, including their kindness and consideration for my Mum’s situation. I would highly recommend this company, thank you and well done!

Great work, value for money, reliable, professional would throughly recommend and use again without hesitation

excellent service very professional and friendly

Excellent response and follow up. Really friendly and helpful. Great service.

Very good service 5 stars

Very good prompt and fully informed of what is going on on every occasion I have got this company in.

Gas fire removal and cap off. Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend

I had contacted many gas engineer's and promised phone call's back but to no avail. I then went back to my original post and saw these guy's. I messaged them on Sunday not expecting a reply seeing as it was OOH and I was surprised when they replied, they asked for a picture of my cooker and within minute's told me to check the battery as it was a standard AA battery. I thought my ignition on my gas cooker was more than just a battery. Not only did they respond quick they resolved my issue without having to come out. Not many companies would of been so helpful can't thank them enough and would highly recommend 😊

Had Rich come out to install a new dual fuel cooker for us. Was friendly and polite and did a very professional job. Highly recommend.

Climate Gas are always reliable and professional. Great service, thank you.

Exceptional service - so quick to get out to me and very friendly engineer who was really helpful.

Extremely pleased with Richard, he knows job and very quick to problem solve. He made us smile which is a welcome delight in this troubled world. The Company were excellent at fitting us in as heating had suddenly stopped working.

Great service, always on time and clean and tidy. Definitely recommended.

Used climate gas a few times now , very professional , very responsive and prices are really competitive , 5⭐️

Well impressed with their knowledge of our old Warm Air Heater which had packed up. Phoned one day, turned up the Next. Fixed problem and gave it a good service at a very pleasantly lower than expected price. Very impressed, would definitely recommend if you have Warm Air Heating.

Five Star Service as always from Rich and the team. When your boiler goes down and is back up and running within an hour and a half what more can you ask for?!

Climate gas has just completed the installation of a new boiler to replace the boiler which had been in the house since it was built in the 1960's. Being an older house this threw up its fair share of challenges, not least of which the weather being atrocious. Elliot & Lewis were fantastic, professional and very cheery throughout completing the job over the two days it was scheduled for, despite the installation being far from straightforward. We once again have a toasty house and couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended

Fantastic service as always, I wouldn’t use anyone else, can highly recommend!

Great service, sorting out our ongoing problem straight away thank you so much for your great work and friendly approach

Another brilliant job done by climate gas who are always reliable, efficient, punctual and trustworthy. Thank you Richard for looking after us.

I have used Climate Gas for a number of years now, and I have always found Richard and his workforce very professional. They are always on time, very quick , and accommodating, particularly in an emergency, they pull out all the stops, highly recommended

Wow! Speedy, efficient, and professional from the first phone call to finding the problem and resolving it. If you're looking for excellent service, you've found the right company.

I had a sudden water leak under my kitchen unit so called Climate Gas. They were so busy but told me that they would try to get to me as soon as they could. Because this company had carried out work on my central heating at the beginning of the year to a great standard, I was reluctant to use any other company. Richard the engineer came out and quickly and expertly fixed the leak. Such a genuinely authentic company and I would highly recommend it. Thank you

Richard Hayter, my namesake (but no relation!), came to my house some time ago and gave me some good advice re my central heating system, which is well over 20 years old, without charging. His good service and common sense attitude stayed in my memory, and I had always intended to give him some paid work when that was required. My central heating circulating pump duly obliged today, and Richard turned up promptly. He tried to save the pump (and therefore cost to me), but a replacement was necessary. The work was carried out quickly and without fuss, and more good advice given re steps that could be taken after the winter to prolong the life of the system. Excellent! Will definitely be using his services again.

Highly Recommend Climate Gas to anyone. Trustworthy, great communication, working with them is easy from start to finish. Will use again 5 Stars!

For a considerable period we had issues with our Glowworm boiler. It then got to the point it was flicking to Fault continually. Having called a plumber he advised we call Valliant and request we pay an out of warranty repair fee which is around 300 quid! Having done so Valliant engineer arrived following day. Looked at Boiler and within 5 mins had come to the decision he wouldn't or couldn't work upon it. Struggling with no heating or hot water he left. Having called numerous people we were advised to call Climate Gas Ltd. Initially they told us that they would not be able to see us until the following day. Later that day I got a call and within 10mins an engineer was at the door. He reviewed the issue and with 40mins not only did he have the parts he needed he had repaired the issue. Even went around the house bleeding our radiators. And to top it off... the costs were over £100 less than that of a previous quote. Totally outstanding 👏 👌 👍

Highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Great service every time and always friendly. Will go out of their way to help. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Very prompt attention and professionally carried out. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

Tried to charge us 3 hours labour costs for a 30 minute job. When we queried it, they "offered" to reduce it to 2 hours as if they were doing us a favour! Poor.

Fabulous new gas fire fitted, excellent service from start to finish. Absolutely delighted with product , thank you Richard from climate gas.

Great service again from Climate Gas. Staff are great and quick to help and their engineers are professional and friendly. Totally recommend these guys for any of your heating needs.

Climate Gas have performed two gas safety checks/services on different properties for me. They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend them.

I had messaged Climate Gas over the weekend for which they replied straight away Needed a cooker fitted as had waited since 18th August for one from Argos to be delivered. Brought one from WAD appliances, Hedgeend which I recommend , same day walked away with it. Climate Gas fitted it today, thankyou so much, great reply and service. Highly recommend to everyone.

I've been using Climate Gas for over 20 years. They're always professional and highly skilled. They're also friendly, very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Thank you again!

New boiler fitted, nothing was too much trouble for Ricky and Lewis, they went the extra mile working in atrocious weather, and difficult conditions. Would not hesitate recommending this company. Very comptative price, first class.

I just want to say guys are very friendly, and you trust them. Very helpful

Fitted my washing machine arrived promptly removed old one and fitted new one. Highly recommend this company top work top workers clean polite and could not want a more professional company, as you can tell very pleased customer.

I called Climate Gas in a minor emergency and I have to say that despite the job not being particularly easy, they were cheerful and extremely competent and all at a very sensible price. I would highly recommend you save their number to your phone

Great service from Climate Gas for over 20 years. New boiler, pipework and radiators installed and perfect operation ever since. Reliable and friendly with a great attitude to their work. Professional company to deal with. Highly recommended.

I could not recommend Climate gas highly enough. My dad first starting using climate gas back in the early 90s and then I started to use the family run business too when I bought my first home in the early 00s. Over the years we as a family have had climate gas come out and do services on our boilers, emergency repairs, and new boilers put in. Every time we have needed them they have been their for us. When ever anyone asks for a good gas engineer I always say climate gas. I have never felt ripped off or worried about the service they provide, always professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Very efficient family company.

They are great people and nothing is to much trouble all work carried out is done with no mess and they clean up behind them self’s always phone to remained you when service is dew and always for you in

Fantastic service. High quality installation. Discussed with me what I wanted and then made recommendations for the new system to be installed. Work areas clean and tidied after boiler installation complete. Very competitive price

I have used Climate gas for a long time and they are very efficient, professional and know what they are doing. They will suggest what they think is best for your situation but they are not "pushy" and let you decide. They are reasonable priced and do not over charge. A friendly family run business that i would definately recommend.

Known this company for decades now and used their amazing, professional, trustworthy advice and services throughout that time. I would recommend Climate Gas to everyone who asks me as I know with confidence that Climate Gas will always provide superior service. Working with them is easy and they really care to listen to my sometimes outlandish questions and requests and they definitely come through each time. I can't recommend Climate Gas more! Truly epic! THANK YOU Climate Gas!!

Brilliant family business. A friendly professional approach. Was quick to respond to our enquiry. We had a service and gas landlord safety check carried out. A fully trustworthy service. What more can you ask for. Thank you Climate Gas.

We have used Climate Gas every year for the past couple of years and have had great service everytime. We changed from our previous company as Climate Gas prices were more reasonable than most. They did a fantastic job with our last boiler change, and our tenants were happy with the speed they worked and how clean they did too.

Been using them for several years. They always do a great job

Quick response. Quick diagnosis of fault and resolved. Good value for money.

Climate Gas arrived after an emergency call on a Sunday and very quickly identified the problem and how to fix it. Rich helped replace values to the radiator to stop the leak and brought the boiler pressure down to the correct level. Provided fantastic workmanship, quick and effective. Extremely clean and tidy. Rich was extremely courteous (especially being called out on a Sunday!) and provided us with great suggestions and guidance on how to avoid any future problems. Would recommend to all.
