Pretty disappointing really, Gareth initially came round to look at my boiler, as it needed replacing / moved and associated works. Said he would get back with a quote in 2 days. 2 weeks passed and I followed this up (I realise they are busy people), informed that he will be in touch with a quote. Nothing. Again followed up in 2 weeks times or so and no response. I was interested in using Gareth as he came across as friendly and professional. Generally disappointed with what he promised and couldn't be bothered to quote for the job. If it was a project he was not interested in, a kind and polite "Not interested" would have sufficed.

We found East Coast on google. We decided to use the company as they were local, and could fit us in at a time that suited us. Gareth was punctual, and took his shoes off. Got to the root of the problem with our boiler right away. Gareth came the very next day, and made sure we had hot water again. Fantastic, and piece of mind to know that we have such a fabulous heating engineer on our doorstep. Will definitely use again in the future to replace radiators. I would 100% recommend to others. The boiler in the bungalow we recently moved into was old and in the garage. East Coast Heating gave us a competitive quote to put in a new boiler 10 metres away in the utility room.
