Great service all round – they responded quickly and got the plumbing issue sorted with no fuss. Terry, the engineer who came out, was brilliant: efficient, clearly knew what he was doing, and took the time to check back with us after replacing the parts to make sure everything was working properly. Would definitely recommend.

The company did our annual service and when we called with a problem they were there next day. Listened to our concerns, took time to do the work and stayed until he was happy that all issues had been rectified.
