'AJ' originally came to quote for replacing our aging cylinder and to replace it with a non-vented, modern and efficient cylinder. Callum came today to provide the installation which was far from straightforward. Many complications extended Callum's visit, but he worked tirelessly to ensure we have hot water before he left. As you see from the pictures, the installation was very tidy and everything is working just great. Thank you Callum for your highly professional service. My elderly mother lives in Verwood. She has dementia. I dont live locally but manage all of her affairs and her care agency contact me if there are issues which need fixing. I came across Triple A Gas using Google, and based my choice on them being a local business with other good reviews. I utilised their services in November 2025 when there was an issue with the central heating not working. My mother would be at risk of hypothermia due to her age so it was important to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. From the first phone call to the visit and paying the invoice I found the service to be exceptional. Chloe, who took my call, was very kind and understanding about my mothers frailty and dementia and relayed all the important information to the engineer. The service was impeccable from start to finish so I had no hesitation to go back to Triple A Gas this week when there was a blocked drain in the kitchen. Once again, Chloe has been amazing, and the first visit was booked for the very next day. Unfortunately the drain could not be unblocked so further work was required. I was given options for the proposed work and was advised that the option I selected was not guaranteed to work, which I accepted. I was offered a time in the morning, but after explaining that my mother's dementia means that mornings are not the best time for her, an afternoon booking was offered instead, the same day. It is beyond reassuring, when I live 50 miles away, to know that there is a reliable, professional and caring local business that I can trust to be in my mother's home when she is a vulnerable older person. I recently had a new Greenstar 4000 30kW boiler installed by TRIPLE A GAS LTD, and I’m extremely pleased with the service. The installer, Antony James Oliver, provided clear communication throughout the entire process and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. The installation was completed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. They replaced my radiator as the radiator was not getting hot. The radiator did not get hot after the replaced a new one. They made every excuse in the book with regards to why it wasn't heating up. If only they diagnosed the problem in the first place. I got another heating company to come in and sorry the problem. Completely wasted my money with them. Their technicians are NOT knowledgeable
Very disappointing experience. An engineer investigated a boiler fault and charged a call-out fee. I was quoted to fix the specific issue, or to do a for a full boiler replacement. I opted for the repair, but a week later, the exact same fault returned. When I called to arrange a follow-up, I was informed I would have to pay another call-out fee because it was deemed a "new investigation." While I understand their T&Cs state repairs aren't guaranteed, charging a customer to re-investigate an identical issue implies the initial diagnosis I paid for was incorrect. This is certainly not standard practice among reputable independent plumbers, who typically stand by their diagnosis or at least return to inspect a failed fix in good faith. I don’t have an issue with the fact the repair hasn’t worked, however I do have have an issue with the fact I have to pay again for it to be re-investigated, considering it’s the identical error code that’s coming up on my boiler. I anticipate the company’s response to this might be that boilers are complex and a different component may now be causing the same symptom. However, forcing the customer to financially bankroll a trial-and-error approach creates an absurd, continuous loop: the customer pays to investigate, pays for a fix that fails, and must then pay again to find out why. When I challenged this logic, the company's ultimate solution was to suggest I spend thousands on a new boiler instead. They offered a tiny discount on the installation as a gesture, which I refused, as I have entirely lost confidence in their customer care and - potentially - technical competence. Charging repeatedly for failed diagnoses might be a lucrative business model, but it makes for an incredibly poor customer experience. I would not recommend this company.

Last Saturday my boiler went wrong. I needed an engineer. I rang several numbers that I got from Checkatrade but only AJ at Triple A responded. He promised to get to me that night at 8.00 and in fact arrived at 7.00. He worked hard and knowledgeably to get me hot water and heating but it soon transpired that a new boiler was needed. My Baxi was 14 years old and was costing money. He recommended a Worcester Bosch but was willing to instal whatever make I chose. He said he would send me a quote on Monday (it arrived on Sunday) and advised me to get 3 quotes in total. It had become clear to me the instant I met AJ that his trustworthiness was beyond question. His quote for a new boiler was fair and reasonable so I didn’t bother with others and booked him to come. He said he could juggle things and would come today (Thursday). Soon after 8.00 this morning Callum arrived. A more personable young man would be difficult to meet. He worked hard all day installing the boiler having flushed the system etc etc etc. He left the kitchen immaculate constantly refusing help to clear up. I recommend Triple A without hesitation and I now have a go to heating engineer. Thank you AJ and Callum.

Do not hesitate to use this company, our boiler packed up on Tuesday evening, I phoned around 5:25pm and spoke with Shannon, she arranged for an engineer (AJ) to come out the next morning. AJ arrived and tried to get it working, unfortunately couldn’t resolve it as our original boiler was 20 years old, we’ve only had the property a year, he then broke the news that we needed a new one, so he went away gave a quote which we accepted, Chloe then booked us in as a priority for Friday morning (today) I write this as Jordan is still here doing a superb installation since 8am this morning, On Wednesday morning they even supplied two oil feed radiators. From start to finish a 5 star performance from the team. Thank you

I don't normally leave feedback, but I feel like I should on this one, I rang them for a call out, as we had little to no hot water, and the lady on the phone was very nice and friendly, and booked us in for the next day. The engineer turned up, I informed him another plumber had said the heat exchanger needs replacing but he had since gone dark on us, hence the phone call to them, he then ran a couple of taps and told me the boiler was knackered and needed to be replaced, he was in the property no more than 5 minutes max, and did zero investigation work, other than run a couple of taps, didn't remove the cover from the boiler, didn't even get a single tool out the van. and they then charged me £105 for the privilege of providing a quote for a new boiler, I fully understand it was a call out fee and would have been fine paying it had he actually done some sort of actual work, however if you do nothing other than provide a quote, how can you justify charging someone that kind of money, I have never paid for a quote in my life.

After our boiler stopped working, Triple A were able to come out and replace it within 24 hours. Chloe at the office was very helpful and sorted everything quickly. The engineer Jordan was very professional and did a great job, and ran through all the instructions for the new boiler with us. We are very satisfied with the service and will be using them again in the future. Very happy to have it all sorted before Christmas!
Boiler Broken, I thought no way this could be sorted before Christmas. But I was lucky to find Triple A. The problem was diagnosed, and explained clearly by the engineer. He explained what needed to be done, and possible options. The work was carried out a week later and I have a lovely warm house now. Their office dealt with the paperwork and communication with them was a pleasure. I highly recommend this company.

Upon firing up the boiler for the first time in about 7 months the heating didnt work , l called triple A as had fantastic service last time , the lovely lady on the phone shannon managed to get me a same day visit, upon the visit callum diagnosed a faulty diverter valve , Shannon kept in touch regards ordering the part and the re visit which to my surprise was the next day , fitted and all sorted within 24 hours ,and at a fair cost, Shannon is a credit to the company Triple A service will defo recommend 😀

AJ, Callum & Chloe do a fantastic job of actually caring about their customers. They have fixed a lot of leaks at mine & my Mum's; replaced my tap, fixed my Mums towel rail & toilet leak, got the boiler fixed under warranty with Bosche, then stepped in to get electrics fixed & make sure Mum had heating when Bosche accidentally messed up (even though it was AJ's day trying to look after his daughter). They also serviced Mum's & my boiler, including cleaning out of the magnet (the plumber who installed it always missed doing that). Even helped me talk my Mum around to having a landline ( as her mobile signal kept dropping out). I really can't fault AJ, Callum & Chloe, if you want a plumber you can trust, please look no further.

Absolutely superb service by AJ who I highly recommend. We were let down by our insurance company and after 3 days of no heating, I gave up on waiting any longer and luckily found AJ. He came round not long after I called him at 6pm. Did a fault find and knew which part had to be ordered. The following morning he'd contacted 3 different suppliers and at 9am called me (exactly as he said he would) to advise he had sourced the part and could come and fix that same afternoon. Very nice young chap, who contacts you and turns up when he says hes going to, kept me updated and was very professional and thorough in his work. A rare find these days.

Gave Triple A Gas LTD a call to see how quickly they could attend. they were very polite on the phone and explained that they are busy but could possibly come and put my mind at ease on his way home from the current job. when arrived took the boiler apart and found that every was working correctly and all they had to do was tighten a fitting and carry out a leak test. i said it probably needs a service and although he had already done a full days work else where he carried out a full service right there in front of me. fantastic service great reasonable price especially at that time of day. will definitely use them again and also have them service the boiler annually now. many thanks Malcolm
