Highly recommend! Vik came out to replace my boiler diverter valve and I couldn't be happier with the service. He is a really friendly and transparent guy with great prices! Will be definitely contacting him for any future issues.

Top service. Very straightforward. He removed my old water tank and replaced the boiler. Everything was done to a good standard and he was even great with the dog.

From the initial outcall, Vik has been amazing. He is so down to earth and he does not disappoint. He is very reliable and gets the work done. Highly recommend Vik who came out to repair a leak to the boiler and then service it. The leak had caused the electrics in the house to stop working which was extremely worrying, to put it mildly, but Vik was very reassuring and I cannot thank him enough. We got hot water, but heating was not working. We had gas engineer coming over and after 2 hours investigating he told us, its electrical problem with boiler. Electric engineer came over and said you need gas engineer. After 2 unfruitful call outs and sitting in the cold we finally reached out to I Fix it. Vick told me within a few minutes what the problem was. Not only did he fix the boiler(tank), but also installed new thermostat (old one was always a few degrees off and you had to twist it a bit to get the heating back on). Speedy resolution of the problem for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much Vick.

I had been looking for a reliable gas engineer, a friend gave me the contact details for Vikash. He was very prompt when I said that I had no hot water , he was extremely friendly and very tidy engineer, leaving no mess for me to clear. I've used Vix in the past to turn off supply to a gas fire and change some single radiators to double rads. He turns up on time and does the job. He tidied up also. I had a new boiler fitted 2 weeks ago, again turned up on time with his team, did the job and again cleaned up after themselves. They were very respectful, I have a dog and my grandson was here but they got the job done. Prices are very competitive too. I will certainly be using him again in the future . I found him and his team to be very trustworthy which I feel is hard to find sometimes. Many thanks for a job well done.

Vick and his team are polite, efficient and they charge reasonable price. Within one hour they fixed two brackets to the flue of my boiler, making me no longer worry of my boiler. They speak both English and Cantonese so that I can fully understand what is the situation of my boiler. Happy to have them do this work and I must leave feedback twice, in English and Chinese! In one single hour I-Fix fixed our heating! Which a branded engineer couldn't even do. All they did was resort in making excuses and charged us for that privilege. I-Fix are friendly, helpful and made time to explain. I think I have finally found an engineer I can trust.

Called Vik last minute after issues with a boiler in a buy to let property. Called him on the Wednesday, he went out to the property on the Thursday to diagnose the fault. He called me to give me a couple of options (repair/replace) and I went with replace after he had explained the pros and cons of each. He communicated directly with both the tennant and I throughout the process and had fitted a new boiler by the following Tuesday! Very professional and well mannered. We had an emergency boiler issue. When we called Vikash he said he was fully booked for the day but still gave us his word that he will come, but couldn’t guarantee what time. Stuck to his word and came to diagnose/repair. Vikash replied very quick to his messages and always answered his calls. Diagnosis was spot on. Provided an invoice too, so that I could claim back from boiler cover. Overall very pleased and will use him again if I’m stuck in a pickle.

Called the guys on Thursday about my fire needing repairing, came next day and did a brilliant job. Both the guys are polite, friendly & I would recommend them to anyone.

I-fix - they came, they saw, they conquered. And then they left. Really helpful. Diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes flat (underfloor heating manifold had a leak and the boiler pressure kept dropping) and had lots of helpful advise to impart. Could have been hours of searching for a leak but all done in less than 1 hour. Will definitely be using again. Cheers guys.

Found Vick last year and he serviced my fires and boiler. He is one of the most reliable and polite tradesmen I've ever used. Boiler developed a leak and so gave a him a call late in the day but he still came round the very next day. Quickly identified the issue, obtained the parts and was all done inside 24 hours. We're not exactly on his doorstep either but that doesn't seem to bother him. Brilliant guy and would recommend him to anyone.

Vik and his apprentice were very professional and pulled out all of the stops to fit a new boiler within a few days of our old boiler breaking. Vik was very transparent about our options to fix the old one and very open about the options for a new boiler. Vik quoted a very reasonable price to fit the new one including removing and disposing of the old one. Their work was very clean and tidy and they were very friendly and helpful. The Engineer appeared at my address in a record of 15 minutes from my call time after I told him I had no heating in the house with my toddlers freezing. An absolute professional; very knowledgeable, personable and co-operative. Replaced several radiators for me and very impressed with his attention to detail and in particular his quality of pipework. None of this "stretch the pipe into place - that'll do" which I've experienced with other heating engineers. Quality work, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.

Vix was helpful for the first visit conscientious work carried out yo get my boiler firing again. Previously had a complete cowboy who did not diagnose issues with my system. Vix stripped the boiler down and cleaned all the fundamental complements! Showed me everything he was doing and talked me through the work. Excellent service would definitely recommend!

Top quality service from a professional and tidy engineer. We've had Vik round twice now - once for our most recent annual service (and we won't use anyone else now). During the service he was great - he did a very thorough job and explained everything to me as he worked when I seemed interested. Also noticed a faulty flue installation issue that the builder should have fixed two years ago which the previous company hadn't. His most recent visit was to diagnose and fix a random leak that started. Again, Vik used his knowledge and his network to try to work out what the likely culprit was and then investigate. It was a tricky one as there was no obvious source, but he was able to find a replacement for the suspected bad part and come back on the same day to swap it out. So far it's done its job and we and Vik are crossing our fingers! All in all, Vik is a great guy and consummate professional.

We had a boiler installation and power flush carried out by Vikash. He is a good communicator and is very competent at his trade. All his work is faultless and he is a very tidy worker. Overall we are very pleased with the work carried out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vikash to anyone.

Vikash installed a new boiler for us last year and we recently had him back to conduct the annual service. The boiler worked well throughout the winter and there were no issues with freezing pipes etc despite the very cold and snowy weather we had earlier this year. We found Vikash to be professional, knowledgeable and thorough with his work and did not get the impression that he was rushing the job and cutting corners. He is also a clean and tidy worker and took away his rubbish and did not leave a mess. Overall, we are happy with him and his services and would happily recommend him to others.
