**Highly Recommend** I recently had a small leak in my bathroom which unfortunately required quite a lot of work, including ripping up and replacing the flooring and fitting a new shower tray. I’m really pleased with the work that was carried out. Everything was completed to a high standard, and the bathroom has been left looking great. The lads were extremely polite, friendly and professional throughout, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. They were respectful of my home, kept me informed about the work being carried out and were always happy to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing bathroom repairs or similar work done.

Ryan was brilliant from start to finish. We contacted him late on Friday night (a bank holiday weekend), he gave us advice to contain the leak which was really helpful given it was leaking through from our bathroom to our kitchen. He came out to us on a bank holiday Monday - kept to time, great communication giving us updates as he found issues with future advice to prevent further issues, he was also very friendly and tidy. Outstanding service 5 stars We had a serious plumbing emergency at a rental property we were preparing for a family member to move into, a sewage stack issue causing backup through the toilet and shower tray, plus a separate faulty cistern mechanism. Both needed urgent, out of hours attention. The Pipe Guys came out the same evening despite the late hour. Punctual, professional, friendly, they took the urgency seriously despite the stressful, messy problem. Rather than just clearing the blockage, they properly investigated the root cause and provided a detailed invoice breaking down exactly what was found and done, giving us real confidence in what we paid for. Oh, and they have a wicked van. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone facing a plumbing emergency who wants a company that does the job properly rather than just patching over the symptoms. Not to mention they helped us clean up the worst of the mess.

Ryan and Simeon were great to communicate with, they kept me updated on the progress of the job and were friendly and helpful. A small leak in a boiler pipe was repaired quickly and a potentially serious fault with our boiler (that they identified as an aside) was addressed as a priority once they had the parts they needed. Simeon explained the problem in detail before fixing it, he then showed me how the issue had been resolved. Nice guys who did a nice job. Would be happy to use them again going forwards.

I had a big leak in the house and called for help. Ryan came and immediately identified the water source. It was the hot water pipe which burst and flooded the house. As the water tank is in the plant room, he couldn't stop the water. So he managed to get in touch with Seven Trent Water and The Fire Brigade to help us opening the door from the plant room and stop the water. Ryan helped us to clean the mess and stayed until he was sure that the water fully stopped. Without Ryan the electrics would have been totally damaged as they are a few inches close to the damaged pipe. I only can say a big thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service, came out late at night when I had a mare and I couldn't stop a leak from under my sink. Simeon came out, explained everything and secured the leak, isolated the problem area so we could use water throughout the house still (this is a proper house that Jack built lol), he then came back the next day as parts couldn't be bought due to shops not being open at midnight (very selfish of plumbing supply shops, how dare they not be open at midnight for dumbasses like me lol) and fixed my issue. Fantastic experience with an emergency call out. A very stressed Friday night with water flooding from pipework. Great communication from the point of enquiry from Ryan, Keith & Ryan attended and explained exactly what the issue was with the overflow leak on my toilet, to make matters worse for them my toilet was enclosed within a unit, with no straight forward access to the cistern, as the worktop was fitted low which resulted in Keith having to take the toilet out completely, nothing was too much trouble from Pipe Guys, no complaints, got the job done, and stuck to the pricing quoted which was very reasonable considering they had to do more work than anticipated. Would highly recommend, and I would definitely use again as the service was fantastic.

I contacted Pipeguys about my taps in my kitchen being changed as they were leaking, The engineer Russell came out and replaced them with some I had bought prior. All in all took around 20-30minutes to assess the situation remove and replace old taps. Incredibly quick and incredibly polite, clean and excellent manners. He also made sure he made no mess by using a flexible bucket and replaced all of my belongings back to where they came from. Definitely recommend and will be calling again to do my garden taps.

Amazing service! We had a gas leak in my grandfather's old house, Ryan and his colleague came out to us the same day we called! They came up with a fantastic solution to suit the old house (one which even British Gas engineer didn't even think to suggest!), and got the leak situation solved, along with getting us back up and running! Contacted Pipe Guys to repair a gas pipe that was leaking. Simeon came promptly to assess the situation and repair needed As we had no water he came back that evening to carry out the repair, which we were very grateful for. Contacted the pipeguys team as my sister in law needed a plumber/gas man to install her new cooker as she had recently moved into the property, although the job was not doable( gas cooker needed to be changed for electric as no connection for gas) the pipeguys came within a few hour period after a job the were currently attending in my local area, extremely courteous, punctual and professional at all times. They even came with all the materials they would have needed to install the cooker if it would have been the right one. One hundred percent recommended and will use for future plumbing and gas jobs.

Professional, friendly & efficient. I think that sums these guys up. I had a slight leak below my stopcock and needed the pipe replacing. I gave these guys a call and they responded really fast, gave me a quote (which I accepted) and got to work. They were done really fast and making everything seem extremely simple. They absolutely earn the great reviews they get. (I don't have any before photos available, but imagine a corroded section of copper pipework and tap)

Had a very positive experience. The kitchen tap stopped working and water wouldn't stop running even when the tap was turned off, so had to turn off the water supply. After contacting several different plumbers around 9:00am (none of whom answered my call) I remembered that I had used Pipe Guys before in 2024. I called them, they picked up the phone immediately, and thankfully they still had my phone number and address on their records. They were very helpful and clear in their communication, and prompt to arrange a convenient time to fix the problem the following day. The following day, I received a visit from Simeon. Simeon was very courteous and professional, and replaced the old tap with a new one with minimum fuss. He properly checked that everything was in working order with the new tap, and all mess was properly cleaned up before leaving. Overall, excellent service and professionalism, and will definitely use their services again if needed.

I will be firm on the initial quote and be awre if they are last people to use them. Last year i called f9r a joing pipe and their plumber came 1pm although claim to be in anothr job. They left till 5pm and for nimerous text and calls. They came back claiming buying a tool. He charge me £340 for time and was shocked amd told me the time i have been here. Contact their office and they also claimed that that is the time. Their plumber Ryan was holding a knife he was using to claim to be using to connect the pipe. At industrial area everyone has left in the middle of 2 men. I paid and made complain and this company told me to do whatever i want. I felt rubbed under knife. BE AWARE BEFORE HIRE THEM

Our boiler failed us at the latest cold spell. It failed over the weekend so very inconvenient. I phoned them on the Sunday and,over the phone, Keith talked me through how to get the boiler working until they came out on the Monday. They unblocked the condensation pipe in no time, and checked over the boiler. While here I got them to service the boiler. I would highly recommend this company.

Took a punt on these guys after reading reviews. Turns out they were absolutely amazing! My elderly parents had some dodgy plumbing work done in their bathroom by a different company which ended up leaking and coming through their ceiling below. Pipe Guys came in, identified the problem and got everything cleaned up and sorted quickly and without fuss. What I really liked about them is the way they genuinely cared about the fact my parents were vulnerable and needed professional help to fix a total mess quick, and that they managed to sort everything, plumbing & plastering, all in-house. I called Pipe guys on boxing day as Cadent has shut my gas off due to a leak on Christmas Day evening. Ryan came out on boxing day afternoon and we talked through options and I decided on some new external pipework/ gas line to be fitted. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was going to complete the works for me on boxing day evening although it was 18:30 to ensure I had hot water and heating. However, I suggested doing it the next day (I appreciate the commitment from Ryan that he was going to stay late to complete it). Ryan turned up first thing the next morning and completed the work. Everything was done to a high standard and communication was excellent throughout. I would 100% recommend Ryan and Pipe Guys. Thank you!

Ryan and his engineers were excellent when my boiler failed. They faced problems with other external suppliers of parts but dealt with it all extremely well to resolve the issues. Two days ago I had an issue with the downstairs saniflow toilet and it flooded the downstairs bathroom. I had to turn off the water to the house and a busy household with school in the morning that was a real issue. With in 2 hours of the initial call Franklyn arrived, identified the issue as a faulty inlet valve. This was nearly at 12am. He was able to isolate the toilet so we. could turn on the water and be ready for school in the morning. By 10.30 the next day, the engineer arrived, fixed the problem. Checked I was happy with the work and that was it. I was very happy with the quick turnaround around and the price of the repair. Happy to recommend and promote s local business.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Had Ryan and Keith out to rectify two issues in my property - replacing two chrome towel radiators in the bathrooms and replacing faulty valve controlling hot water being generated to the system. Initial response and contact throughout was first class. Managed the whole process from start to finish. Also responded quickly to recognising fault in water heating by returning the next day (initial job booking was just for radiators) and working on the issue until 19:30 in the evening! All the work carried out professionally and looks great. Communication with Ryan brilliant throughout. The Pipe Guys have just installed a new boiler, tank and pump at our house. They were fantastic from the start, answering all my queries, amending the estimate to show various options, on the day of install they went above and beyond to make sure it was all done in a day and to ensure we had heat at home with young children. Great set of grafters, installed new complete hot water system to Salon, boiler installed and connected 2 basins and 2 sinks, got the job done in no time, even went the extra mile to work weekend as the job was urgent, they did a great job, definitely will use these guys in future and easy to recommend.

Ryan did a fantastic job servicing my boiler, explaining fully the job that he did showing photos that he had taken of before and after. Because of this positive experience, I also asked him to look at replacing my kitchen tap and shower which had developed their own faults and this was done as soon as the new ones arrived. I asked Ryan to choose the new shower and tap for me and he chose perfectly. Ryan is a top bloke and friendly always arriving with a handshake and a smile in addition to good communication about when he will be there. The best I’ve ever experienced. Ryan’s aftercare is simply perfect. The new shower wasn’t quite right so Ryan replaced it with a new one and I have to say it is the best shower I’ve had and it looks nice in It is these reasons why we will be using Pipe Guys again in the future. I first met Ryan when he was called to my house as an emergency call out on Saturday, he was very thorough he showed us exactly what was wrong with the boiler he made sure that the boiler was properly disconnected and my landlord was informed. Today Ryan & Keith have been back and fitted my new boiler, they have done a great job, communication has been amazing too every step of the way I have been kept up to date. Ryan arrived promptly after an emergency as our boiler started leaking badly, was late into the evening, however stayed until the problem was fixed and was very thorough in his checks. Called Ryan out due to a leak that seemed to be coming from the boiler. Ryan informed us that a new boiler was needed and he charged us nearly £4k to have it installed the following day. Ryan seems polite at first but this disappears when things go wrong. His workmanship is beyond poor. The day after the new boiler was installed the leak was still happening. Ryan realised the leak was never actually coming from the boiler but actually from a pipe in the ceiling above the boiler. Therefore, we didn't actually need a new boiler!! He just needed to find and repair the leak in the pipework. The new boiler was also throwing up a fault because Ryan had not completed the installation properly. We gave Ryan many chances over 2 weeks to fix the problems, he kept promising to until going silent. Only responding to us once we wrote a review on checkatrade. Then he harassed us saying our review was damaging to his business (however it was true). He could not see why we would be disappointed with the service we received and his work. Just kept arguing with us, became very unprofessional. Said he would only come out to correct the issues if we changed our review from 1 star - blackmail. Reported to Checkatrade and Gas Safe who have both sent inspectors to the property and noted that the boiler has not been installed to the required standards. Ryan has not contacted us to correct the issues as he should following the inspections although lied and said he did. If you use this Company you are taking a risk because if anything goes wrong, I can guarantee Ryan has no intention of fixing the issue probably because he doesn't know how to. Don't be fooled by the polite talk!

I would highly recommend as I have used before my boiler kept cutting out intermittent problem Pipe guys found the problem fixed it and they supplied a carbon monoxide detector as mine wasn't working. I have had two new radiators fitted 5 ⭐ they cleaned up nice guys.

Ryan came out to sort a leak under the sink for me. He came straight away on his way to work to take a look, as I had been let down by two plumbers in the area recently (one who took a look then didn't return and the other who said he had fixed the problem but hadn't). He managed to fix the problem really easily, and didn't even charge me for his time. Very polite, efficient, professional yet personable, even making my very anxious little boy feel comfortable. Requested a call out for a replacement boiler. Pipe Guys was efficient, polite , tidy and I was very happy with their service.

Pipe guys are great. I had a young man called Ryan to help sort out my mom’s cooker that required assembly and fitting. He kept us up to date with costs and dates and times to get the job done. My mom (who’s elderly) felt comfortable and safe with him in the house. He was very polite and professional. The price was cheaper than getting curry’s to do it. Definitely recommend Pipe Guys.

Ryan and Frank were swift, tidy and professional throughout. We had no hot water, which wasn't ideal with a newborn. With it being late in the day I expected to get an answerphone like the other 2 company's I'd tried, but Ryan said they'd be able to head over once they'd finished with their current customer. They arrived after business hours, updating me throughout and had our hot water back up and running in time for the little ones bath time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

So ryan came out for fit me a new boiler on the 8th of November shocking workmanship took 4 days to fit the boiler charged me £4600.49 the boiler then started losing pressure in march rang him bk out took 8 days to come out then tried to charge mr a further £284 emergency call out fee 8 days after contacting him on the 29th of March the boiler again just stopped working it has since been condemned never ever again would I use pipe guys shocking shocking and shocking I'm now seeking legal advice regarding this company

Ryan fitted a boiler for my family and it was later condemned as unsafe. Shocking workmanship which could cause loss of life.

Needed an urgent boiler swap as had no heating in the house in this cold weather and children too. Ryan came for a call-out, him and his crew sprung into action putting work right from the previous bad plumber, swift, clean and ultra polite workmanship at a brilliant price.He also got me a roofer and really good alarm technician. I’ve recommended them to 3 of my family and some friends who are overjoyed with the work that has been done.
