No customer service at all, installed a complete system which never worked, Gas Safe and Valiant had to be called to rectify install as he had installed incorrectly. Damaged my carpet by burning it, managed to cut through electrical cables, broke kitchen ceiling light, put foot through my ceiling, left rubbish takeaway bags all in the house including throwing bottles in garden. Took over 7 months to install a 6 day system, would come for an hour and make excuses as he couldn't finish, really didn't know what he was doing. Wasn't interested as he had been paid in full, even took away materials I had paid for. I had to get someone else to complete the job as he didn't know how to finish the job. PS Has since claimed it wasn't him when I have the receipts and reports from Gas Safe and Valiant, more lies and very untruthful.
