Having just moved house, we knew straight away we would need a quote for a full boiler replacement. We emailed a request for a quote from Koni (over our first weekend in the house) and by Monday Konrad was at our door. We walked the job, talking through the removal of the few redundant radiators we had in the house and the requirements for a new boiler install (in a different location within the house.) And we were so surprised by the quote which was incredibly reasonable compared to others we had received. By the end of the week, Konrad had started. He was brilliant from start to finish, punctual, communicative, knowledgeable and clearly a master of his craft. We decided to uplift the specification of a couple of radiators to something more luxurious and Konrad installed them no bother. Honestly can't recommend KoNi enough for providing us with central heating and hot water throughout the house!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Konrad at Koni Gas Home Services. Konrad came out to remove a bird that had got behind our gas fireplace, and also helped again shortly afterwards with another issue. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He also went up onto the roof and fitted a net over the chimney to help prevent any future problems. The work was carried out carefully and to a very high standard. The prices he charged were very fair and reasonable for the work completed. I can absolutely recommend Komi Gas Home services. Today, We started to remove a fireplace for our daughter and suddenly realised that there was gas leaking from the fire. We turned off the gas at the mains and quickly rang Komi Home services. We had never used him before as we live in Norwich, but he came as soon as he could, and was with us within an hour. Not only did he cap off the gas supply, but went to the trouble of removing the marble back and hearth (which we were going to have to do ourselves), so he could get to the original pipe under the floor to cap it off to save us having to call him out again later!! I came across Konrad over 3 years ago when my old boiler died. As soon as the price was agreed Konrad turned up on the agreed day and fit a new boiler. Highly recommended! Konrad replaced my flat's 50 years old hot water installation (a huge water tank and an immersion heater) with an instantaneous heater. I don't have a car to get rid of them and he took everything away, even all the wooden oddments as well. He also installed Surestop stopcock and replaced my kitchen and bathroom taps with mixers + bathroom bidet spray head. I'm very satisfied - communication was excellent, appointments times were swift and promptly kept, an odd dripping incident was dealt with quickly. Very happy with the results.
