Brilliant Service. My boiler died yesterday (it needed putting down years ago). Gasmate Ltd, recommended by my son came to the rescue and installed a new one this morning. My tennant is happy and said that the heating engineer, Cash "was lovely" Very competitive quote, with choices and plenty of advice along the way. Gasmate will be back to service and issue my yearly gas safe landlords certificate too. 5 stars all the way 😊

Firstly I'd like to highly recommend GasMate for a new boiler installation. Prakash and his colleague were very professional, the quote was very reasonable for our new boiler , I was abit worried about the mess but after speaking to Kash , he assured me there would be no damage or messs left behind on our new carpets , he was right !!! Once the job was completed and they left , you would never have known they've replaced and removed an old water tank from upstairs.. once again I fully recommend GasMate for any boiler issues...

My old boiler more than 16years old so I contact Gasmate Ltd. Sales man Nigel came to do a survey and he explain everything and made me choose the right boiler for my property. He give me few quotations I choose back 830 combi with 10 years parts and labour warranty. Next day Gasmatw installers came and install the boiler in one day. We are so please with the work and the engineers done a clean and tidy work. I will definitely recommend Gasmate to my friends add family

Spent a few weeks searching for the right company to install a new boiler at my rented property. Had 3 quotes and Prakash came across as the most informative, helpful and reasonably priced. I agreed to go ahead with the work and him and his team worked tirelessly to get the job done and cause minimal disruption and mess to my tenant. Prakash then went back to the property and showed my tenant how to use the boiler. His customer service is excellent and I look forward to using Gasmate as my regular, local gas engineers. Had a new boiler installed by Prakash and team. Exceptional level of neatness and care when installing the new boiler. We changed from a very old open vented system to a combination boiler, Prakash explained all the work required in great detail. He took one look at everything around the house and knew what to do. Prakash also helped setup the hive thermostat, along with explaining the settings on the boiler. Definitely would recommend Gasmate.

I call Gasmate Ltd for my new boiler installation they send the survey in same day he explained me everything and recommended me the right KW boiler for my property. The quote was very reasonable and I went for a finance option. Gasmate Ltd organised the finance in house and it got accepted with zero deposit. Then they booked an installation date next day and now I got a new boiler with 10 years party and labour warranty and I signed up for service plans too. Prakash helped us to install a brand new Worcester Bosch combi boiler in our first home, including relocating the boiler from the bathroom to the guest bedroom. The guys did fantastically neat pipework, were very friendly, and got the entire job done (including a new flue through the roof) all in one day! Would highly recommend GasMate for all your boiler needs!

Prakash is a very sincere and professional person. He installed our new boiler as soon as possible and ensured all the work was met to the regulations, all of the workers did the work to a high and neat standard , and helped us with a number of issues . Definitely would recommend.

First rate service from start to finish, called Prakash on Monday (30.10.23), and he came out the same day to quote for a new boiler installation (British Gas couldn't come out for over a week). Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, explained everything clearly. Came today (1.11.23) to install our new boiler and Google nest thermostat, and I can't fault his professionalism. He and his partner worked quickly and tidied up as they went along once the boiler and thermostat were fully installed, Prakash explained how to use both, helping to download the app onto my phone to make everything easier. I would highly recommend Prakash if ever you need a boiler installed.

What a company can not fault the lead engineer Prakash polite professional courteous and most of all reliable. I have had 3 engineers in to quote for a new boiler. Prakash came in carried out a leak test had an iPad surveyed and prices up with a 10 year guarantee can’t go wrong.
