Minus 5 stars! Avoid Apollo Building Contractors Ltd – Unsafe and Dishonest! I hired Apollo Building Contractors Ltd to install a new boiler, but they failed to provide the legally required installation certificate. A week later, I discovered a gas leak, and when British Gas inspected it, they found the work was unsafe—the flue wasn’t installed correctly, and shockingly, the boiler was used, not new, despite being charged for a new one! Apollo subcontracted Be Safe Gas Safe (the irony of the name!), and the work was anything but safe. When I called Apollo to fix the leak, they denied responsibility and demanded a call-out fee. When I refused, they removed a pipe from the boiler, essentially holding me to ransom. Prior to their installation, there were no leaks. Thankfully, my tenants hadn’t moved in yet—this dangerous work could have put lives at risk. These contractors clearly prioritise money over safety. Avoid them at all costs!

Very disappointed with this company. I will not recommend. Last year I called this company for a boiler check, a gas certificate has been issued, calling him for a invoice for the job he done it , told me definitely I will do tomorrow , now is nearly 6 months still didn't received that invoice. The boiler had a issue with heating, I called him , but no answer, I keep calling and finally answering to his phone. Told me he can't do it in that day but maybe tomorrow. I can't relay on this person and I will not relay on the future. I replaced the boiler with other company and I will not recommend this company to no one.

Recently moved into my house and the hot water wasn’t working… no idea how to fix it so rang up and within 30 minutes two chaps came in and sorted it! Lovely chaps and top service highly recommend!
