The team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole job — professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. They clearly took pride in their work and completed everything to a very high standard. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered any questions we had, and made what could have been a stressful job feel completely straightforward. They were also incredibly clean and tidy, leaving the house exactly as they found it, which we really appreciated. We had a really great experience with Ash and Rich. They came out quickly to provide a quote and were very accommodating when arranging the work around other work we were having done. Communication was excellent throughout. Ash was really thorough when talking us through the different boiler options and helping us decide which one was right for our home. We were assigned AWP Boiler Installations having progressed through the Worcester Bosch Fast Track boiler replacement process. That maximum price quote incidentally came in hundreds of pounds cheaper than a local accredited installers quote for same boiler then AWP shaved even more off that with their bid for the work. Of course I checked out AWP via Google and read the reviews thinking no company could be this good with 5 stars across the board. I'm pleased to say Ashley and Richard proved me wrong, with outstanding communication, faultless and tidy installation, informative explanation of the controls plus going the extra mile with some peripheral pipework at no extra cost over their original quote. I was totally satisfied with the service provided by AWP, so I'm adding yet another 5 star review for these friendly, polite and trustworthy guys.

These guys are great. I called Ashley to say my boiler wasn’t working and he came the same afternoon to go through the problem. I requested having a new boiler fitted and he arranged for the installation the next day. Rich was there first thing in the morning and completed the job by 3pm. A nice warm house and a very happy customer, thanks guys.

I recently had a new boiler installed and honestly the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. From the day I received the quote through to the installation, everything went really smoothly. Ash took the time to answer all of my questions and really put my mind at ease about the work being done. As a woman, it can sometimes feel a bit daunting getting quotes and having work carried out in your home, but I genuinely felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. They were professional throughout, and clearly knew what they were doing. They also made sure everything was tidy before they left and even went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. I honestly can’t fault them and would definitely recommend them.

Really impressed straight foward hassle free process through Worcester fast track booked in Monday and fitted on the Tuesday the next day. Awp got straight to it got the job done in a good time. Kept there work area really clean and tidy and explained and demonstrated how the new boiler works. 👍

Following several frozen days and nights it was obvious that we needed a new boiler. The one brand and model that was consistently recommended to us was the Worcester Bosch, Greenstar 8000 + (36kW). Fortunately, we went straight to Worcester Bosch themselves and through their Fast Track installation service, we were put in touch with AWP Boiler Installations Ltd. Every element of every service which AWP fulfilled was excellent and way above my highest of expectations. Following my contact with Worcester Bosch I got an immediate call from AWP, to confirm our requirements. Everything was organised meticulously and this inspired a lot of confidence. On the day of fitting AWP's Eddie turned up exactly when he said he would. Despite the fact that an existing boiler was fully removed and a new boiler installed, I did not notice any noise or disruption from Eddie's work. It would be fair to say that Eddie and AWP had left the installation area cleaner than when they started. Once the installation had been completed we were joined by Ashley of AWP. Ashley went on to explain every feature of the boiler and the adjustments which could be made by the end consumer user. He was patient and more than willing to repeat his instructions which was very helpful for someone like me who isn't technically minded. His approach and methodical instructions made the task of programming our new boiler very simple as well as straightforward. Ashley did not leave us until we were 100% happy with the functionality of our boiler. Before he left, as well as ensuring we were happy, Ashley provided all of his contact details and his assurance that he as well as AWP would be available to resolve any issues. Great service from quote to installation. The team worked hard to find a solution to fit new pipework as part of the new boiler installation. They were all polite and professional and turned up when they said they would. Great communication throughout, would definitely recommend Ash and his team.

First class service from AWP Boiler Installations from start to finish. I went through the Worcester-Bosch FastTrack Installation Service who provided a maximum cost and then brought in AWP to do the install. AWP were in touch immediately, I shared photos so they could see the job requirements in more detail, this allowed them to assess any non-standard elements that would require a little extra which essentially added £200 to the original WB quote. That said, AWP explained everything clearly what they said made total sense. We agreed the price and scheduled the install for 2 days later. The job was completed today and the heating engineer (Richard) was absolutely brilliant. So organised, friendly, methodical and communicative, with workmanship so neat and tidy which showed with the quality and look of the finished product. The engineer I spoke with originally (Ash) also visited during the install and I have to say that if you are lucky enough to get these two on your job you will not be disappointed. They are a credit to AWP Boiler Installations Ltd and I couldn’t be happier with their service today. Love the new boiler (W-B 8000+ 36KW Greenstar) which the completed cost came in over £1000 less than the British Gas quote. A no brainer. For guidance, I paid just under £3.5k. 100% recommend AWP Boiler Installations Ltd hence my 5 star rating.

I competed my order through Worcester Bosch fast track, which was incredibly easy. AWP were assigned to provide the boiler complete the installation. Ed and Ashley were my fitters and I can't praise them enough polite informative and professional. The process took just 2 days from start to finish with no hassles. When they finished the job the place was like they found it clean and tidy with a new boiler in place. The price was reasonable and with the assurance that they a Worcester Bosch accredited gave me piece of mind which was worth the little bit extra (not much at all). Ashley went through how the boiler worked and the fact there was an extended warranty from Worcester Bosch as I'd gone direct. Really pleased with the work...job well done!

Ash and Rich did a fantastic job removing an old boiler and installing my new Worcester Bosch. Took time to explain fine details and showing me the functions of the wireless thermostat. Would highly recommend for future work.

What a fantastic experience. Rich and Ash were friendly, efficient and happy to answer all of our questions before, during and after the installation. The conversion is a major undertaking for me, and most companies have informed me that it will take 2-3 days to complete. For customers, it’s challenging to control time costs. However, AWP has managed to seamlessly integrate the process. Additionally, Ash has patiently explained all our questions in a way that is easy to understand. Richard's craftsmanship is meticulous, and his hard work is truly impressive. Both their pricing and service are highly recommended.

Found a leak on our boiler on Thursday, contacted Worcester Bosch next day, received a message asking for further details straight away and was asked for photographs of the old boiler. We were then sent a fixed price quote the same day and were offered several days for fitting. We accepted the quote and sorted out a day for fitting. We then received an email, with confirmation. Rich arrived when he said he would, did the job in an exemplary manor, didn't leave any mess and also explained the setup of the boiler very well. Very happy with this company and the work Ash and Rich did for me. They installed a new Bosch boiler and carried out all the associated remedial works, replaced an old gas pipe with a kink in it, fitted new thermostatic valves to a leaky radiator and bled the radiators across the house. Both were punctual and tidy, courteous and approachable, answering any questions I had patiently and giving advice. I would use AWP Boiler Installations again and would highly recommend them to others.

Got two quotes before finding AWP from the Worcester Bosch website. Ash came to quote the next day, and whilst not the cheapest, I was more comfortable that he knew what we wanted. They fitted the next week. All as promised, and left completely clean afterwards. Would absolutely recommend

Took time to go through options , answered questions nothing was too much. Installation was good, cleaned up after and took time to explain how the boiler worked. Registered straightaway and recieved email to confirm, txt message sent later that day to enquire how the boiler was working and any probs just to call which was reassuring . Will send yearly txts for servicing which is a bonus

Friendly and helpful. Talked through options and helped me work out the best boiler and set-up, as well as ways to save money in the process. System is working well and they're available for queries post installation. Quote was about £2k less that the other guy. Would recommend.

I recently had a new boiler installed by AWP Boiler Installations. Ashley and Rich are both extremely knowledgeable and professional in their work. The installation was done efficiently and they went over and above to sort out certain other issues related to gas in the house. Ash and Richard from AWP installed a new worcester bosch combi at my daughters house. They did an excellent job with no fuss and no mess and came at particularly short notice. We moved into our house to find our 18 year old boiler leaking.Ash came out the next day to quote which was a more than reasonable price. I have reached out to AWP boiler when moved in to the new house and found out that the water pressure was awful. Ashley came and reassured me that it’s nothing they couldn’t help with. Discussed all the options with me and advised me to change the gravity system to combi boiler. I was sceptical at first as it is a 4 bed house and thought maybe it won’t be enough. But I was very wrong! They came the next week and changed the whole system within the day, working hard, long hours to have it all done. They left my place clean and tidy and were a pleasure to have around, so polite and friendly. It’s been over a week now and I can say that the pressure is AMAZING and everything working great and I am very, very happy with the new system. I will definitely asked them back for any other jobs. So hard to find people you can trust that they will do a good job. But AWP Boiler are definitely one I would recommend.

Smart, professional, tidy, and very pleasant to work with. I spoke to Ashley on several occasions about a complex system-to-combi boiler conversion. He always presented himself exceptionally well and explained all the finer details to ensure we were comfortable with the work. Out of all the engineers I got quotes from, he was the only one who focused on the aftercare and maintenance work that needs to happen over a long period of time. This instilled confidence in their desire to deliver a great solution, which they are also willing to maintain for years to come. On the actual day, they were very punctual. I popped in a few times to ask questions out of curiosity, and they were very pleasant to talk to, not shy about providing any information. They were also very conscious about keeping our property clean and left it in excellent condition. They asked if it was alright to stay a bit later to get all the work completed on the same day and made sure we were happy with everything done. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Initially shared loads of information over the phone and things to try to fix/diagnose the issue. Ash then came to have a look at the boiler and again gave such good info and various options on how to proceed. He quickly priced up the different options and gave honest opinions about each, and gave me some time to decide which would be best for me. Upon my decision, he promptly arrived and carried out the job to (from what my inexperienced eye can tell) a high standard, charging what he had quoted. Very friendly, honest and efficient service, would 100% recommend. Ash is now my go to guy for anything boiler related!

Selfish and I considerate. If an employee is willing to cut corners (quite literally) with their parking, what other corners are they likely to cut in their work. The vehicle pictured is parked over the pavement blocking use by members of the public and indirectly discriminating against those in wheelchairs and pushing prams.
