Jack from Avid Concepts quickly got in touch with me after I left a request for a new boiler quote on the Worcester-Bosch website (barely 5 minutes after I submitted the request). He was polite, very knowledgable and was very quickly able to offer a quote once he had all the info he needed. I was offered fitting within 48hrs (and on a Saturday to suit my schedule). The engineer (Trevor) and his apprentice were excellent. The job was completed thoroughly and with the utmost respect to our home. I am very happy with the work, and couldn’t fault the service. Already planning on having Avid Concepts back to quote on a bathroom refit!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! Refused to give me my deposit back on a order I was misled into saying yes to I called starlight back after the salesman left my property and the next day only to be told I won’t receive my deposit back (going against my legal cancellation rights) then was told by the manager to write a email to cancel the order and I would be given my deposit back but haven’t! Have seeked legal help and have been advised that this company is breaking the law! By the way received no receipt for the deposit or paper work for any services etc SCAM COMPANY be aware please do not fall into this trap!

Came out within an hour of being in contact to fix a leaking surestop switch. Once arrived the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic is how i describe the service. I have received. I recently had a new bathroom and needed a pump so that the system worked efficiently. Avid concept sorted everything. He was professional, prompt and provided a service 2nd to none even cleaning up afterwads. I would certainly recommend them

What and excellent company. We needed a new boiler to replace our very old one, I contacted Avid concepts and was so glad I did. Jack arrived on time to give us a quote, he was very professional and polite and explained everything to us, we were very pleased and agreed for the job to be done. We also signed up to their service plan but there was no pressure from Jack to do so. When the job started Ravi arrived promptly, he was a lovely man and he did a fantastic job, he also cleared up after, I was left with no mess at all. Jack has arrived back this morning to do a couple of other jobs for us, I would highly recommend this company, they are very trustworthy and do a brilliant job. Thanks Jack and Ravi

I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. Avid concepts did an excellent job on renovating our old bathroom. The whole process was professional, organized, and efficient from start to finish. The workmanship and materials used were excellent.
