We were looking to fit out the bedroom with new carpet and was strongly recommended to use Terry Case Carpet and Flooring Warehouse. I went on their website and read top reviews so I thought I'd contact them. On arriving at the shop I was met by Dave (the owner) and he got my wife and I to sample carpets and we chose the one for us. On the day of fitting, the fitter turned up at exactly 0855hrs and got to work straight away. Took him about 1hr and it looked absolutely amazing. I personally would 100% recommend Terry Case Carpets for a very professional service. I will be using them again in the near future.

Recently had new carpets supplied and fitted by the company. The service I received from the first call to the fitting has been exceptional. Nick measured up within a couple of days of my initial call and they were fitted around my availability. The carpet fitter, Marcus, was so friendly, helpful and efficient. The carpets look amazing. Have recently used Terry Case to supply and fit new carpets to stairs and landing area and the new LVT flooring to ground floor area at home. Great service from Dave, John, Nick and the fitting team. Will be back for bedroom carpets at some point, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were unsure where to get new carpets from when buying a house and picked up on Terry Case from a recommendation on a group Facebook. From visiting the show room initially we were impressed with the options available and the advice provided. Nick took on our job and somone visited promptly to measure up. There were many options choose from but we picked the carpets we wanted and chose some laminate for the hallway and downstairs toilet. On the fitting day The floor had to be smoothed over for the laminate but this was done timely a couple of days later and was a good price and well worth doing for an excellent finish. There fitters are subcontracted but did a fantastic job, they were a little later than planned but we can't really complain considering the quality of the job they did.

Having traded with Terry case for many years I can vouch that good , honest service without sales pressure is still there . My latest visit & purchase early this week was no exception . A lovely , friendly lady helped us to select a suitable replacement carpet , & paperwork was given to confirm all details of supply & fit . The warehouse is a bit old school, but they have lots of knowledge and experiance. Very helpful. Hade an odd peice of carpert "whipped" to use in front of the fire good, job for they money they charged

Terry case carpets have been know for many years and are well know to a lot of people in the verwood area. However, on Wednesday 20 January they were to fit vinal flooring between 9.30/10am but in fact the fitter did not arrive until 12.30pm. The explanation given was he was told to go to another job letting me down very badly. My husband is an invalid and has vascular dementia, we are also expecting a hospital bed later in the day. I did make this clear to Terry Carpets and requested the carpet fitter arrive as early as possible, they agreed he would arrive early Wednesday morning. The bed is to arrive at 5pm the deadline for the flooring to be fitted. I paid extra for quick drying screening in order to give the fitter time. I am bitterly disappointed with the customer service from Terry Care Carpets and do not recommend them to anyone who want quality from this company because you won't get it. Never again and I'm replacing all my carpets and flooring but will not use this company.
