To say this company is appalling does not even begin to put into words how awful they are. This company was contacted through an insurance company with regard to a claim. They accepted the job. They then took 4 months before work even started. The work in question is screeding the downstairs and laying flooring. This should have been done last Thursday. The company is confused as to what the job is, resulting in the kitchen alone being screeded. No floor has been laid. At this point, the washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher have been removed, unplumbed, etc. I'm a single mother to 2 disabled children, so naturally, I worry. I state to the fitter about work the next day. He even checked if a key would be left out as he would he returning to finish on Friday. The fitter marks the job as done without showing up. I lose a days money. I'm unable to refit the appliances as it will damage the screed and void the claim. My landlord rings to enquire when she found out. Dom a director accepts liability and upgrades the screed FOC to a fast setting one with the promise he will be here Monday morning. My children are confined upstairs as downstairs is not livable. Needing to buy takeaways for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I had to hand wash their school uniform so they had clean clothes. I've taken another morning off work, and by this point, I'm down by hundreds of pounds. Sure enough, he doesn't show. At this point, I call the company to explain the harsh detriment I have been placed in as no other result that sheer negligence of this company. Again, gone 9. The phone is answered on the 4th attempt. I am assuming this is doms wife. She blames everything on the insurance company and can only apologise. Hilarious, really, isn't it. Now I'm sure if you pay directly it would be a different experience. However, if you don't, they feel no way about leaving a disabled household with no appliances. With no anything not even acceptance of responsibility. I'm also told their trying to fit it in today he won't be here until at least 2 as they won't move their paying customers. This means that kids will be again confined to upstairs for another night. This is a matter I will be taking to small claims court. Alongside reporting the negligence and sheer abuse, I have suffered directly to trading standards.

Terrible experience. Told them our floor was not level time and time again. They said no problem. Laid the floor which lifted. Then they came back and relaid the floor. Still not level. Then they had the cheek to say it’s the builders fault who built the building not there’s. Yes it is the builders fault floor not level. But we told them this and they said alls fine we will level and lay the floors. Scott the owner is refusing to budge getting an independent report he says that favours him. Arguing with him is a waste of time. We are now going down the trading standards route. My advice is don’t go near this company as if anything goes wrong then you’re fighting a losing battle. Cowboy company avoid if I was you
