Estimated time to build and deliver our new garden shed was around three-weeks. It was received in much less time. Blaby Fencing were charged with the task of supply and fit. The workers were absolutely brilliant, professional and totally committed. They had the task of carrying the parts up our 30 metre driveway from the main road, through my garage and then to the top of a 30 metre back garden. Really pleased with our new shed from Blaby Fencing and sheds. Demolished and took away two old sheds that were past their best, and replaced them with a 14 x 8 model to give us added storage space. The two contractors, Paul and Courtney worked hard, and were clean and tidy throughout the day, clearing as they went along and removing all debris. Shed is everything we had hoped for and far better value than many local companies and their inflated prices. Any issues along the way sorted out politely and efficiently by Tyler in their Offices. ***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** I had a quote to have these guys come and change my fence, I agreed to go ahead but they canceled it just the day before was booked in, they couldn t come up with a valid reason why though( I guess that it was a friday that was only the main reason) So then they said we need to reschedule it gave them 2 days when I was available for the following week, which they said that they are already booked in but they will see what they can do since then they never got back to me. ***VERY UNPROFESSIONAL***

I had a quote to have these guys come and repair my fence, I agreed to go ahead but they didn't turn up, this is the response to my chaser email: "Hi no sorry ran out of time but definitely tue morning if that's ok?" It's now 11.33 on Tuesday Morning and still no one has arrived to fix my fence. I sent a chaser email at 9.36 this morning asking them to confirm their ETA. No response. Avoid this company who clearly don't value their customers, completely unprofessional and time wasters. UPDATE: At 16:31 on Tuesday, still no contact from them!

Ant came round to quote for a new shed and decking but I needed advice on what else could be done to spruce up my tired garden. He gave some brilliant ideas that I went with. Quote came through the same day, again another massive plus for this professional company. My garden was uneven and sloped, it was levelled and returfed, sleeper retainer and planter, new decking and shed installed all done within a week in blistering heat. The lads worked really hard and were professional and pleasant. All rubbish was taken away too. Highly recommended

I paid Blaby fencing to come and fit a new back gate and fencing to the bottom of the garden to stop the dog getting into the fields at the back. The bolt on the back gate didnt align so they came to fix that. but I have been told I need to pay an extra 200.00 for them to fix the fence at the bottom of the garden because the cows in the field had knocked it over despite the mud on the febce shows it being "knocked over" from inside the garden into the field... I have no cows in my garden just a small Labrador who should not be able to knock down a properly fitted fence! All our adjourning neighbors have similar fences that have had no problems with the cows "knocking over" theirs. From day one you could actually move the concrete post with your fingers! One of the fence panels was upside down! Maybe that didnt help. Not a happy bunny!

Purchased a pent shed in February. The boards shrunk so much that several of them were showing daylight through them. Complained was told this was not the first time. Eventually got them to come back was told roof needed to come off and replacement boards fitted. However when they came to do the work all they in fact did was replace some boards. The quality of the work was poor and the attitude of the staff when queried was rude.and although they said they would send someone to repair some damage nothing happened. The office hours are 9 to 5 however the office is only manned until 3pm and any phone call does not get forwarded to any one else.

I had a quote for a pair of gates, which I accepted, and was told they would be ready in a week. I gave them 2 weeks before contacting them and was told they weren't ready but they would be ready the following week. I contacted them the following week only to be told they hadn't been made as they don't do mortise & tenon joints on site?, which didn't seem a problem when I gave them the order. Anyway, I agreed not to have the mortise & tenon joints and was told they would be ready the following week. I left it a full week then went to their premises in Blaby only to be told they hadn't been made. Scott tried to wriggle out of his mess by saying he had tried to contact me to tell me they wouldn't be ready that week as they were busy!?, I had no missed calls on my phone-no voicemail message-no message or email?....nothing. Moral of the story don't be like Scott, be honest with your customers so they can plan ahead, don't get your poor receptionist to take the rap for your inefficiencies and just be professional.

Please do not use, unfortunately there is a hole in the ground where my summer house used to be thanks to their very poor workmanship. No ownership of the leaking roof issue despite being within 12mths of fitting. After several attempts to speak to a manager and receiving verbal abuse from a member of their staff I contacted my insurance company to see if they could cover, the assesor said no because the breach of the roof was entirely down to poor workmanship. So after paying £1500 for the summer house and a further £500 to this company I am £2000 down. Very sad that when trying to support local companies they treat you like this when you need them

Rang Blaby fencing on the 8th of Feb asked for a quotation for made to measure wooden driveway gates, Hannah said she would come and have a look on the 9th Feb, Hannah turned up within the allotted time span took all details, received a quotation by email on the 10th of Feb and was told they could install them on the 16th Feb which I thought was optimistic. the installers turned on the 16th, the installers were very friendly, the whole construction is very sturdy and well made top quality job

My elderly parents came here to purchase a shed in the week and a young lad was closing up 1 hour early and was very rude and disrespectful to them, they had viewed the companies prices online and he quoted £400 more than what it said online. Neighbour was getting fence done. So the workers decided to lay their sweaty tops in the middle of our grass, stick their shovels and drills into our grass, open our gate from the inside (without permission), use our water hose (without permission) and nearly knocked over the washing line. Aside from the unproffesionality, their work on the fence was also shockingly wonky and uneven. Dont ever use this company, you will be left disappointed and with a half destroyed garden by the end of it.

DO NOT USE !!! Poor Service/Bad attitude !!! They don't know how to do their costings so they'll cut corners. Then they UP the price to do it PROPERLY and take AGES to come back. The Boss is a nice guy but doesn't realise/see that some elements of his organisation harbour personal grudges, So assumes they are always right. The experience for someone who just wants a shed/fence installed is NOT a good one ! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing with them ! B&Q deliver and install better sheds for half the price ! Don't buy the old " its not as good quality" line. The Sheds displayed in their yard are Varnished, Please don't assume that's what you get as standard ! As for Fencework in Leicester, E.L Fencing are second to none, no nonsense, they'll quote you, come early when arranged and finish/tidy up and leave with NO problems- you really get what you paid for minus the Headache or Bad feelings.

Ordered shed which was made especially to fit down the side of my house a few weeks ago which has now been delivered and erected. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Would definitely recommend and will use them for future garden projects.

A large shed purchased for over £2,000, including around £600 for the base work and materials, was installed just before xmas 2018. Firstly, wasn't impressed with the way the base was installed. I expected the slab base would be set onto a bed of agregate, sand and cement and the ground would be dug out so the surface of the slabs would be flush with the surrounding ground. No. The sand was spread straight into the grass. No aggregate and not much cement. The shed was erected. I noticed the roof very flimsy, due to poorly designed support. I got them to improve this, but it still left the roof sagging in places. This has led to leaks. I contacted them at the beginning of June 2019, after I'd noticed the leaks. It took until the end of July for someone to visit. The quality of the shed materials, I my opinion, are poor and the build quality is likewise. Not happy with the overall experience. I wouldn't use them again.

Highly recommended. We had a big fencing project, with 16 panels, which took them about two days. Communication, with both parties involved, was good. They worked really hard and were able to tailor the panels to suit the site.

I don't know what their fences are like but a man driving a blaby fencing vehicle pulled out when he saw me coming up the road then expected me to break the law by driving along the pavement when he should of stayed where he was until I had passed then proceeded to hurl abuse at me as I went past with my children in the car so if their fences are anything like their driving and manners I wouldn't dream of having any work done by them. I mean what kind of moron gives verbal abuse to a member of the public when they're in the wrong whilst driving a vehicle with their company name written down the side

Just had a 12 x 4 foot shed built and installed by Blaby sheds. The shed is great - really solid, great quality and just what we wanted. It was installed in around an hour and we only ordered it a couple of weeks ago so a very speedy service! Bespoke design and installation at a fraction of the price of other companies we found. My neighbour had a fence done by Blaby Fencing. Their side of the fence was fine. Ours on the other hand was a mess. Gravel boards not straight nails sticking out, bricks removed from our path so the could replace a post, the hole just left and the soil dug out dumped behind our plants. That was last year. The fence as now been extended, this time they removed the fence post that my back fence was attached to. Leaving my fence panel broken and unsupported. They again have dumped soil on my plants.

Turned up to quote and promised to come the following week to fix the fence but never showed up. Then called me to rearrange, booked in a morning slot, again never turned up. I called to find out where they are and reassured they were coming in the afternoon instead. Again they never turned up. Not even a call to apologise. Don't waste your time on Blaby fencing. Could have had my fence fixed weeks ago if it wasnt for them!!
