Andy is the most honest and generally nice tradesmen I have ever dealt with. I hate choosing someone doing work, MK guttering quote was not the most expensive but not the cheapest, but the one that made sense. Once starting the guttering replacement, it was discovered I had a host of issues, cracked tiles, rotten wood, disintegrated felt. Andy never tried to upsell and gave me all options we had from a quick repair to a complete new roof. He wanted to make sure that I didn't spend £10000's, but I had a roof that was going to last and be safe . He come up with a solution that sorted . The men who completed the work were very hard working, polite and professional. Taking pictures showing me the before and after. I trust these guys and fully recommend them.

I had a problem with some poorly located downpipes, which in turn led to water accumulating on the roof of my garage. Andy arranged for one of the pipes to be diverted, thus reducing the flow of water, and for the outlet from the roof to be unblocked. Thanks to Jack for doing this without flooding the garage!

Which was very respectful and supportive of other businesses. He let us know of any issues, delays, or adverse weather conditions, and this was very appreciated. Carried out great works and to a high standard. Everything was lovely and clean on my return home after he'd completed everything. All finished up within a few hours of arrival. Failed to fix the issue with my guttering and made it worse. Every time he said he would reattend there was some excuse. Ive asked for my money back on multiple occasions and refusing even though the issue is still there. He has now resorted to being rude and unprofessional. I understand you now want to revisit but after all the excuses I would not trust you on to do any further works on my roof, the trust is broken. Just want my money back so I can get someone else to fix it correctly. I'm shocked at the rudeness and aggression shown in his text messages. Even the reply to this review is frankly strange.

Andy and his team were brilliant to deal with! I called them to fix a broken connector in my gutter that another contractor had supposedly fix, but actually didn't. Andy and his team were very prompt and professional all the way from first contact to job completion. As this was a smaller job, it took them a bit longer to get to it, but it was definitely worth the wait, as the issue is now fixed. Andy's team were also very good at explaining me what the issue was and how they fixed it, which made me feel reassured. Thanks guys!

All gutters on house and garage cleaned. Also a small but significant repair made to a section of guttering. Everything done with the minimum of fuss at a good price. Left site very clean. A couple of weeks later I had a survey done on the house (we are selling) and the surveyor reported that the gutters were perfectly clean.

We had Niagra falls from our gutter for quite some time, and cleaning it out didn't fix the problem. We contacted Andy, who promptly arrived, assessed the problem, and sent us a quote. We also had two other quotes, but chose MK Gutter Guy, because he was straight talking, and didn't try to baffle us with with lots of jargon. A date was arranged, and Wes and his mate arrived on time, and duly set about replacing and realigning our gutter. Removing the old gutter created alot of mess, which was cleaned up afterwards. We cannot recommend Wes, his mate and Andy the MK Gutter Guy highly enough, and would definitely use their services again in the future, should the need arise!

What a great Gutter Guy! I needed gutters cleaned and a couple of joints repaired/replaced and contacted Andy after seeing the many positive reviews for him. I wasn't disappointed. He came out to quote a reasonable price, picking up a couple of faults that I hadn't noticed. Although he was delayed by bad weather from carrying out the work, nevertheless he kept me informed of when he could do the job. He came out this week on a damp cold day and cheerfully did an excellent job even replacing a broken roof tile that I hadn't got around to fixing. I now know why Andy has had all those great reviews and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

2022: Andy came to quote for some repairs to my guttering. He's very thorough and gives good explanations for what works needs to be carried out. He communicates well about when he can come to quote and carry out the work and kept me updated with text messages as to his ETA. I would highly recommend. 2020: Andy came and quoted while I was out but left a detailed message explaining how the quote was made up and why he had recommended certain things to be replaced or fixed. Once the work was completed I was taken to review what had been done and shown the areas of guttering or drain that had needed special attention. The debris from the guttering was disposed of tidily in my green bin.
Writing this review for E Mackay. She had her gutters cleaned recently and was very pleased with the service provided. Not only cleaned the gutters perfectly but also identified and rectified a faulty joint. All for a very competitive price. She would have no doubt in recommending the gutter guy to anybody.
Following some heavy rain, my gutter started leaking. To high to reach by my ladders I trolled the internet to find someone to help. One guy kept coming up so I gave them a call. Andy was super professional. I sent him a couple of pics of where the problem was and he assured me it would not be a problem. He was not able to do the job himself but let me know his colleague Gary would be attending. He was great. Really helpful, professional and instead of cleaning then repairing the gutter which I thought it needed, he replaced the damaged section re-aligned the rest of the gutter and job done. So friendly, chatty and efficient. He left and Andy was in contact the following day to check if everything was ok before supply the invoice. Great service and does only what needs doing which is a rare quality these days. Highly recommended

This is a belated review... I used Andy (with his colleagues) last month, to replace my aging guttering system, fascia & soffit. The task was smooth, quick and complete to perfection. One matter I'd like to point out in particular which I find rare in tradesmen (generally), Andy kept me informed and up-to-date throughout the process from start to finish. He even went the extra mile! Much appreciated. Indeed I highly recommend him should there be a need to have work carried out on your property.

Highly satisfied with the service provided. Despite the time of year and complications arising from Covid mid-consultation, Andy assessed and quoted for a repair to a damaged and blocked gutter and down pipe, poorly installed by the original house builder. He kept us fully informed of his situation on a regular basis so we were not left hanging on for a response. His fitter, Gary, arrived bang on schedule and, despite a thorough soaking with filthy smelly water from the blocked pipework, repaired what he could, replaced the damaged parts, and completed the job in very good time. The first downpour has proved the quality of the work done; no more cascading water and the catch-pipe is working as it should, at long last. Will definitely be using Andy and Gary again if required - Highly recommended.

The recent downpours caused our gutter to overflow and having used Andy before I had no hesitation in calling him in again. He was able to come out the same day and despite getting a thorough soaking managed to clean the gutter, repair the downpipe and carry out some preventative maintenance. Recently Moved to a new house front gutter leak quite bad. Pooling in garden although in lockdown I felt it needed to be rectified I Found Andy after a quick search He came out later day. I opted for total replacement as I felt the quote was extremely good. Andy came out the week after work was carried out and I was perfectly happy- no massive puddle!!! Booked him to do the rear of my property. Wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend him.

We had a leaking gutter that needed replacing, the clips attaching the vertical gutter to the property were snapped and the vertical pipe was coming away from the wall. We also had a water butt that was connected which we didn't want anymore. Andy replaced our guttering, fixed it securely to the property and disconnected the water butt for us. Lovely customer service, great communication, low price and of course good quality work. We booked a date for the repairs and Andy let us know when an earlier date became available for us to get the repairs done sooner which was very much appreciated.
