Booked to clear gutters. On first visit stated that a union joint needed replacing, to which I agreed. I thought the work had been completed, invoice was sent through and paid. It was only when it started raining that I realised the union joint discussed had been removed and not replaced, leaving water pouring onto a flat roof. Contacted Daniel as I assumed he had forgotten. But no, he stated he couldn’t find a replacement joint so had simply left a huge gap in the guttering without telling me. On top of that, he couldn’t come back for 2 weeks to fix it as he was now on holiday. Quite unbelievable. Even when he supposedly returned from holiday I contacted him to give him the chance to make it right but he ignored my text messages.
Daniel did another brilliant job of clearing our gutters - we had first used him last year. He arrived when he said he would and left no mess after completing the job. He provided a report of what he had done and sent lots of photos taken before and after his cleaning so you could see exactly what he had done. As usual he was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly recommend and use him again.
Dreadful... can't get a hold of him for months, don't think he is in the country at all and the job he did was not up to minimum standards.
We contacted Daniel as our gutter was overflowing in heavy rain. He was able to fit us in within a few days. He turned up early, was really friendly and had the gutters cleared promptly. The before and after photos are nice to see what was causing the issue and how it looks now. Daniel also fixed a leaking radiator pipe. We will definitely be using his services going forward. Update: We had Daniel back to cap the fascia. He arrived on time and did a great job.

Daniel was excellent from initial contact to final report which included pictures before and after cleaning. During the visit he discovered an issue with the seal on one of the joints which he repaired at no extra cost. Highly recommended and we will be using for an annual clean. Highly recommended.

We have used The Gutters Guy for a couple of years now. They carried out annual clearance of gutters. Daniel was able to carry out the service thoroughly, providing before and after report and photos to show a good job completed once again. Very reliable and easy to deal with.

Great experience with The Gutter Guy and highly recommended. Full range of close up photos of the roof and all gutters before and after cleaning, which was done with vacuum and pipe to the roof. All steps were clearly explained and we got some good info the state of our roof and gutters. UPDATE: asked Daniel back for additional work and he suggested great ideas on changing our downpipe then did the work quickly and perfectly. Couldn't be happier !
Daniel did a great job clearing and performing minor repairs on the gutters of my new property. He showed before and after photos and I'm very grateful for the work that he did. The communication was initially great but futher down the line it dropped off massively and I'm not sure why. I was even starting to get worried he might not show up. I appreciate I had to change dates a couple of times due to circumstances out of my control and Daniel was accommodating to these changes. I tried to send emails to ask questions and confirm work that needed doing but I just stopped receiving replies which I don't really understand as this would have saved the miscommunication. The work that was done was not what we agreed and I apparently should have mentioned this again but I'd already not received any responses so I had no idea my messages were being read. He kindly agreed to come back and do the remaining work, I'd sent an email to ask a couple of questions on costs and try and arrange a date - no reply. Then a few days ago I then got a calendar notification that he had cancelled all future annual gutter cleans but still no email response. This was quite disheartening and the whole thing was quite stressful. I appreciate I must have been a frustrating customer having to change dates a couple of times but I gave plenty of notice and those things were out of my control. I am grateful for the work that was done and it's a shame I'll have to go elsewhere to sort out the remaining work that needs doing

Dan has completed two excellent jobs - a gutter clean and replacement of a down pipe. He is clearly passionate about gutters! By sending us a before and after report showing exactly what he does goes above and beyond. After contacting him about a minor job that was not completed - he was back the next day to complete it. This was not expected, but much appreciated. Will be using his services again for an annual clean of our gutters!
The Gutters Guy were so helpful when I needed to sort the gutters at my mum's house. They made the process easy. Showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend. Daniel is brilliant. Able to accommodate my last minute rescheduling. Being patient and friendly all the way through and have the job done professionally (gutter cleaning and roof cleaning)! Really pleased with the service we received. Daniel was very professional and explained the process. It was also really helpful to see the before and after photos, which pointed out some issues with our roof which we could not spot. I contacted Daniel regarding the gutter at the front of my house. Great communication regarding quote and bringing the appointment forward due to a cancellation. He used his camera to survey the gutter and showed me the already clean gutter. The leak I had was due to a gap in a joint. He resealed this and didn't charge me for cleaning as it was not required. He could have gone through the process and charged me, I wouldn't have known. His honesty and integrity was exemplary. Do not hesitate to use Daniel.
