I wanted a removal company to move move me from Purley, Surrey to West sussex. I gave Funnel's a call, received a quote and they moved me to West Sussex. On the day of removal the van arrived on time, 8.30am. The removal team got on with the packing, they were polite and careful with there packing. On arrival in West Sussex they unloaded Speedily putting each box in the correct room. I was well impressed with the way I was Moved from one place to another with no fuss. I would certainly recommend Funnel's to anybody who is thinking of moving.

My family recently moved home after a difficult year. We were dreading move day as everyone had said how stressful it could be.The person who did the estimate was very friendly and understanding and they gave upfront information & costs which made me want to use them and I’m so glad I did! Their customer service and support has been outstanding. They visited the day before the move date and took most of our goods and thank goodness they did as the completion was made early. The team were friendly, supportive, efficient and helpful. They really went over and above to ensure the move went smoothly. They even sent another team in to help. Funnell’s staff had a real ‘can do’ attitude that made the whole experience much less stressful for us. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Funnell’s.

Funnels moved me from Mitcham to Banstead last week. Couldn't have asked for better men. They were very courteous, but at the same time, good fun. They made the very daunting task of moving, as easy as they could. Lovely guys who would all help in any way they could....highly reccomend this company.

All round disappointing! I have tried to discuss our issues with Funnells but im still left extremely disappointed. Having two young children we paid extra for packing, with our total cost being just under £1500 (a lot of money but we were hoping it would be worth it). The packing was not fully completed the day before the move and the 3 (very lovely) men who came on the day were not happy about this and felt that the job should have had more men. By 3pm dispite our help with packing, we still weren't finished and another crew had to come to help. The people moving in (having now completed on the purchase) were waiting outside for 4 hours. The crew who joined to support were clearly not happy and treated our belongings unbelievably by throwing boxes into the lorry some of which fell out. Inevitably we had a breakage. Mud was left all over the house with no matts put down. A similar experience happened at the other end. The job finally finished after 8pm in the dark. With a 2 and a 4 year old to feed and boxes everywhere, no idea where their bedding was it was a nightmare. At one point a very unhappy removal man tried to blame it on us for not paying for assembly (even though there were only 4 items to be assembled and we were told assembly was included). In the days after the move we complained about the experience but no compensation was offered. Since trying to claim for the broken item (£250 used value) I have been told that we were not insured as we needed to sign a document, therefore we would only be given £40. We were never given any documents by Funnels nor told we had to sign anything in order to be insured. In fact I had a conversation in the days before where I was reassured we would be fully insured. Poor service from start to finish, it's a shame Funnels can't accept their mistake on this job and provide compensation, it would have gone a long way to easing our dissatisfaction.
Recently moved house and hired Funnells to move us. As my wife was heavily pregnant and I work full time, we also had them pack for us. The speed and efficiency of the guys is truly a sight to behold, and they really look after your stuff. On moving day, their second crew had to wait for their customer to get keys, and as rather than wait around they came and helped out with our move. They went the extra mile for us and we really appreciated it. They helped me to take the front door off (our sofa really is too big) and they dismantle and reassemble furniture that needs it such as beds I really can't recommend Funnells highly enough
