Used Ben's Gutters recently for a minor job that was overdue. Called Monday morning and was told someone could come out same day. As the afternoon went on, the rain started coming down and I fully expected for a call to re-arrange but at 4.30 I was pleasantly surprised to see Pete Sparks arrive. Without question Pete got on with the job even in the horrible conditions without complaint.. ?Stellar service from Pete.. Even identified an issue with the roof that I didn't know we had.. Pete took photos and sent them too me which was a nice touch. Big thank you to Pete and the team, excellent service all around.

I got a call back since it's been a year since my last gutter cleaning. Lee came and cleared my gutters in record time and even showed me pictures of the before and after, which was very satisfying (and reassuring!). He was polite, punctual and I look forward to his next visit.

We booked Bens Gutters through a flyer we received once booked they were able to come the same day as they were working in the area completed the job well showed photos so we knew the work had been carried out friendly and professional

James Beaman from Ben's Gutters cleared and cleaned our gutters and cleaned our upvc fascia which took him in all about 2 hours. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, was polite and respectful and did a good job.
Not value for money. They charged me £107 for just 50minutes work from one worker.. Not acceptable. Buyers beware.

Excellent service as always. The guy that came to our house was very friendly, explained what he was going to do then took some pictures after to show me the results. He gave me great advice of damp in the home from where our gutter was full of vegetation. He was very clean and respectful of my property. Would highly recommend.

Chap turned up early cracked on with job and sorted the gutters out and also moved some tiles that had slipped, going above and beyond. Defo recommend using them and we will again if we need to

On bank holiday Monday at 08:00 (as scheduled, which was great) two young men from Ben's Gutters arrived at my house to do my gutters and clean the outside of my conservatory. We walked around my property and within minutes they got setup and one did the gutters while the other cleaned the outside of the conservatory. Both guys did a great job, all the gutters done very well including the valleys and I am very pleased with their work leaving everything clean and tidy. The conservatory looks great now. I would have Ben's Gutters back for another occasion and on the strength of the quality of the work done for me, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very polite, thorough work, screwed loose guttering at no extra cost, very careful not to rest ladders or stand on roofing tiles and cleaned up after the job was finished. Also helped my neighbour with a small piece of guttering that was blocked when she came out and asked for help while he was there. Defo use again !
