Highly recommend. Needed an oven and extraction fan fitted and Jack at Obtain electrical was very friendly and knowledgable, answered all my questions and services was reasonably priced. Communication was excellent, and as there had been a cancellation Jack let me know that his colleague Ollie would be able to fit it sooner for me. Ollie was very professional, friendly and informative and was very neat and tidy. Ollie was also able to take away the old oven and extractor fan for me at a reasonable cost. So I was over the moon that they were available quickly and done a great job at fitting it and answered all my questions highly recommend this business. Thank you Jack and Ollie I will be in contact with you again shall I need anything else.

We had Jack over to upgrade our consumer unit and our lighting and plug sockets. His work was super. He worked very hard and was keen to listen to what we wanted and was helpful in making suggestions to improve our rather outdated circuits. He arrived on time and worked quickly dealing with all the problems that inevitably arise. We will use him again and are very happy to recommend his services to others.

From initial contact, Obtain Electrical Services were extremely professional, understanding of the urgency, highly responsive in attending early and subsequently efficient in dealing with my electrical failure problems. Arrived exactly on time with update text and e-mail confirmations of who and what time engineer would arrive. Quickly identified the system failures and replaced the failed RCD and problem sockets. Excellent cost effective service, that I can strongly recommend to others. On the ‘strength’ of this first experience with Obtain, I have already booked a Landlords electrical check with them, for new certification that I require on this property.

Fantastic service throughout. The job involved replacing my consumer unit and installing a car charging point. Both tasks were completed to a very high standard. Jack was punctual, professional and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and make sure it was safe and neat. Great service, Ollie consultated me on very option and kept me informed throughout the job on what he was going to do and reasons for doing so, legal requirements and regulations etc, also cleaned up after himself. Jack and his colleague were really professional - they explained what they were doing and were really nice and helpful. They gave me loads of advice and answered all my (probably silly) questions. EICR certificate survey for property sale. The team worked really well and cracked-on carrying out their testing. On completion of survey explained their findings and gave a quote for the cost of repairs (followed up by a written quote). Well mannered and polite. Would definitely recommend them for your electrical needs.

Jack didn't have to do the work which we thought he may have had to do but he made sure my shower switch was made safe again by rewiring it. Therefore Jack didn't charge an extortionate price that so many others would have charged! I would feel happy calling on Jack again for any future work.
