Reviews
4.0
MJB Electrical & Solar Services Ltd is described by one reviewer as knowledgeable and providing a great service. Another reviewer says the firm handled commercial and domestic work, electric vehicle chargers and a new 415V supply, and reports that it kept them informed, was reliable and trustworthy, and left the work neat with no mess. A third reviewer was happy with small jobs and pricing. By contrast, one reviewer reports that a solar installation was left without the online monitoring set up, that four panels were found not wired in correctly and not working, and that the meter had no data cable added or wired in; they describe this as incompetence and/or negligence. This account comes from a single review and is not echoed by the others.
Used mark for a few small jobs, good pricing, nice guy. Happy customer
Mark Bond, of MJB Electrical Solar Services was contracted by another local firm to install my Veridian solar panels and Solar edge system a few years ago. He was clearly very impatient to leave the job and did not set up the solar edge online at all, so it was not possible to see the generation from the panels. I have just had another competent solar engineer look over the system and he discovered that 4 panels were not wired in correctly and had not been working, the solar edge meter had not had a data cable added and had also not been wired in. I can only put it down to incompetence and/or negligence.
Used MJB on a numerous occasions for commercial and domestic work and the installation of Electric Vehicle chargers and new 415V supply. Very knowledgeable, keeps you informed, reliable, trustworthy, good neat work and never leaves a mess. Highly recommended
Very knoweldgable and great service. Would recommend.
