Reviews

3.4

Reviews of City & County of Swansea are mixed. One reviewer said their heating problem was sorted within two hours, another reported a faulty front door lock replaced within half an hour of calling, and another said staff talked them through getting their boiler working so heating and hot water were running within 30 minutes. Others found the service hard to reach: two said they struggled to get anyone to answer the phone, and one said repeated messages about an unfixed hole in a school garage went unanswered and a child later broke his hand there. One reviewer found it very difficult to get work done on their home, feeling no one wanted to take responsibility.

It's frustrating to see these holes. In the school garage and it has never been fixed. I sent messages several times and received no response. Yesterday a child broke his hand in the hole and was hurt. When will you fix it?
